Today we moved my daughter into her apartment.... She had her eyes set on this place for a few months now...Just as when we first came to visit the propert the first day,.... the hospitality from the staff is amazing then..... and is very consistent today.Both Samantha and Linda were very accommodating making the entire experience from walking through the first day to checking in TODAY seamless...Their hospitality alone played a huge decision in choosing CW Apartments.The hardest decision was choosing a floor plan that best suited her needs...as they were all beautiful and very upgradedWe absolutely look forward to our daughter making lots of memories here...

Where do I start, Samantha was so on point helping me every step of the way, she was patient with me and answered all my questions. I love my apartment it’s like coming home to a beautiful resort, the lounge, theater room and gym are all immaculately kept. My neighbors are quiet and the parking lot is clean. Ive been a resident since the property first opened under the old management, and I cannot begin to describe how much it has improved since last July.Staying at CW Cypresswood was the best decision Ive ever made for my apartment home. Ive lived at many apartments in the area, and when I tell you CW stands out, it is by far an understatement. The apartments offer plenty of room and ample closet space, which was important to me. These apartments are also down a road that is not too busy and you don’t hear constant traffic noise. I also have an apartment that faces the pool and is incredibly relaxing at night.The apartment is everything I was looking for and the amenities are very nice and updated, but what sold me the most on renewing was the office staff. Everyone here is very kind, knowledgeable, and have made sure all of my questions were answered. I greatly appreciate all of the help I received, theyve all made me feel that this wasn’t just their job but that they genuinely care for the community and the residents. There are also frequent events held to make us all feel engaged with one another. Since the change, theyve upheld community rules that for a long time went ignored, and continue to make changes for the better.I highly recommend CW Cypresswood and have already been referring my friends. Thank you, and keep doing what you are doing!!

I had the greatest experience ever!! I was helped by Samantha and when I tell you all my fears about moving again vanished. I immediately felt like I was home. She was so kind and very informative. I have never been more excited to apply and live at an apartment complex like I am now. I was between 2 places and the service I got today completely sold me on this property. Kudos to Samantha!!!

Ignore the old reviews. This property is under new management who are friendly and professional. Ive been here for two months and I love it. The property is new and nice - I especially like the onsite gym. Also, the location is great - anything you need is close by. Finally, it feels safe and its quiet around the complex and the surrounding neighborhoods.

I am one of the pickiest people where it comes to find the perfect apartment and the first things I look at are gates for security por puse, pool, how clean property leaves and stuff, this place met the expectation. I absolutely love it here! The outside is so clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. The area is very quiet and nice, suitable for my remote work schedule. The amenities make the apartments feel so luxury and upscale with no crazy neighbors!When I moved in the place was spacious and spotless. Whenever I have anything I need maintenance to take care of, they come in a very timely manner to get the job done. It a blessing compared to what Ive been through with other apartment complexes.The pool area is nice and cozy. The outdoor grills provided is definitely a plus when having family get togethers. The space is really a vibe, specially at sunset its so peaceful.

The apartments are amazing and you are definitely getting your moneys worth. Between the breathtaking apartments themselves and the plentiful amenities it is a hard deal to pass up. Where this place really earns its 5 stars is its staff. Lashanda was incredibly helpful and accommodating, as well as instrumental to my experience getting in at Cypresswood. Very professional and knowledgeable when it came to renting here. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else.

They seem very busy in that office but always found the time to reply back to my texts or emails. My apartment home was clean and is beautiful. Maintenance is speedy too! The apartment complex reminds me of a high scale luxurious hotel. Everytime I visit here the property is so well maintained and the entire complex is well groomed. I like the fact that its an actually recreational room and the pool is always clean and properly kept. Although I dont stay here and one day I would like to live here once my current lease has expired at my place of residence. If you like peace, no roaches, no rowdy,well cleaned property well this is your place. I dont know how much the rent is here and I hope its affordable.

My boyfriend and I are apartment hunting and Cypresswood has definitely made a huge impression on us. We had a tour with Rayvin and she was so knowledgeable with all the amenities. She showed us 3 different layouts and we’re honestly having trouble deciding between all three. The property is beautiful and the leasing agents are extremely nice as well. Definitely will have to apply soon!!!

Im not usually one to leave reviews, but with Cypresswood Apartments, they are so amazing I just have to! I have lived here for a year, and plan to resign my contract. Ive been living here pretty much since they were built.The entire management team/maintenance is amazing, they are attentive and hard working. I can say without a doubt, the management here at Cypresswood is the best Ive dealt with. The manager Adrian is super nice, understanding and helpful. Lashanda, the assistant manager, ALWAYS attends to my needs, shes helpful with information regarding the application process and is super sweet. I definitely recommend reaching out to her with anything. Val? I believe is new, however seems very knowledgeable and has a great personality.Any service requests Ive submitted is typically taken care of same day or next. The floorplans are pretty spacious, the pool is well maintained throughout the year and is the nicest pool Ive had at a complex. I typically workout at a public gym, however our gym here at Cypresswood has well maintained equipment and is sufficient enough to get an intense workout in. The treadmills are pretty advanced as far as the technology it comes with.One of my favorite things about Cypresswood is the courtyard, its beautifully designed with turf, many seating options ranging from rocking chairs to comfy couches. Definitely gives chill vibes. There are grills out there as well as in the pool area.As far as the other reviews mentioning car break ins, honestly there has been maybe one or two throughout my entire time here, and the management always updates us on what goes on. However, crime is everywhere and unfortunately, the reality of it is they arent able to do much. Thats more of file a police report situation. With that being said, the few times the gate wasnt working, they fixed it fairly quickly. I hope they do not get rid of management; they are amazing!

First off Lashanda moved us in Mid December (we inquired about Fidelis in November) she helped us with the whole move in process and was very informative, answered all the questions we had and was very nice throughout the process and after making sure we had everything in order! The facilities and the apartment Itself are new and also very nice we have a 2 bedroom and we have no issues and the couple very small ones we had where taken care of quickly by the maintenance team Thank you!!

I rent here and Ive had fantastic experiences with office staff, meeting with at least 3 different people. There were three occasions (of 10+) where I was unable to reach anyone (phone or in person), but in all cases, I had failed to make an appointment and they quickly contacted me back. If you dont make an appointment and no one is free, I highly recommend you give them a chance to respond and interact with the staff!

In love, what I feel is small. The place is luxurious, quiet, organized, regulatory, super nice staff with quick responses to every problem, unique 🧹 cleanliness, recreational place to arrive and stay. The truth is how I like it 🥰🥰.
