    This is a great place to live. Very quiet and staff is attentive. I had an issue with my stove and Roland promptly reached out to help me and take of the issue. He was highly professional and willing to take care of any other issue I may have had. He exemplifies the care and respect the whole staff shows to all the tenants.

    I toured Copper Ridge on Monday, December 16th and Kylie was my guide. Ultimately, I did not select Copper Ridge to be my new home, but Kylie’s bubbly personality alone was very contagious and made the tour very enjoyable. She did an amazing job breaking pricing down and making everything clear. I will certainly be directing people to Copper Ridge if they are looking for a new place to live.

    Have lived here since last dec , love it here . Kylie was amazing with helping me out to get moved in and till this day is always nice and friendly and helpful, all the office staff is. Enjoy the food trucks, pool partys, office give away and other stuff they do for us. Have had no issues if something needs to be fixed its quiet here nice people live next to me .grounds are always clean along with the pool and bbq pits , workout center is great. Dont ever plan on leaving here.

    I lived here for 4 years and absolutely loved it. I had zero issues with any appliances, lights, pest, or anything in the unit. If I cld of picked up the apartment and moved it to my new city I would of. And as a women living alone I always felt very safe here and never had any reason not to feel that way. If you do need maintenace for anything routine such as air filter changes they are spot on and were usually at my unit the very next day. The only thing bad is that the gate is broken more often than it works but honestly I got used to it and since I felt safe here I didnt really mind. I want to thank Copper Ridge for making my time here so enjoyable and it has made finding a new apartment that lives up to standard very hard!

    We love it here! The staff is very helpful and all the residents we’ve met have been friendly. The pool is nice and always clean and so are the grills. The gym is very nice and always open.

    I just recently moved in and the transition was smooth and overall pleasant! Kylie, one of the property staff, has been especially friendly and quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have. The complex itself seems safe and clean with a few minor blemishes... So far, so good!

    Iv lived here for a little over a month and i absolutely love it here. All the staff is great and very helpful. The property itself is very quiet and beautiful. Every apartment has problems here and there and they fix them right away with no hesitation.

    Not only was Richard professional and knowledgeable, he was also kind! He showed the apartments I was deciding between more than once, spent a considerable amount of time answering all questions, and even walked me through the application. The complex has a relaxing vibe to it, and the unit itself has a beautiful layout with the perfect lighting! We put a call in about availability this morning, had a staff member reach out to us in the early afternoon, and had a customized tour time booked soon after. The quality of this experience was wonderful, and we can’t wait to move in!Edited to add:I will update in a few months to talk about living in the unit, but I really don’t see any complaints arising.

    I just moved in and it all had to happen really quickly due to me relocating. Kylie was so extremely helpful and even did a virtual tour for us (thank you!!!) so that we could get everything settled and move in the next day when we were in town. She answered all of my questions and responding so quickly and kindly. I love my apartment already, and cant wait to make it home!!!

    Great living place. Staff is extra friendly and accommodating. The grounds are always clean and organized. The apartments are spacious and well taken care of, will many floor plane for each new residence looking for an apartment. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new apartment!

    Robert Gonzalez did an excellent job cleaning out my clothes dryer vent. He spent several hours on his knees in a cramped position behind the clothes dryer. When he finished, the vent was clear and the dryer was working great. I appreciate his dedication and perseverance in staying with the job until it was completed to my satisfaction. I have lived at Copper Ridge for seven years and Roberts action in completing customer service requests is typical of the excellent service that I have received at Copper Ridge from the maintenance staff and the office staff. I would highly recommend Copper Ridge to anyone who is looking for a residence with a home atmosphere.

    The staff at Copper Ridge Apartments are the BEST! I was moving my daughter into her new apartment from all the way across the country, and I encountered a minor medical problem while I was staying at my daughter’s apartment. I consulted the staff in the leasing office about recommendations for a local doctor and Selena went out of her way to help me get seen by two local doctors. She even went the extra mile and followed up with me afterwords to ask me how everything went and to make sure I was okay. Before this amazing experience, I was nervous moving my daughter across the country into an unfamiliar area. After being treated with respect and kindness by Selena and the other staff members, I am so thrilled that my daughter is moving into Copper Ridge, as she is surrounded by a wonderful, caring staff!

    Copper ridge is a really nice place to live, the pool and gym are really nice and everything is very well taken cared of. Selena from the leasing office was amazing in helping me and my wife move in and have a very smooth transition. All the people we’ve met here have been super welcoming to us. Awesome job!

    After moving my parents into Camden Copper Ridge a few months ago I feel the need to write a review which I dont ever really do. But WOW the management staff and maintenance staff has been absolutely outstanding. My parents love the location and any maintenance request get done what seems to be almost immediately! Property grounds are kept clean and so far this is one of the best communities in Corpus they have lived at. Did i mention the leasing staff and maintenance staff are awesome? I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to move to the area.

    Camden Copper Ridge is the best apartment living experience I have ever had! The staff is attentive to my familys needs on every level. From outstanding maintenance to a lovely office staff. I am in love with the spacious kitchen that has a cute bar and tons of counter space for my daughter to bake while I cook. Washer and dryer connections are a big plus and having a Valet trash service pick up in the evenings works perfectly with my schedule, no late night trips to the dumpster. My neighbors are friendly and really make the experience complete. I wish I would have moved in sooner!

    I have lived at Camden apartments since October 2018 and feel right at home. The front office staff and maintenance crew are so friendly, hospitable and proactive in making sure that everything in my apartment is functioning properly. The maintenance crew was quick to respond on the same day that I made a request. The crew keeps the grounds looking clean. The strength of the front office staff is that they communicate constantly with residents and show great interest in keeping us comfortable.

    Living at Camden Copper Ridge was close to perfect. Each staff member possesses a genuine care for you and your comfort. They practice great communication via email and the mycamdenliving website. They respond to emails in less than an hour and complete anything you need in a timely manner. None of your requests go unnoticed. This was my first experience living alone and I was pleasantly surprised to have felt so content as I had no concern with my safety being compromised. The aesthetics of the apartment are so quaint to me and feel like home. The grass is green, trees everywhere, flowers blooming. The pool is literally a resort style. The maintenance does a fantastic job of fixing any mishaps in the apartment as well as not leaving a trace behind. Also, the maintenance is so very friendly. Camden has been so fantastic, now that I have been relocated I am staying with the company in different city. I highly recommend Camden Copper Ridge!

    Ive lived at Camden Copper Ridge for about a year, and have had such a great experience so far. I moved from about 1,700 miles away without having seen the apartment before I signed the lease. I had no problems getting my paperwork completed and moved in, and the staff was so helpful and friendly along the way. The complex is clean, well-kept and also feels safe! Ive been so happy with my decision to live here!

    Simply amazing! My boyfriend and I have had the best experience so far! When we first came on a tour, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Every time we have called with a million questions, they have been so kind. Riley has truly been the sweetest during this big process of our move. I wish I could remember the names of the other women who have also helped us with our questions. They have been the best!! Thank you guys, we are so excited about calling Copper Ridge home!

    I can not praise the management staff here Copper Ridge enough. They not only are responsive to an issue or concern, but it’s always with professionalism and a cheerful response. They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy.They have events here for the residents all the time. Tonight in fact, they are having a musician for music at the pool combined with pizzas and snacks. Warning…they have many food events so you could end up putting on a few pounds; thankfully they just completed their new fitness center with all brand new equipment. ;)

    The tour Kena gave us really helped us picture what we were getting. The apartments look amazing and the staff is awesome as well. Everything went so smoothly and we got exactly what we wanted. It is definitely worth the price. The location is great and the fact that its gated makes us feel secured. I cant wait to move in to our new home. :DAPRIL 2020So far it has been great living here. Everyone keeps to themselves. Havent had any trouble at all. The staff is amazing, they really make sure they take care of the residents. I am happy to call my home, Home. Being new to Corpus Christi I think we made a great choice by choosing Copper Ridge.

    Camden is an amazing company to be associated with. In my opinion, after visiting multiple other locations, Copper Ridge is absolutely the best apartment complex in Corpus. The staff are extremely helpful & always on top of everything. Never have I had a complaint that was not addressed & fixed within hours, and large requests have been executed & fixed within a few days. They always strive to keep the community looking good through continually improving the parking, to completely re-doing the entrance so that people could take advantage of exiting either side of the complex, as well as keeping the pool/cooking area in great shape year around.I am most impressed with the managers & their aptitude to remember everyones name! It definitely makes this apartment community feel at home. If I were to have one complaint, it would be associated with not having a hot tub, but that is not explicitly necessary, just would be a nice addition/amenity! Overall, 5 stars!

    I had one of the best living experiences at Camden Copper Ridge, the office staff cared for you and always made sure you were living excellent! Not to mention the awesome maintenance staff they have I was always greeted while walking around the community and loved how prompt they responded to any service requests. My family loved the events the staff would put together during holidays or even just to show their appreciation we were able to meet our neighbors and have a good time. I highly recommend Camden Copper Ridge if you are looking for awesome living and great customer service!

    I have been living at Camden Copper Ridge for over two years now and could not be happier. Not only is the staff most caring, attentive to your needs and overall amazing but the maintenance is also superb. The major thing for me is feeling safe and Camden Copper Ridge feels the safest to me. All issues are taken care of immediately, parking is better than you will have it anywhere else and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Ive met many great people living here, neighbors and the office staff and it truly feels like a family. This is definitely the best place Ive lived at.

    This was my very first apartment and I really enjoyed living here. Mike was the leasing consultant that helped me thru the process and he answered all of the questions I had. He even called me the day after my move in to make sure everything went well. If I ever had any questions the staff was always available and my maintenance requests were always completed the day I put them in. I loved my courtyard view and the location of the unit I had. I definitely recommend Camden Copper Ridge to anyone looking for an apartment! The price is great and the staff is awesome too!

    I rated it with 5 starts because of the staff. I havent had a chance to live there, since it is a bit pricy for my budget. But I didn’t give up and am still considering this property for sure. Anna is one of those staff who works there, she is a nice woman. Believe me! She is very kind, helper, and compassionate person.Staff, in total, are supportive. They always answer the phones, and if they are busy and you leave a voice message, they definitely call you back! Hope I could finally move in these apartment complexes. :)

    Copper Ridge was a fine place to live. Its a decent location and the amenities were nice. Biggest plus was the very friendly and helpful office staff! Matainence was also very quick to respond. The complex is old, however, so the walls in our unit started to crack from the building settling. The parking lot is in horrible shape as well, with large dips and curbs being broken by tree roots.

    Camden Copper Ridge’s staff has made my transition from California incredible. Trying to find an apartment online and not physically being there is always hard, but all the office staff I had spoken to helped me know the property and what I was getting into. Camden’s online application and signing the lease was done while still in California. I’ve never lived at a apartment that has been very helpful in making my move less stressful. The location is very convenient near many restaurants and some nice local bars. Thank you office staff for being so INCREDIBLE!!!!

    Amazing! This is the first word that comes to mind when talking about Camden Copper Ridge Apartments.I first arrived to this community 15 months ago and I dont regret the decision one bit. There are numerous reasons why I recommend Camden Copper Ridge to anybody moving to the area.First and foremost, they have an amazing team working the front office. They were always able to address whatever questions or concerns I had. Their front office team is what makes this place such a great environment to live in.Second, they have a very responsive maintenance staff. All service requests were taken care of within 24 hours of me putting the request in. I was very impressed!Third, everything is about LOCATION! The location of Camden Copper Ridge is awesome! They have an HEB Plus within walking distance of the apartment complex. Im able to get to any store or restaurant I need within a few minutes. Also, the south side of corpus seems to be the nicest part of Corpus Christi and the surrounding community is very clean and safe.Fourth, the apartment complex itself is very beautiful. They do a fantastic job keeping the grounds well maintained. I think for any apartment complex it is important to be aesthetically pleasing. They definitely succeeded in that regard.To conclude. this is an amazing apartment complex with a great front office team, responsive maintenance staff, and prime location. I want to give a quick shout out to Nicole Larivey, the Assistant Manager. She did an amazing job getting me the apartment I wanted and made the leasing process as quick and easy as possible. I want to thank the rest of the Camden Copper Ridge team for all your help and support!

    Camden Copper Ridge is a great place to live. The apartment complex is well situated on Corpus Christis South Side, within convenient walking distance of many dining, shopping and workout facilities. The apartments and grounds are very well maintained, with a great pool area , lots of parking and neighbors who are friendly and quiet.The office and maintenance staff are always ready with a smile and prompt attention to your questions or needs. As a long-time resident, I am very pleased with Copper Ridge and would recommend giving them a look when you are in the market for comfortable and affordable apartment living.

    My girlfriend and I have been tenants here for 1 1/2 years, this is definitely a 5 star apartment complex, kept clean, lawn is well always manicured, pool is always sparkling clean. Office and maintenance staff are always friendly and willing to help. Dog feces is not nearly as bad here as other places, we have a dedicated young man to clean up after the typical lazy dog owners, MOST folks here are very considerate about it. The only area that bothers me is the water boiler, it seems to need repaired a lot which results in either no hot water OR no water;HOWEVER, the time is always kept to a minimum and emails are always sent out to the tenants to let us know well in advance, and as Ive never lived anywhere with a water boiler, maybe this maintenance is necessary. The complex certainly still deserves 5 stars!! There are always improvements being done and Im very proud to be a resident here. As long as theyll keep us, were arent going anywhere else, we enjoy it here!!!

    The location is great. Theres an awesome pizza place across the street and Golds Gym next door. (Copper Ridge is currently building their own gym for residents so standby.) The apartments are spacious. They have a valet trash service most nights. This place comes highly recommended.

    My transition to Copper Ridge was smooth with the assistance from Marisa. She provided me with all the important information I needed to know about the apartment complex, their services, and the rooms available. This apartment has everything I need with a gym next door, remote entry and easy exit gates, plenty of parking available, and overall very clean. I recommend this apartment to someone looking to be close to shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants.

    I have enjoyed my stay so far here at Copper Ridge. I moved here from Cali and didn’t get a chance to see it in person until I arrived. This was the first one I saw and the only one. The amenities are good, maintenance is performed regularly and professionally, valet trash is a huge plus. I would recommend living here it’s a great community. The only thing I don’t like is much is that the front gate is sometimes always open allowing anyone to come in or have people waiting for you to open the gate so they have access to come in. As well as the gates used for foot traffic are always unlocked, we live in a good area but that extra security would go a long way. And some of the charges are a little pricy but an overall good stay.

    Anna & the property manager are awesome! They have been super helpful and accommodating with my move in. There was a miscommunication on my apartment coming with a washer dryer and rather than dismissing my concern or make excuses they took care of me and found a solution.     Good apartment complex, some issues but would recommend. The #1 reason for this recommendation is the front desk staff member named Victoria Landeros. Every single one of my issues she has handled with a level of passion and friendliness only seen at Disneyland. Always welcoming and helpful, I go straight to her with every issue I have and always leave happy. Having been in the military most of my life, I have lived in many apartment complexes, and Victoria is by far the best front desk attendant I’ve ever had.

    Camden has been one of the best apartments I have ever lived at, the staff is always so nice and courteous when you walk in to the office or on its social site and is always throwing little events whether it be for the holiday’s or just to get the community to come together and enjoy a nice day out by the pool, and the maintenance staff is excellent and always ready to fix a problem if it should ever occur providing you with comfort that you won’t have to wait days unlike other complex’s. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a home away from home!

    I wish I could the apartments 5 stars. When I first moved in everything was amazing. However, as some of my good neighbors moved out the bad ones have moved in. The apartment complex is pretty noisy throughout the night and the constant fight with the trash people gets old. The staff is good and so is the maintenance team. But if you can not handle the noisy neighbors just don’t even look at this place. I will for sure be moving when the lease is up.

    This place is in a good part of town. Every time my friends come into town, we always meet at my apartment since Im so close to everything. Robert, the maintenance man is the best, He always takes care of my maintenance reqests quickly. I like living here because the staff is helpful and very down to earth. They know my name and always say hi to me when I stop in to get coffee. I would recommend this place to any one looking for a nice, quiet place to live.

    Lived here for the last month and would definitely recommend it! Convenient distance away from just about anything you would need (groceries, Walmart, variety of restaurants/fast food eats, multiple gyms to pick from). The leasing office is staffed with warm and welcoming people. They are responsive to issues and concerns from my experience. Only takeaway would be traffic on South Staples late evenings. Other than that the facility itself and staff are 5/5.

    I recommend Camden Copper Ridge to anyone looking for a good and fairly quiet place especially for flight students. The commute isnt bad if you take Saratoga, Rodd Field to SPID to base.The staff was professional as well as friendly. Plus they always had coffee made. I was struck by how they all were able to call tenants by their first name and not apartment number. There was one issue with a leak but maintenance was there in 20 minutes on a Friday afternoon, which impressed me. I had no issues with theft nor did I ever feel like it was unsafe. Tenants were a good spread of young to older individuals and families. The two barbecues by the pool are nice as is the pool itself. The apartment was in good condition, clean, and all appliances worked well. I rented a washer/dryer so never used the laundry facilities.Its close to everything. You can walk (if its not too hot) to a few bars, Fuzzys Taco, HEB, and Row Zone or Golds Gym. A lot of good restaurants within 5-10 minutes. I would strongly consider renting there if I found myself living in Corpus Christi again.

    Nice little gated apt complex, quiet, tranquil , good amenities, some of the Staff are really great others not so much ... trash pick up has been a hit or miss sometimes they pick up the trash then they dont just annoying Im paying for it and its not even been getting done ,parking need improvement but better then a lot of other places.     This is the best complex Ive ever lived in. The management usually keeps us updated on everything that is going on with renovations. It would be nice to know when well have people hammering on the side of our walls though, that was an unpleasant start to my day. Other than that there are a lot of renovations going on which means great things for the community! Im excited to see how it all looks once everything is complete!

    I have lived there over 7 years. I left for a short period of time Corpus but returned to the same apt complex for I enjoyed living there. The grounds and the areas are kept clean. When every I need a request they complete quickly . They have events through out the year. I feel safe and feel the staff care about my needs.

    I would like to say that all the people at many of the Camden locations have a wonderful personality. I visited a few to get a feel for the place and the customer relation was on point. Clean front office, clean homes, as well as the overall grounds. I would refer the company Camden as well as their Apartment complexes to anyone in search for a Home.

    I’ve lived here for over a year and I love it. The staff are very kind and helpful with any issue you have, and do their best to work with you. Maintenance is usually quick and effective (some busy days of course), They are constantly making improvements, and do their best to keep things convenient for residents. Would definitely recommend this complex.

    I have lived at Camden Copper Ridge for 1 year and 10 months ! When we moved here from Louisiana we had a very easy transition with Camden on our side ! Everyone at Camden has made us feel welcomed ! The maintenance crew is very responsive to getting any problem resolved no matter the time of night or day ! If you are looking for a place to live I would highly recommend the Camden Copper Ridge family !

    I moved here a few months ago and cant recommend this apartment complex enough! The office staff is friendly and goes out of their way to assist. The services and amenities at this complex are great (i.e., trash pickup service at your door!!!). Great location too! The complex is located close to great shopping centers and a huge grocery store is right around the corner. If your looking for a great apartment living experience Id recommend Copper Ridge!!!!

    These are astounding apartments. I am really impressed with the staff who are all very attentive to the residents. The community is quiet and the grounds are always kept neat. Best of all the Pool is always refreshing while enjoying the pool side BBQ pit. I would recommend anyone to check this place out.

    Love coming home here! The grounds are always well kept and my dogs love their walks, the office staff is always helpful & friendly, and I know that any maintenance ticket I submit will be taken care of. Being next to HEB Plus and places to eat doesnt hurt either!

    Great apartments. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Its pretty quiet here. Location is awesome, close to restaurants, HEB plus and Walmart. Office staff and maintenance men are super nice and everything gets fixed quickly.

    Camden Copper Ridge was my home for almost three years, and it was a wonderful place to live. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful and the moment there is an issue they are there to fix it immediately.

    In reality I give this place between a 4 and a 4.5. It is an amazing place to live the staff is very nice and the maintenance does seem to get to issues quickly when they are submitted. The biggest issues I have with the place are what I consider hidden fees. You look online and you see these great rates and they are nice I admit and then you start adding on all the fees and it starts to become a pain. Mandatory Camden TV charges $49monthly not including instillation fees. (internet is not included in this and to get it you have to pay a whole new instillation fee) Mandatory valet waste $15monthly(they pick up your trash at certain times). At the end of every month you also get another Camden bill which probably varies but Ill list what it says $9 Trash (wait didnt I just pay a trash fee...yes) street maint fee $2.42, water $39.36. I understand this charge but why not include in rent? Gas $7.90 which I have no idea where gas is used, admittedly I havent asked. All said and done be prepared to spend $124 extra a month in Camden charges plus utilities. You still have to cover your own electricity here which is normal for apartments Ive rented which is why Im not including it. I will offer them some advice if they are reading this though. I think I would prefer you just add $150 to my rent and say rent costs $1,xxx. get rid of all the hidden crap that know one plans for until oh crap whats this.....Yes, when you go to their website it does say plan for ... fees which only lists $51 cable $16 Trash. If you have read this far then yes I like this place!!! I just think you should be informed that you are going to be paying more than what the website says probably $250 or more (Camden charges, Electricity, Internet)

    The front desk people were very helpful to answer any questions we had as well as very nice. The only thing I don’t like is that they never seem to answer the phone when I call.
