I’ve been here since 2015 and I love my home. It’s spacious and comfortable. The front office staff has always been kind and they make sure everything is up to date and working properly. Any maintenance issues Ive needed done gets done right away! I hope to be a renter for years to come…

Love it here. Feels like home, great staff both ladies made the whole experience from applying to final paper work very simple and smooth thank you crystal and the other lady as well not sure how to spell her name but thank you ladies yall are amazing, and apartment is clean and beautiful.

I just moved out on the 30th of September. My 2 kids and I lived there for 6 years. It was a large comfy home for us. The ac worked super good and the garden tub was my favorite part. The island in the kitchen was also one of my favorite things. Anytime we needed anything Rosie, Vernice, Krystal, and lorenda always made sure we were well taken care of. We’re gonna miss y’all ladies!💜

The maintenance man Joey is very approachable and knowledgeable. He also does a good job repair and address maintenance issues. I like living at costa and the girls in the office are so helpful and great to talk with.

Costa Tarragona Apartments and Townhomes are very spacious and beautiful, and the pools are refreshing. The community is very nice its peaceful and quiet, and there are pool parties and events like National Night Out where the community gets together and meets the neighbors, and there are games and such

My family and I really like it here. As long as you keep to yourself, youre good. Weve been here going on 4 years and maintenance has always fixed what needed to be fixed and the office staff have always been nice.

I lived there for almost 6 years. I loved the space and how nice was my apartment. If something needs it to get fix in my apartment I called and asked for Rosie, she help me with my work orders and she will make sure Maintenace will get it done. The most I like about Rosie I was able to talk to her in Spanish when I had to call for a work order or any question I had. couple months ago, I notified her I was leaving the apartment, but I was not able to know exactly the date because I did not know when I was closing on my house. Before I move out, I gave her two different dates and she worked with me, and she explain how much was gonna be for breaking the lease and everything else. Before I return the key, she did the walk through and told me you lived here for 6 years, and everything looks fine, so I was able to get my deposit back. I am so thankful for Rosie all these years of her help.

Moved in Dec.20, 2017 and so far everything has been good. When we first came everyone was so nice especially Rosie. She handle all our paperwork and keep me up to date with our application process. We had a slight problem with the fridge but they came within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. Great apt complex to live at. Highly would recommend living here.

Ive had the best experience when moving in. The process did take some time just getting all the paper work in order..Krystal was amazing working with me. Single mom with three kids. This process doesnt happen over night so you have to be patient. Over all i love it . Very very peaceful !

Can I just say, Costa Tarragona is a great place to call home. I love my apartment! Its a beautiful property and the staff, especially Krystal in the office is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Im so happy my daughter and I have our apartment here. Thanks!

The apartment is spacious and beautiful. Very comfortable environment. People friendly. The staff is very understanding, willing to participate in our complaints, listening and providing solutions.

It is a beautiful place to look at and the foliage is perfect for this South Texas environment. Has pools and a play area for the kids. Only negative aspect about it os that the building numbers are in peculiar places so that if you are a deliver person or are expecting a delivery, it might take a bit for the driver to find the apartment building you are located at.

Costa tarragona apartments is a very unique and family oriented place to stay. The office staff is amazing and so very helpful, Krystal, Lorenda, Rosie, Vernice. The maintenance personnel are also so wonderful, Archie, the 2 juans and Noe and Atticus. I have always had 100% dedication to be solved with any issues. I would not ever stay anywhere else . From my experience the whole entire staff has always been there to help me . Also the grounds are kept up immaculately. This is a place to live and be confident in all aspects of living.

Staff is very helpful despite a big mistake that inconvenienced me tremendously. Im on a waiting listnow and was so disappointed at the last minute loss of a prospective apt. I now have to wait indefinitely for housing. You might see signs in front that say Now Renting and there arent any. .UPDATE: Looks like theyre gonna make it happen after all....awesome
