    Angela was a huge help in making the move-in process go smoothly. She and everyone else at the front went above and beyond to ensure we moved in smoothly and were taken care of.Its easy to tell how much Angela cares about her residents, and she will always make sure she is doing her best to make everyones experience incredible.The Creek Townhomes is a beautiful and exceptional place to call a home. It has so many beautiful things that make it exceptional. The environment is a beautiful sight to behold.So far, other residents are so friendly.Apologies to our new neighbors.My kids are still excited about the move-in. It was nice settling for Creekside Townhomes, and the stress of searching over 20 apartments was worth it.We look forward to living here and making it our home!We look forward to connecting with new friends and families.

    This community is by far one of the best in the area. The team here is phenomenal. I want to give a huge shoutout to Kenneisha who not only made me and my fiancé’s tour spectacular she was very thorough with the information we needed. She is a breath of fresh air! If you are looking to move in the Richardson/Plano area do yourself a favor and tour here and ask for Kenneisha. You won’t want to tour anywhere else.

    My name is Elizabeth, Im very excited to join this community. It is a very beautiful community anyone would dream of leaving in, and it is very clean. The management is awesome, the staff are friendly and professional, especially Julie and Angela. Julie and Angela were very patient with me throughout my course of trying to secure an appointment. Both of them answered all my questions with smile on their faces. They are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Every apartment, Townhomes or call it any name needs staffs like Julie and Angela. Thank you guys, you are the best. By the way, I love my new apartment. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!.

    Move-in was very quick and stress-free. Angela at the leasing office is so responsive and has great customer service. Im grateful to have found this hidden gem as every staff member I have encountered has been very friendly and helpful.

    Creekside has been our home for well over a year now & we couldn’t have chosen a better place! Creekside is clean, quiet, & friendly! Not your typical apartments! The maintenance staff here is awesome & very responsive! Javier takes pride in his work & is always quick to address any concerns!

    I have loved living at Creekside Townhomes and have just resigned my lease. The leasing staff has always been very kind and welcoming. I have never met a better maintenance team who are willing to put in the work to fix and issue. We had some issues with our a/c over the summer and the maintenance team was always there fixing the issues as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this complex!

    Last night at 10:52 PM I placed a call to your emergency number. My concern did not meet criteria on the emergency pick list. My smoke alarms were beeping every few minutes. After 2 hours of trouble shooting, battery replacement, calling my son to figure it out, nothing stopped the beeping. Jamal answered my call immediately and arrived within 25 minutes. He could not have been more pleasant and apologetic (it wasnt even his fault) He replaced the smoke alarm and the beeping stopped. A big thank you to Jamal for coming to my rescue on a cold rainy night. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.

    Renewing my lease.Staff is friendly and helpful. They care. Maintenance gets it done right away. It’s quiet here. Great location right off 75 and 190 (George Bush). We like it here. :-)Noelle helped me figure out details on renewal as I’m going from 3 bed to 2. Did a great job. She is focused, attentive, and helpful when talking to her about something.I like every single person who works here. Which is rare!

    Great community to live in. Very quiet. Maintenance team is amazing, I had a leak coming from upstairs when first moving in and Javier helped get everything under control and fixed. Also put in some other work orders that he fixed in an accordingly time! Maintenance and office team is great!

    The area of this apartment is really cozy, and is safe enough that I feel comfortable to walk around alone late at night whenever I cant sleep. All of the workers have been extremely nice and are always down to have a conversation, they feel like people in the community rather than a worker just there to do their job. This doesnt mean that they arent doing their jobs as well, as they have helped me with every issue Ive had very promptly, with one of my work orders getting completed within an hour of it getting submitted. The maintenance guys also noticed stuff that needed fixing that I hadnt, and offered to take care of that too while they were in the apartment. While I could see how the city noises could annoy some people, it is much better soundproofed here compared to areas I have lived in the past. I absolutely love living here.

    My washing machine stopped working and Harveair was kind enough to come check it out and order me a new washing machine. It came in less than 4 days and he was able to get it set up quickly. Thank you to the creekside maintenance workers and Harveair for getting the problem fixed quickly!

    Moved in recently and the staff have been amazing and attentive. Great value for the location as well; I can be anywhere I need in minutes with the tollway and 75 close by. Shout out to the community manager Angela and the maintenance manager, Javier for going above and beyond during my move-in.

    Ive been a resident for 1 month and am extremely pleased with my decision to join this community.Harveair is a Bit of Terrific!I experienced a major appliance failure shortly before the office closed Friday evening of Memorial Day Weekend. I was certain that I wouldnt receive a response until the following business day. To my surprise and dismay, he phoned numerous times that evening until we finally connected.Once a plan of action was determined, he continously provided updates until the appliance was successful replaced.I would be remiss if not sending a shout to Jamal for his assistance in the successful completion of this task along with a secondary work order that came up.Excellent job guys!

    I have lived here three years and have had no problems! Community is great and pretty peaceful. Fun events get planned (when Covid isn’t happening!). The office ladies are great and super friendly - always remember who you are! Maintenance is amazing! I try not to put in requests but whenever I needed someone it was done in a quick and timely manner! Definitely recommend!!

    I just renewed my lease for year 3. The girls in the office are awesome. No complaints at all. The maintenance people are terrific. Very quick to respond and resolve. I havent had any major issues, just little ones, since Ive lived here. I plan one living here for a long time.

    Most recently I submitted a service request on Sunday and by Tuesday morning Harveair and his assistant were at my apartment taking care of the issue. This has been consistent with the top-notch service I have always received over many years from the various service team members here at Creekside. Way-To-Go!

    Resident of close to 10-years. Pretty good place to live; Tom Thumb right across the street and close-but-not-too-close to Dallas.PRO: Javier, our resident handyman, is very personable and helpful and has done a great job with every request weve had.PRO: Other than the construction for the upcoming DART rail or w/e, its typically pretty quiet.CON: Needs more trees.

    I have been a resident in this community since 2019. I love this place. I am greatly grateful with the staff for their efforts in my renewal. I am so happy to keep living in this place that I call home and really feels like home. It is a very peaceful and secure place to live. I only have positive things to say about Creekside and their staff and am happy to stay. Thanks for everything!

    I lived at creekside for 3yrs. I moved out March of this year because I started to travel on my job. I have been so busy with my job I was unable to write a review til now before I go back out on another assignment. The ladies in the office Luna, Angela and Gabby I love those ladies they are the best. They were always on top of any issues I had. I love the property. The neighbors were nice overall a GREAT experience.

    Lived here for over a year, and would have stayed longer if not for life happening. The front desk is very polite and will work hard to take care of you, and were always pleasant to chat with. The location is great and is 5 minutes away from just about everything. I would recommend UTD students or permanent Richardson residents definitely take a look at these apartments.

    Creekside has by far been the best apartments I’ve lived in since I moved to Texas. The only reason why I moved is bc my roommate and I are getting a one bedroom and the complex does not have one bedrooms upstairs. I like staying on the top floor. It’s a quiet community and has quick access to food, bars and more.

    Great place to live in Richardson!! Front office staff treats you as family and they do several events throughout the year for tenants and their families. Our favorite was Christmas with Santas visit for the kiddos!Safe to walk your pet at any time of the day and wonderful response times to maintenance needs. Lua, Angela and Jeremy are AWESOME!!

    Creekside Townhomes was exactly what I was looking for in my next home. I love the location, amenities and friendly staff. My unit Floorplan fits me perfectly and I love having an attached garage and fenced in yard. My rent is at a good price point for this area of town.

    This is one of the best communities Ive ever lived in. The staff is amazing , they know your name , welcome you in when you have a question. Have resident events like treats in the office or mobile snow cone van on property, small things to let the residents know they care. If you are in the market this is the place to be!!!

    One of the best locations in the North Dallas metroplex. Amazing amenities, wonderful staff, and beautiful landscaping. A cannot miss opportunity to live close to three major freeways with easy access to any part of DFW.
