Me and my spouse moved in mid march of 2024 only put about $200 down deposit of course it is based on background, income and all, they were able to get us to move into our first place of our own with our 2 daughters both under two. They were very helpful and nice we were able to take a look at the property and yes there was minor concerns but it wasn’t anything to keep up from moving in. 5 months later still no complaints I did have an issue with my smoke detector but they were able to have someone take a look of course not right away that’s not how life works maintenance was busy that day but we’re still able to get to me and showed respect. Over all staff of amazing, helpful and very understanding. It’s 2024 people things aren’t how they used to be. Me and my little family can definitely say we will staying here for a good while. Thanks to the lady who helped us get our very own place.

The office staff are nice and helpful. Havent had any problems that concern the actual apartment itself. Maintenance is pretty efficient. Wish there was security, tho. That would be nice.

This is my first apartment. I am extremely happy and love living here. Its very quite and very nice. I have no problem with the management or other workers they are all sweet, but dont put up with bullshit. Its their job to try to maintain this property and some people around here dont care about where they live and seem to trash up areas.

Have not lived here yet, but based on the response of the office staff compared to other places, it looks like a nice place. The lady in the office was very nice, and was willing to listen to our situation. They are very helpful. Went to several places to look and this is the one and only place that took any time to deal with us. Were very helpful. Thank you.

I been here for a few months The office is on there job and the maintenance as while I mean the move as quick they can and make sure the issue is fix I have never had a issue with the ladys in the office they are like another family there always friendly and smile and treat you with respect and love there great I had to post this so you can know there working on making this environment the best it can be and me I appreciate it thank you ladys and guys for the work your doing

Since day one on my search of a new home here at Costa Almadena ive been absolutely blessed! First with the Excellent customer service they provided! The Assistant was super friendly and very accommodating. She made me feel right at home and took care of all my question! The Apartment property is very well taken care of. Maintenance men were very friendly as well. Apts are very nice! Just wanted to give yal a big Thank you!!!

Carol is so sweet and amazing, she got me into my new home super fast and she is the most caring property manager Ive come across i was iffy on the reviews but Ive been here about 2 weeks and so far so good, my townhome was beautiful my kids love it the location is perfect thank you so much to Carol and the staff here you guys have been amazing

I live with my girl-friend here and every thing is good but the dumpster is to far and the gate can never stay fixed
