    Copper Mountain apartments is a friendly and quiet gated community that offers several amenities for its residents including a pool that is open all year round, 24 hour gym access, pet friendly, play ground area for the littles, basketball/ volleyball court, plenty of outside sitting areas and grills open for all residents, and the office staff host fun resident gifts and events! We love it here residents and staff are very welcoming and makes it feel like home!

    So Copper Mountain gets 5 stars from me! My experience has been the best. I moved from Florida to Texas and didn’t know what to expect but the team made me feel like I needed to be here. It feels like home away from home, the apartment is comfortable, parking is great cause my wife and I have our own spots. It’s gated so I know my family, and belongs are safe when I leave, or go to sleep. The team takes care of things same day, or first thing next day. The dog park is nice and there is a playground for the kids. Basketball court for everyone to enjoy, the pool is great, and gym has just enough to get a nice work out in. The community is quiet and everyone is friendly. Finally add on is where the apartments are located; by everything you need. You can get a bike and ride to Walmart, Killeen Mall, Aldi, Lowe’s, In n Out, Wendy’s, there are so many options, even dinner places around because that’s how close everything is. Copper Mountain Apartments is my first choice when it comes to finding a place to stay. I would recommend living here and the price is right. You get so much for the price you are paying. You don’t feel like you are losing when paying here. Affordable, quiet, close to everything, and appliances included with rent. Thank you Copper Mountain, keep up the great work.

    Office staff is very helpful and mindful of requests, and have worked with me on just about anything I’ve needed. Maintence responds to requests. The grounds are well kept (not a lot of litter everywhere, landscaping is kept up with nicely). I’ve had very few issues with living here, and when I do they are taken care of! I have recommended this place to fellow co workers looking for a place to live.

    Hello Killeen Texas, My Husband Is In The Military And Got Stationed Here For 4 Years. We Are From Florida And While In Florida, Our Daughter And Myself, My Husband View A Variety Of Apartments. He Came Across Copper Mountain Apartments And Fell In Love. Charm, The Property Manager, Gave Him A Tour And During The Tour They Develop A Bond. A Trusting Bond. Every Question Asked, Charm Had An Answer. If Anything Was Needed, She Provided. Customer Services Is Impeccable. The Staff Is Friendly, Joyful, And Amazing.Residents Have To Download This Gate System App. The App Opens The Complex Entrance Gate As Well As The Door To The Gym. I Love That! I Work Out At Nights And It Makes Me Feel Safe Knowing That Someone Can’t Enter The Gym Unless Their A Resident And Have The App. 10/10!My Husband Loves The Basketball Court When He’s Not At Work, He’s There. Lol. I Would Like For It To Renovated And Easier To Play On. It’s Pretty Rough For Me. 7/10!The Pool Is Another Bonus. The Seating Around The Pool And How It Has Its Open/ Close Hours. Thats A Good Thing Especially For The Safety Of The Children. 10/10!They Renovated The Gym With New Appliances, New Workout Balls, Weights, Bands, Leap Platform Boxes, ETC. Also, They Have Two Bathrooms (Male & Female) So You’re Not Waiting. They Provided A Water Dispenser As Well, Which Is Also New.I Love It In There. Especially If You’re Not Too Fond Of Larger Gyms And Like To Workout Alone, It’s Perfect. 9/10!There’s A Dog Park For Pet Owners And Pets To Get Some Fresh Air, Exercise And Socialize With Other Owners! Awesome! 9/10!The Kids Park It’s Not Too Big But Very Intimate For Toddler’s To Enjoy, Explore, And Imagine While Playing. 8/10!The Leasing Office Is Cozy And Comfortable. They Have A Snack/ Coffee Bar, A Business Center Where You Can Print, Use The Computer And Place Your Business Cards For Residents & Others, A Seating Area To Wait or Watch TV, An Electric Fireplace And More. I Can’t Forget There Monthly Events For Residents. Every Month And Holiday, They Have Things For Residents To Do And Have Fun Doing It Especially When The Holidays Approaches.10/10 Recommendations!Lastly, I Can’t Forget The Pricing. It’s Affordable, It Includes, In-Home Washer And Dryer, Pest Control Every Other Month, Reserved Parking, Water, Electric, ETC. I Don’t Want To Tell You Too Much.     This place is a wonderful place to reside. It is peaceful, cozy and safe apartment complex thats offer exceptional amenities at a very affordable price. The downside is the illegal and sneaky tactics employed by management during the eviction process. One such tactic that I have experienced personally is the disconnection of electricity with proper notice. A tenant is to receive a separate notice pertaining to the disconnection of electricity following an writ of eviction titled NOTICE TO TERNMINATE ELECTRICITY and within that it should detail the date in which electricity will be shut off. How much it will cost to have electricity restored and where and how the payment came be made. This balance owed cannot be used or applied to the current or overdue rent amount. Unfortunately my rights were infringe upon when I was denied this that legal course of action and my electricity was disconnection and I was without electricity for several days now. My court date is two weeks away and I see no redemption in the future. So future tenants beware. Yes life happens and the eviction process is necessary for the apartment complex to be able to Regain ownership of there property but this shouldnt be achieve by illegal tactics and practices of management at the tenants expense and misfortune.** Five Stars given for exceptional performance in illegal housing practices**

    Ive Been residing here at Copper Mountain going on 3 years now and have received nothing short of friendly and exceptional service from management and other staff members.Both the management team and the maintenance crew has always been accommodating. If I had any grievances or complaints; the welcoming service these ladies provide to their residents is such that it overshadows anything that I could possibly think of. Thank you for always making me feel at home I truly appreciate it!

    I have lived here for the last 6 months and its been great. The staff is simply amazing. They are always kind and courteous. I love that the staff offers different events; pool parties (great gift giveaways) holiday events; etc. Great way to get the residents involved. Quite and the location is great. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

    In the time I have been a resident here staff is great in helping with anything that is brought to them, it is a family between the staff and residents. Copper Mountain Apartments is and awesome and safe place for family and kids. Great job and continue to provide a wholesome community 👍🏿.

    This is my first apartment as a new SSG. Yessi greeted me with all smiles and professionalism. I had a million questions since I had not rented in a while and her along with Ajee have always answered all my questions with patience and understanding and never got frustrated. They maintained the same level of professionalism with my complaints and inquires.Any maintenance issues I have had have been fixed as quickly as possible in relation to how high of a priority it was. Apartments have issues. The fact that things are always fixed by a great maintenance team is a great thing in my book. If I find any bugs I call about it and am able to get on the next bug rotation because I really freak out about bugs.My first year long lease is about to end and I am moving into a smaller apartment and starting my second. The main reason I stay is the amazing team here at copper mountain and when I was originally looking that was a big reason I chose this complex. Phyllicia and her team work hard to make the living experience here the best it can be. I think they do an amazing job. Don’t really see myself moving until I PCS!!

    We have lived here for about a year and a half now and it is a great set up. Property managers and front office employees are awesome and helpful and always quick to respond to questions. Maintenance team is also quick and efficient. Grounds are pleasant and it has a nice size pool and gym with free weights! They also host fun events a few times a year. Pricing is a little on the higher side but you get what you pay for! 😁

    I’ve lived here for a little under a year. The management team is very helpful (I’m military and have had some pretty bad experiences with apartment complexes and rental companies this has been by far the best) and they definitely honor their word. I’ve had Work orders fulfilled Same day. They’ve kept us very informed and taken the precautions to Keep us safe during covid ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    In the middle of my one year lease.Office staff really friendly move in and contract was a breezy. They have small events through the week which is a plus.The apartments are older but updated. Upon move in a few major things that needed to be fixed but was fixed right away. Maintenance staff really professional and get things done in a timely manner.

    Moving in was very smooth process as we moved from out of town. Every time we had a problem Maintence was very responsive and quick to fix our issues. The office team has always been helpful and quick with responses. The only down fall is parking, you can be parked in a spot and someone can buy the spot without notice. Or they can buy multiple spots when it’s already a small complex. Other than parking I have enjoyed my experience here.

    I have lived at Copper Mountain Apartments since November 2018. Ever since moving in I have had nothing but great experience when it came to my apartment and leaving here in this luxury community. Every time I I put in a work order it was always completed expeditiously and done very professional. I would love to stay here and re-new my lease, but it is time to.move back home.

    I enjoy living here. Its not an extravagant apartment complex, Ive lived in nicer ones, but for the price you pay to live here and taking the area into consideration, its a good deal. 1BR/1BA apartments are fairly minimalistic. Pet friendly, theres a pool, and maintenance responds quickly to your requests. I will say that the entire complex could use a face lift, but it doesnt affect the living experience.

    Two months ago, I located Copper Mountain Apartments. And, from day one, I knew Id love this place... Megan has such a pleasant demeanor...Marissa is supportive...Brandy, the manager is caring and Billy, the maintenance supervisor, insures that most work orders are completed within 24 hours or less. Not to mention, everyone is very professional.Yes, the apartment complex is like three decades old; however, it is WELL maintained...Thanks Billy and your lightening fast crew...Most importantly, here I am not just a resident; Im a member of a delightful community...So, if youre in the market for a quiet, friendly and centrally located apartment to call home---look no further than Copper Mountain Apartments...By the way, if this post entices you to become one of my newest neighbors...You can thank me later :0)

    Incredibly friendly, trustworthy staff. They helped me move into my first apartment with ease, answered all of my questions, and fixed any problems I had. Lost my wallet last week and the landscapers turned it in to the front office. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

    Although I decided to go with another apartment complex, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Megan & Marissa in the office. They were so super friendly, responsive, & helpful; answering all of my questions & going out of their way to make sure I was able to get my needs met. Their warm friendly attitudes have me excited to be moving to Texas from Illinois!

    When coming into Copper Mountain Apartments leasing office I was very welcomed and felt as if I was apart of their family by the leasing professional Phyllicia Cross. She was very informative, knowledgeable, understanding, and heart warming. She made my as we all know stressful process smooth, worry-free and relieved my stress within the twenty minute process that it took to get me approved and moved in!!! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone I either know or come to know to join thher Copper Mountain family!!!I have cross posted this because I feel that everyone should know how wonderful my experience was!!

    Found this complex on some short notice and I’m glad they had an apartment open. Very friendly and warm staff who have helped me with what little problems I’ve had. Nice courtyard area with a pool, hottub, gym, and grills. After moving in I was relieved to find high ceilings which no one realizes they need till they have it! I recommended this place to friends and will continue to recommend it.

    I’ve been here now in Killeen, TX for almost a month and I must say that Phyllicia, Yesi and Ajee have been phenomenal. From feeling welcome before even moving in to the smiles when walking into office . Despite how many times I may call with questions, they never hesitate to answer. Not only are they awesome they also have an Awesome Maintenance team. I would definitely suggest apartments. Location great because distance to work and close to my favorite places is the best

    I have lived in Killeen for almost 5 years now, born and raised in Okinawa, Japan where the customer service and quality is very up to par. Killeen is nothing like Japan. However, Copper Mountain is EVERYTHING I am used to. As soon as I walked in Phyllicia literally had the biggest smile on her face welcoming me with open arms. It caught me off guard at first because people arent really used to this treatment around here. She gave me a cinnamon roll and water and cheerfully sat me down and went over the 2 bedroom I asked about. Everything from walking in and touring the property was just completely amazing and I am excited to be apart of this community. I am excited to be taken care of by a staff that is like her.

    Copper Mountain was the first apartment when I was hunting for one that actually seemed genuine about wanting to help me out. They even let me stop by and actually look at the apartment (during the thick of COVID) and got a full tour of the complex. I could tell that first day that they cared very deeply about this place, and I wanted to be apart of that.

    I have been in the Military 18 years and assigned to quite a few military post Copper mountain is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in, they are military friendly, their facility are always clean, the staff is always friendly and rent is affordable!

    Lived here from 2012-2013. Only reason why I didnt renew my lease is because I got deployed then pcsd as soon as I got back. Loved it here and never had any issues. Would always go to but walk back from Pluckers on the weekends cause it right around the corner :-) Thanks Copper Mtn for making it a nice place to hang my hat for a bit.

    Like some we moved there just until we found a house.. During that process Mr. Ajee has been nothing less of professional and always greet you with a courteous smile.
