    I truly love living at Marq at Brushy Creek! After a few months here, I can say its been a wonderful experience. When I had an issue with my fridge, the maintenance team was incredibly responsive and came to fix it the very next day. The community feels safe and beautiful, and the pool area is a perfect oasis for relaxation—it truly feels like a resort!

    Ive lived in a CWS apartment for over 2 years now and have never had a single issue. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, it is fixed within 24 hours (often times even sooner) and everyone at the office is super friendly and happy to help with any questions. Everything with the leasing process was seamless and they helped my roommate and I understand how to get everything set up. Would definitely recommend a CWS property!

    I have lived at this location in Tyler for a few months now and I have nothing but great things to say about everything here. Great amenities, the buildings are all in great shape, and all the workers have been extremely helpful to me when needed. It is a little on the higher side for price but for what it comes with and the experience, it is so so so worth the price. AMAZING PLACE!!!!!!

    I recently moved into a CWS apartment and the leasing staff was very helpful with getting all pre-requisites set up & even changing the apartment we had applied for after our application submission. Maintenance was very quick to fix up any move-in related issues.

    I have been living at a cws apartment for about 8 months and have loved it! The office is always helpful, and the maintence is as well! I had a problem with my AC this summer and they had a brand new AC unit installed just a few hours after my original complaint. No AC in the summer in Texas is awful and they made sure it was handled fast! I also love that they keep up with the dog park. They always have plenty of extra doggy bags and I’ve never once seen the trash even slightly full, so no bad smells!

    I have lived in two different apartments with CWS within the same complex. They made the transition so simple! It was a joy to work with the office with all the questions I had about transferring. Customer service is great!

    I live current at a CWS property and I love it!! The management at this complex is the best I’ve ever experienced. They are very attentive and quick to respond for everything. The complex itself is so beautiful and new!!

    We’ve lived here for 2 years now and honestly, we’ve had an overall pretty positive experience. It’s far from perfect. The units aren’t new and shiny. But the residents have all been pretty wonderful. Maintenance is punctual and polite. The office staff is nice. CWS takes a lot of opportunities to treat the residents with cute themed days with free snacks and goodies (lemonade day, donut day, cookouts and pool parties) The complex is comfortable and they’ve definitely been doing some good upkeep here lately. We won’t be here forever, but so far so good!

    A few months ago, my partner and I were looking for a place to call home. We were fed up with the management at our last apartment community, and we knew there had to be something out there that matched what we were looking for. We searched and searched all over Austin, visited countless communities, until we found Marquis at Canyon Ridge. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome, seen, heard and cared for. It was exactly the energy and warm, inviting community we’d been hoping to find! We received high touch, high quality service that truly stood out to us.We moved in a couple months ago and we couldn’t be happier! We’re in love with our apartment, it feels like a peaceful oasis in the middle of a city! Everything is so well taken care of, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure every resident feels special.     I stay at Marquis Parkside on North Lamar Blvd managed by CWS Apartment Homes. I have lived here for almost one and a half years now. I just renewed my lease because I love living here! The amenities are great and the staff has always been very helpful and kind. It feels like home here. I have recommended Marquis Parkside to many friends and they have moved in as well and share mutual feelings.

    Just moved in recently and the apartment is nice. Everyone in the office at my location are extremely helpful and responsive. The only negative I have is the app doesn’t have the ability for submitting work orders for me. My office has put in a ticket, but it’s mildly frustrating. Also, I have to email the office to get an access code for my package delivery. Other than minor technology issues, everything is great.

    I have been at Marquis at Chandler for a couple month now & man do I love it. The rooms are so modern and spacey! The amenities like the pool and gym are so nice. Also the trash service is really nice, and something I havent seen at other apartments.

    We have lived here for almost two years. We just renewed our lease because we love living here! The amenities are great and the staff is so helpful and kind. These apartments are very modern and up to date as well, and for an AMAZING price!

    My apartment got flooded this week and I am so grateful for Karemnescia at the CWS Apartments staff. As I felt completely panicked watching the pipe burst and water flooding my apartment, Karemnescia kept me so calm and helped me go back into my room to take photos and videos of everything. She gave me a bottle of water to calm my nerves and even helped me book the hotel to stay at while they were working on everything. She is a serious rockstar at customer service and I am so so so grateful for her at CWS Apartments. I can tell she truly cares about her residents and really has done everything in her power to communicate with me on whats been going on and the status of things so I could be aware. I am so beyond grateful for her. She even drove at 9 pm to my hotel to bring my computer charger to me. Service like that, where people go beyond is priceless. 10/10.

    From my experience over the past 4 years, I can confidently say that CWS truly cares about both their residents and employees. Not only have my experiences living at the communities been great, but the property staff and maintenance staff have been nothing short of exceptional. During the height of the pandemic, CWS hosted various online events to help residents stay connected. During the TX February freeze, the office teams called every single resident individually to check in and simply make sure they were doing well. CWS is dedicated in going that extra mile to ensure that their residents and employees are happy. And for that, I am proud to be both. Thank you, CWS!

    My experience in Marquis at Sugarland has been good when Sandy, the leasing agent was there. She was prompt in her response and also empathatic to the concer The focus on cleanliness is very good, dog health etc. but not much is thought about kids and general safety. Whats the best email to reach CWS management for some of latest policy concerns/suggestions to address some of the safety and convenience issues at Marquis at Sugarland? The leasing office is now clueless and helpless on some of the issues that i have recently raised and suggested that I raise this via google review..instead of providing me a mail id for CWS corporate.

    We love the staff at the Marquis On Gaston! They are all an amazing group of people. It starts with the leadership Brian and Jessica you guys are always on top of everything and so helpful! I wanted to also thank Mr. Hernan Cuño one Of the maintenance workers. He’s always so kind and goes above and beyond when we need something from him. Well the whole maintenance staff does! They are all great! We’ve been living here 8 years and have enjoyed every moment.

    I’ve been with this company since February of 2023. I truly love my apartment complex. It’s beautiful, it’s clean. I put in a maintenance order and it’s handled that same week. I plan on staying here for a while.

    We are at MarquisSoco and the management and maintenance staff are wonderful to work with and often go above and beyond. Some property amenities could be updated but the location and staff make it a great place to live.

    Its a great management company with a wide range of Austin apartments, from a very Austin like complex (SoCo on the Lake, Amanda is a very helpful manager!), to a more upscale complex (Water Marq). They manage some student housing as well (Regents, Miguel is very friendly and helpful!). This corporate office doesnt list that its office is Suite 500, and isnt listed on the directory, which would be helpful.

    I must confess, I wanted to keep it a secret but, it is not fair to keep the news to myself. My name is Faith Moore, and I love the Fairmont At Willow Creek in Folsom California. Every Saturday, we have continental breakfast, there a gathering place where residence fellowship and have a magnificent continental breakfast with an array of foods to choose from. Twice a month we have pizza, sandwiches, fruit platters or some type of dessert. In addition, we have had holiday parties that were right out of the movies. It was so elegant and well put together and, we had prizes. One year, someone won 1 months free rent. If this is not enough, Fairmont at Willow Creek atmosphere is quaint and peaceful. It has a park like setting with beautiful trees and, it has well-kept colorful flowers beds. There are a beautiful, serene, greenbelt walking /bike trails for the residents enjoyment. Living here I feel at one with nature. Unlike some apartments, each year it gets better with time, there is a dog park my dog child Promise loves it. There is a playground for your children. For entertainment and relaxation, we have a beautiful pristine pool, Jacuzzi. and we have a barbeque area. To keep our bodies fit there is a gym with various machines to keep the residents fit. We also have a magnificent quaint business dream; here we can do our last-minute faxing for an important next day meeting. To the residents convenience, there are nearby stores and restaurants. Within a short driving distance, you will be pleasantly surprised by our upscale Palladio at Broadstone. Here you will discover a 365,00 square feet outdoor shopping mall with various name brand stores; you will also discover fine dining and entertainment and a magnificent upscale movie theater. We also have the convenience of the Folsom Premium Outlet Mall. If you are a clean, quiet, sophisticated law-abiding citizen welcome, and tell them Faith Moore and her beloved dog promise referred you. If not, please forget you ever read my review!
