Creekwood Apartments was a wonderful place to live. The staff are always polite & welcoming. Maintenance always showed up when I contacted them (A+ service in my opinion). Office Management get to know the residents, they have Residents Appreciation Week and other events that really showcase their involvement within the apartment community. Creekwood is within walking distance of stores, restaurants and schools. I would’ve stayed if I didn’t want a bigger space.

Creekwood Apartments is the place to live in Irving. The complex is always clean and tidy. The office is wonderful. The Assistant Manager is always friendly and helpful. The office has made my experience here wonderful. Best place to live.

I went for a tour couple weeks ago. The tour was great the apartment complex looks so clean and organized. Plants everywhere and clean pools. The vibe was welcoming. I filled out my application and was approved days later. At first of the application process there was a bit of confusion but I want to THANK JOCELYN SO MUCH!!! She helped me with the application process and everything was more clear and understanding. She is also prompt with her responses via email.

Previous Tenant. I lived here for 5 years, and they were great. Maintenance request are completed with in 48 hours. The guys are so friendly and happy to help any time we needed anything. The office staff was friendly, Never really had a lot of interaction with the staff besides Elizabeth who was professional and nice. (Congrats on the promotion) They do have a gym, which I didnt use and two pools. Didnt have any roaches or pest issues and apartment was very spacious. I will say my vehicle was broken into several times, but nothing was taken. Note to people take your belongings and lock your cars. Honestly, I regrated giving my notice but by the time I decided to cancel my notice my apartment had already been leased. Will be coming back once my new lease expires.

When we first stumbled upon this apartment on the apartment website, it seemed almost too good to be true. We thought there was a catch! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Elizabeth is the most thoughtful, fun manage. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the area. The apartment is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The location was incredible. Elizabeth had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

It feels really good knowing I can count on this community to follow service work order details and respect us residents wishes. I am grateful for Jocelyn always remembering the specifics, responding to any questions and respecting the privacy and comfort of my temporary home. Maintenance Jose was respectful, informative and come at the time frame I needed, to resolve my issues. What a great community to lean on. Way to hit it out of the park!

Creekwood was my home for 2 years. If I was coming home in daylight or walking in my door at midnight I felt safe. I didnt have to complete too many work orders since being here maybe 4-5. The maintenance team was always prompt. There hasnt been a hot water issue for over a year. If there was a problem Elizabeth in the office took care of the job ASAP. The only true problem I had with the property was parking. You get your own parking space and there is a option to purchase an additional space but when there is more than one vehicle per unit and limited free spots to park, I found myself walking across the parking lot many times. The additional space cost more than the first and further than the first and does not come covered so i opted out of paying additional cost. Again, I always felt safe so I didnt mind it. You will build a relationship with ladies in the office and they do treat you like family. The only reason I have to leave is due to my job relocating me other than that I would of stayed at the property longer. They are always putting the residents first and making the property look good with paint jobs, adding the gazebo and grills, etc. You wont regret moving here.

I FALL MORE & MORE IN LOVE WITH CREEKWOOD EVERYDAY! WHEN I SAY THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE BEST, MOST KIND, CARING & COMPASSIONATE TEAM EVER! THEY GO OVER & BEYOND TO NOT ONLY BE THERE AS THE HELPFUL STAFF THEY ARE, BUT ALSO THEY HAVE BECOME FRIENDS! I LOVE HOW I CAN REACH OUT TO THEM WHETHER VIA PHONE OR EMAIL, THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEED THEM! THE GOOD HEARTS THEY HAVE ARE TRULY A BLESSING! THE MAINTENANCE TEAM ARE ALWAYS ON POINT. I moved in to this complex in September and have had no issues whatsoever. No roach problem, rats, management or even neighbors. I moved in after I read great reviews about these apartments and so far my experience has been awesome. Management is super friendly! Elizabeth and the young man (I can’t remember his name) are so approachable and helpful. They communicate constantly with you, leaving notes if they will be making any repairs or anything like that. It’s also nice that their amenities actually work! They do a really great job here.

I have recently moved from Addison to Irving and I could not be happier with this community! The grounds are extremely well kept, the pools are always super clean and the water is always nice and blue, unlike the neighboring complex. We have pet stations which come in so handy! The staff in the office as well as the maintenance crew are always so kind and helpful and put my needs first. Work orders are completed in a timely manner and they always give us plenty of notice before they enter our homes. I also love how easy it is to pay rent and check my lease through the online portal. Overall, I am so happy I decided to become part of this community. Creekwood is AWESOME!!

Ive lived in this complex for about 6 years. During that time, Ive had only good experiences with the office and maintenance staff. Everyone is friendly and attentive. The office is good about communicating with the residents regarding any necessary repairs and shut offs.Tara has been with the complex for the entire time Ive been here. Shes very approachable and you can discuss your concerns with her and you know that she will address them quickly and the best she can. Shawn and Elizabeth are fantastic too! Again, very approachable and concerned office staff.The maintenance team is the same team as when I first moved in. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. If I need maintenance done, I do the online request and its usually taken care of the next business day. I know the maintenance team by their first names. Thats how friendly they are.I know the neighbors in my area and we watch out for each other. There are seasonal community get-togethers so that we can meet new residents. The Thanksgiving and Christmas pot lucks and a Summer Pool Party are the best.I dont plan to move out until I buy a home. Until then, I enjoy living in this complex. I recommend this to anyone looking for a family friendly community.

My wife, my son and I lived at Creekwood for about two years. Stella place. Never had any issues. If anything needed repair they were on it very quickly. One time we had a leak from our tub to the neighbors downstairs. My neighbor let me know ( she is an elder ). I called the office ( evening time ). Within less then a half hour the Maintance guy was their and the issues was taken care of and the next day they followed up to tidy up the lose ends. The pools are nice and the back pool was mostly empty in the summer so the family and I had run of the place.The community is mostly mixed. Have some young families, working class folks and some elders. For the size of the place. It’s a rather quit place at night. Honestly if my wife and I weren’t expanding our family and moving my in-laws in with us. We will never move. But if you are looking for a nice modest and honest place this is it. Tara, Elizabeth, Shawn and Jose are the crew that made our experience awesome. Thanks guys ! Hope we left the apartment as good as we found it. :)All the bestJoe and crew

Herself, and all of her staff are very customer service worthy which you dont get that from most apartment offices.The community is safe from my own experience, Im glad Ive chosen to live here had been a very rememorable experience ..!

Shawn and Elizabeth are both phenomenal. They have made the move in process so easy and they are both very knowledgeable and caring when it comes to doing what they can to help with the move. Hands down would not only recommend them and this complex but by far has been the best management team Ive ever dealt with. The apartment looks awesome I see no issues at all with it and it shows that they care and want the best for every tenant.

My fiancé and I moved to Creekwood a few months ago and have been extremely impressed with the service from the community professionals. They are genuinely nice people and care about their tenants!Even before our move in date, they helped us with the process while we were preparing for our move from Seattle, WA. They were patient with our inquiries as we adjusted to the new environment and way of life!Shon, one of the leasing professionals - I have witnessed go above and beyond to help tenants, especially during these strange times we find ourselves in. I’ve even seen him deliver packages personally to your door.Overall I give a 5 star review and would recommend to anybody.

She is caring, empathetic and does all she can to help. Sadly, I have to move out soon because of school; otherwise, I would stay right here. I am finally getting a chance to write a review of this apartment. I have been a resident here since 2016 and honestly have nothing but nice things to say. From the moment I went to talk about the facility, I was greeted by Tara who was able to show me the unit that I would be moving into. I had been looking for a place for over a month and once I got there, I fell in love with the property and the customer service. That was in 2016. Over the time I have been there, everyone has been super helpful and attentive to my family needs. When my car got damaged from a hit and run, they were their every step of the way. When my wife needed some assistance when she was pregnant, Auroa went out of her way to make sure my wife was okay. Whenever there was something that we thought we needed, before we could ask, Tara would of had it taken care of. Even the new manager (the guy) has been a help with everything. The only reason we had to leave is because we needed bigger space for our expanding family. Thank you for all the hard work the staff do here

I had a great experience touring this apartment complex. I had just moved out of Missouri down to Irving with my 1st cousin. My cousin told me about Creekwood apartments. As I walked in I was greeted with a great smile by a young man name malshon. Thats what I really like to see. I used to work in retail back in my day so a smile is key. He was very positive and professional. He seem very knowledgeable about his work and you can tell he has a passion for what he do. This experience makes me feel good about making a decision on where my next residency will be.

The property management team here is excellent. Weve submitted multiple tickets for repairs, and the response time is almost immediate. They have done a great job maintaining the property. It is an older property but feels more like a newer property due to the attention to detail. And you dont have to pay a premium like you would in a new apartment complex.

I love it here! My neighbors are chill and mind their business. The property is always clean and tidy. The few times Ive submitted service requests they were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I havent had any problems while Ive lived here. Its pretty quiet and peaceful. I would recommend Creekwood to anyone looking for an apartment. The location is great (The exit before DFW Airport, across the highway from the mall; and lots of restaurants/stores in the area) !! No complaints here.

We appreciate Jose and the Team for being able to fix anything, from a broken lock to even the smallest leak. And you can count on a smile from Shon, always willing to go the extra mile. We enjoy the quiet community with easy access to the highway for our commute to work. Being so centrally located is a big plus for our busy family.

Im a new tenant, but my experience of viewing apartments, applying for an apartment, and moving in have been overwhelmingly positive. I can tell how much the staff cares about their tenants and are invested in making their property a wonderful place to live by how carefully they listen and by how much time they spend engaging with anyone who walks into the leasing office. Shon was a particular stand-out not just because of his energy and friendliness but by his spending over an hour on the phone with me as we tried to figure out why the online application wouldnt take my information. (He got it to cooperate eventually. :D) Im looking forward to living here!

I moved into these lovely apartments two weeks ago and I highly recommend them. Centrally located to many shops and restaurants. Minutes away from the airport! The staff has gone above and beyond helping me with my transition from out of state. Special shout out to Malshon, the leasing agent who has been amazing and accommodating! I’ve been here a living here for over 8 months. From the beginning the experience has been awesome. Miricla was wonderful through the entire process and my apartment was ready upon move in. There is a park for my children to play at along with a dog park for my fur baby. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to call home. Maintenance are actually pretty punctual with any work orders that I have had.

I moved from Dayton, Ohio I was looking for an apartment from Dayton before I moved to Texas, The Management was so kind, to help me throughout the leasing process by being transparent, Elizabeth and Sydni the Leasing Professionals helped me throughout the process via emails and phone for smoother move-in and the apartment was a great steal with a wonderful patio good view to pool and the management fixed minor issues in my apartment swiftly I raised, They also have a website where you can log in and pay your rent instantly, the UI is great and they have a portal in a website where you can interact with your neighbors. Well recommended Apartments, Definitely worth leasing.

Ive been living here going on five years now and there has been much improvement in the management of these apartments. They have made some capital improvements--cleaning the facades of the buildings and painting the entry doors of the apartments a more cheerful color--but more importantly, the hot water delivery has been much improved, and there are fewer instances of water being shut off due to repairs. (This had been the most disappointing aspect of living here and the major complaint in my original review (only 2 starts). They have gotten rid of the many cats that prowled around the grounds when I first got here.. Maintenance responds quickly and I like the online method of making request and paying rent.All this to say that I have reversed my opinion of Creekwood and would now recommend them.

Aurora and Tara are the leasing agents they are very professional, they offer snacks, coffee, and sometimes juice.My wife and I came across Creekwood after 5 attempts to other apartment communities until we stumbled upon this community. Once Aurora greeted us with her great customer service skills my wife and I were instantly sold and we havent even seen the model yet.Tara was tag teaming other Future customers and assured us that we would love this community which we do, and have decided to renew our lease for 13 months.This is the place to be. This apartment community is always sold out. Creekwood looks to be an awesome community. It was very clean and the office staff was really nice. I came in to inquire about a 2 bedroom which they do not have right now, but Tara was very gracious and super nice and gave me a tour and property information. Most places I have been to will not show me anything if they don’t have apartments available. I can definitely see why Creekwood is full it seems to be a great place to live.

We came to ask about some apartments for my younger brother and his friend, and were helped by Ms. Tara Hairston, who was wonderful!! Despite being alone and having quite a few walk-ins, she managed to help everyone and still took the time to show us their model apartment. We really appreciated how passionate she seemed in regards to their tenants needs and comfort. A tenant came in and alerted Tara about her water issues and she immediately jumped on it and contacted maintenance to resolve the issue. I believe this speaks highly of the apartment complex and my brother looks forward to hopefully moving here next year.Thank you Tara!

I can honestly say Im so excited to be moving to Creekwood. The moment I stepped in the leasing office I received such a warm and enthusiastic welcome from Malshon. Ive rented in several states and hands down the service ive received from Malshon has been the best leasing experience ever! he went above and beyond with assisting me especially when my employer accidently sent my computer equipment to my apartment a month before i was scheduled to move in. Ive lived her for over 8 years now. The staff is amazing terra will be missed! But the newer hires are just as amazing! Shawn makes everything super personal where you feel like hes not your landlord but a neighbor. They are well trained and informed in the bussiness as well so its really a breeze to handle everanding. Only minus in the neighborhood would be from exterior instances (like random punk kids looking for open car doors and stuff) and nothing having to do with creekwood or its management. Also during the freeze everyone was well informed and took care of eachother during it all. The staff called to check in and even knocked on the door to make sure everyone was alright!

Every question, maintenance need or issue is dealt with in the most positive, professional, and proactive way. Ive lived here since 2005 with my kids. Since then there has ups and downs. But with Tara and Aurora the downs are made easier. There is a new manager in the office and she is fabulous. When I moved in I had the pleasure of having Aurora and Tara there. It was amazing. Tara always made sure to ask about my daughter and made me really feel at home. I stayed there two years just for her. The only reason I left was because we grew our family and needed more space. Anytime skmething was wrong I knew I could call Tara to get it done. From new paint on the walls and doors to fixing the air. Any questions I had I knew she would get it done. Honesty hands doen the best apartment I have ever lived in. It broke my heart to leave. If you have a 2 bedrebe available and Tara is stoll there after our lease is up we eill be back hands down. Thank you for an amazing 2 years.

Kassandra is the woman to talk to. She is the most amazing leasing agent there and I talk to her personally about anything I need fixed.Ive been living here for 6 months and its pretty ok. I mean we are in a poorer neighborhood but other than that our experience here has been fine. The maintenance guys come when we call. Our neighbors are friendly.Only con is that the water heater / pipes have broken 10 times in the time that weve been here. They are replacing the water heater and the lines so hopefully thats fixed in the next month.Edit: 3/19/2014So Ive been living here since June/2013 and at first the everything was fine. There were a few issues that got resolved almost immediately. The Water issue has yet to be resolved. My water gets shut down ATLEAST once a month. Im also paying atleast $50 for water.I do give them an A+ for resolving my heater problem during the polar vortex, that was very nice and professional of them. Unfortunately they want to raise my rent by $35 a month for me to sign a new year contract so Im not sure I can stay.

I love love LOVED the service at Creekwood. Malshon was so professional and even went as far as to FaceTime me and give me a virtual tour of the unit because I was not able to make it to my appointment to view the unit which was BEAUTIFUL by the way with all UPGRADED appliances and new flooring. I was also informed on how everything was within walking distance (shopping centers, Walmart, restaurants, etc.). To say that he went above and beyond would be an understatement. His service definitely exceeded my expectations.

Just moved into these apartments and even tho all this craziness was going on I was still treated like family my water wasn’t get hot and didn’t know what was goin on so I contacted the leasing office which everyone in the office is awesome I spoke with Tara about my hot water and she sent Adan over and when I say he really cared checked the temperature of the water then found out that the cold was mixing with the hot and was able to have my water perfect Elizabeth is the one who moved me in and I loved the communication between everyone great love them Shon the leasing agent is great I think everyone in the office Is the best at their Jobs I love my little apartment 😃😃😃😃
