Mrs. Lana Shannon and Morgan the temporary assistant was so great .. These two ladies work they ass off to get me in there .. they never gave up and they had such encouraging words for me ..The day I got in they were so excited for me . They are some great apartments.. Dont believe the hype cause every place has its ups and downs. But believe me these two ladies are the best ..Thanks so much too you too ..

For all at crossroads Commons, Thank you, let it be know there are many issues with this place that many people have spoken on. But one thing is for sure they have given people a chance to start again risking their own jobs to help us in time we have need.To Ms. Patricia, and Ms. Patricia( not a double print there are 2) Lana, Jay and many others when you serve with the strength that you do, to service all of our requests we just want to say thank you. God gives us what we dont deserve every day because if we really look at it we all have things that He is working through in us all. You cant go wrong blessing children of God. But you can find your self on the wrong side of the track if you touch them in a way that cause them to fall.May you all know that individually and collectively you all have helped my family. Lana thank you for, doing our key to the apartment, for us and encouraging us with your candy for the children and grace for what we are needing when we come in. We hear you when you speak.Patricia thank you for keeping us up to date with the information we need about our daughter and the children in the house about food and resources for moms.Jay thank you for helping stay up on the info about the parking lot and thank you for fulfilling our request with your compassionate team to take action and see things get done.Patricia thank you for having fireside chats with me and my wife, it really does matter what seeds are planted. Thank you for your meek and teachable heart and how to serve while still guarding your heart in hard times where dead ends are inevitable, all things are possible with the Lord.In all I am greatful for high ceilings and washer and dryer connections, but we as a family here at Crossroads Commons know that this is not a common place, but its exceptional atmosphere make us as family grow and our Crossroad family succeed with feed back that helps them see that their progress is also a blessing in the eyes of our maker. Living at Crossroads has been an absolute delight for my family. We were one of the first families to move in, and we have had nothing but positive experiences since day one. From the beautiful and modern units to the amazing staff, everything about living here has been wonderful.Patricia, our property manager, is truly exceptional. She is caring, kind, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that any issues or concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. Her dedication to the property and to the residents is evident in everything she does, and we are grateful to have her managing the complex.While there have been some typical annoyances like car break-ins and parking issues, the management has taken steps to address these concerns. Security cameras have been installed, parking passes and guest registration have been implemented, and additional trash space has been rented to alleviate trash issues. These proactive measures have definitely helped to improve the overall living experience at Crossroads.If we were still in need of an apartment, we would without a doubt choose Crossroads again. It has truly been a pleasure to live here, and we are grateful for the beautiful living space and the amazing staff. Thank you, Patricia, and thank you, Crossroads, for making our time here so enjoyable.

The experience Ive had with this complex has been great! The communication is by far the best. They respond immediately & do not leave you in limbo. Ive dealt with another complex before applying here and it was horrible. As soon as I walked into Crossroads, I was greeted and immediately assisted by Sofia & Izzy. Clear communication via email & phone calls. Also, Mrs. Patricia is amazing & attentive!! The whole office staff has been courteous, prompt and professional. The other complex is finally reaching out to me letting me know Ive been approved to which Ive politely let them know Ive chosen to live elsewhere. If youre considering Crossroad Commons, look no further. The location is great, apartments are beautiful and well-maintained and the communication is above and beyond. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience!!

My bestie lives there. Nice place to live. But my car almost was towed!! I was able to stop it. They just started to where visitors have their own parking. The signs need to big bigger so u can see to scan the bar code!!!! Just FYI.

After the nightmare that was our last building complex. Crossroad Commons has been a blessing. While people still manage to break stuff in the common areas and misplace garbage, you cant blame the administration for that. The complex has an amazing pool, nice grill area, very good kid play parks, and the best part is the abundance of open and green areas.The apartment service has been very good, parking space is abundant, and the apartment comfort has been excellent.

My experience it was a process with paperwork. I really like Lucy was very polite and welcoming me. Made me feel save and secure the process would go smooth. I love the new appliances in my place. I’m so excited to start a new chapter in my life. Can’t wait to enjoy the pool and park this summer

I love this complex, but they do not refill the poop bags in the various areas they are supposed to be. I think a lot more people would be picking up their dog’s poop if the bags were kept in supply.One other thing I severely dislike is the lack of more dumpsters on the property. The only “trash Compactor” on the property is NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE!

While it is hard to speak to a live person on the phone, going into the office was a totally different experience. Brianna was super helpful throughout the entire process. She not only assisted me and another lady with our paperwork, but also everyone (there was at least 6 people waiting) who came into the office as the general manager was on lunch. I hope the company sees how much of an asset she is to them. Thank you for making this whole process as smooth as possible.

Just visiting my friends mother & WOW! I thought the complex was just pristine, clean, and well kept. The atmosphere feels like a retreat; friendly, peaceful, & quiet, day & night.There ought to be more apartment complexes for senior living SUCH as this ONE!

Just looking for a call back already started working with an agent who I was told today no longer works there she had assigned an apartment and all my paperwork has been submitted except one document an waiver affidavit. Please someone get back to me Im relocating for work and have a deadline Ive turned or stopped application else where due to my correspondence with the previous agent Im super sad now. Please help

Honestly everyone situation is different on here apartments take time it doesn’t happen overnight I applied with in 2 weeks I got a call saying I was approved an there was an apartment ready for me with in the next week , unfortunately it was the 3rd floor an I have to have surgery so I couldn’t do the 3rd floor , they understood and gave me a 1 first floor with in the next week I’m very grateful for these apartments office lady’s are very nice an welcoming , give it time and try for your self im enjoying these apartments so far ,Update just moved in the apartments are great when you walk in it’s like you in a 5 star hotel washer an dryer already in here I’m tell you try for your self good Parking .
