Thankfully, we met April, leasing agent at Constellation Ranch. Since the beginning she has been upfront and honest about the whole process of leasing. My husband and I know she is great asset to this property. Shes a true professional and knows her stuff. April has worked with us by explaining everything to us on the application. Lastly, the grounds are kept clean, there are no weird people hanging out, all the facilities are maintained well and the unit she showed to us didnt smell from the last renter. The whole property is clear of debris and trash too. And we believe one of the biggest perks is that they have safety and security on-site, and two police officers who live on the property. Oh and the property is easily accessible to the freeway and nexr to Starbucks and other restaurants and gas stations.

From initial contact to final signature April was a commensurate professional. Friendly, approachable, honest and straightforward, something I have not seen with other residences I visited. I felt comfortable and very happy with her presentation. I took about 4 hours to make my decision and I am extremely happy to be a new resident here. And I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a residence that feels like home.

The grounds are beautifully maintained. There is plenty of green space for you and your pets. The pool is very nice and well kept. The apartments are quiet and filled with people that care about their homes. The apartment interiors are spacious. The maintenance staff are quick to respond if there is an issue and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. Im starting my second year here and I love it.

Just got married, and my husband and I recently moved here to Constellation Ranch and we are so,so loving it, Its home! Everything and anything you could dream of is here, a beautiful park area for the kids to play and picnic tables and grills throughout the whole property, awesome dog park with training equipment and lots of dog stations located throughout the property. We have an awesome workout gym, and a movie theater you can rent out for family events, kids birthdays or just family time. We have an exquisite, beautiful, large swimming pool area with a hot tub, lounging areas, and lots of grills and the pool is open all year round except for Mondays for cleaning, plus gated area... Ms April helped us every step of the way to make this transition as easy as possible and we are so grateful and thankful to her and highly recommend asking for Ms April for anyone that comes to check out Consolation Ranch apartments.Ms April went above and beyond and is your go-to person to get things done for you! We’ve been here since April. Maintenance has been a 10 here. They’re quick to handle any issues that have came up. Their team is always cordial and professional.The pool is well maintained.The valet trash service five days a week, has us spoiled. It’s quiet most of the time. The neighbors are friendly.

I moved here in February and I absolutely love it. My neighbors are so sweet, my kids have made so many friends, and it is such a quiet neighborhood. The office staff is fantastic, always willing to work with you. I absolutely LOVE April, she is so sweet and considering. Also the maintenance crew does a fantastic job at getting work orders done in a timely manner. It’s a great place to live.

First I wanna say these apts doesn’t come by easy. Been checking for a 3 br for a year until I called spoke to April . Omg this lady was so awesome from start to finish. I got approved with great move in specials . My move went so smooth. I love the community it’s very quiet day and night . Think I’ll be here for a long time . Thanks April !Update: After Living here for 3 mos I would say it’s been great . Trash is picked up like suppose to be . They keep the community very clean . The other night we had either a fire sensor malfunction at 4a in the morning. Super loud and scary . I called maintenance thinking it would be an after hour emergency hotline because I’ve never experienced this at these hours of the day. It was no fire on my apt nor around in the building so that’s why I think it was maybe a malfunction or something. Well called the after hour number and tge voicemail says it no longer a hotline for that anymore . I feel it was very inconvenient for serious but non emergencies if one was to occur . So of course I called the fire department and some of the other residents had called it in . Nothing was found on fire thankfully but We all agree it should be a working hotline . Other than that I enjoy it here .

We have been in these apartments for 2.5 years, and have seen many improvements in that time. There were many dead bushes due the freezing winter a few years ago, that were removed this year and quite a bit of new plantings around the whole ranch. Many other issues have also been taken care of and the whole area looks much better. All the service workers have done wonderful jobs and keep the place clean and most everything working and looking great. All the office people have also done a great job. When service is needed, or rental issues are happening, the office prepares service requests and deal with other issues quickly with a smile.Most of the problems I see have to do with renters, such as not picking up their dog droppings, and tossing trash out of their cars. I wish they would be more aware of how that affects everyone else who tries to make their living conditions livable. Thanks to the entire staff and service workers. And thanks for listening.

My experience here has been an exceptional one so far. The professionalism of the staff has been impecable. Alyssa has been absolutely wonderful in assisting with any issues I have been unsure of. The complex is neat and tidy. and has an atmosphere thats calm, relaxing and conducive to living. We receive emails to inform us of the any issues,and announcements of all kinds that are pertinent to our staying here. The communication is wonderful here. I just called maintenance last evening and they arrived this morning to repair the issue. The service has been great so for. I would highly recommend this living complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Moved in on June 21st and so far everything is great! Alyssa made this such an easy and stress free process. Management and Maintenance teams are wonderful! My unit is spacious for just me, tub is HUGE! The seller on this complex was the washer and dryer included with the unit, big win as I did not want to have to use public units. Came with fridge, microwave, stovetop/oven, walk-in closet, and many more amenities.

Omgosh! Although moving is a four letter dirty word 🤣 Alyssa and April are both amazing! The move in was smooth. The day of we picked up our keys, ands by that evening we were 98% unpacked. The community is tidy. Neighbors are nice. The dog park is beautiful. The second day we woke up, took the dogs to the dog park and watched the sun come up. There were a few inoperable things, but the maintenance team are super talented and friendly. We were able to dispose of our trash and boxes from the move quickly and efficiently. The soft water in the shower is great for aching joints. Best part, our home is energy efficient and well insulated, frigid but comfortable at 76 degrees. After cooking our first couple of meals, the water tastes great. Afterwards, we sat back and shook our heads in amazement. Truly love the design of our home and feeling like we definitely made the right choice in moving here. Cannot wait for the first community gathering! I’ve been living here for the past couple years and my living experience here has honestly been phenomenal. I’ve been enjoying the property. The staff does tend to change, but each new staff member has been amazingly nice. Work orders are always up to par and I don’t have to worry about a workorder being left unfinished. If you’re looking for a nice community to stay at, I’d recommend Constellation Ranch. It’s been great so far.

A very matured and beautiful apartment complex with gorgeous amenities close to the heart of Fort Worth, between Aledo and Stockyards. This gem of a complex has pool, gymnasium, secured Amazon kiosk, valet trash, doggy park, playground, full-grown trees and landscaping. Nestled beside a few miles of sidewalk trails. Quiet neighborhood feeling is the setting with all necessities close by. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced. Check us out! We might be your next favorite neighbors.

I lived at Constellation Ranch Apartments for 9 years from the end of 2014 to the end of 2023. For the most part it was a great place to live. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the pool was fairly well-maintained, the gym area was nice place to work-out and the staff were kind and happy to assist you. The apartment complex is right by a Game On Arena which hosts indoor soccer games and is fairly close to Downtown Fort Worth, and restaurants in the Hulen Mall and Lake Worth areas, which made it conveniently located. Management did change hands a few times, which overall didn’t effect things too much, other than the maintenance being contracted out to a third-party towards the end of my stay, which greatly impacted their response times to work orders that I placed, and the capability to place work orders online on their website went away. I’d like to thank the staff for making my stay a comfortable and enjoyable one, and hope that Constellation Ranch continues to be a great place to live in Fort Worth.

Where do I start first off if you dont believe there are angels in this world still just keep living. Ms. April Leah was the angel the most high used to help me. She was very honest patient and worked well with me. By far the best experience Ive ever had looking for a place. When she was out her co workers were very nice and you can tell that the atmosphere there is peace. My background I had lost everything and been with my family and with not having a background of my own in awhile. She worked and it was approved. I received the call today. Im a true believer in doing things decent and in order and have been praying for a miracle (the seat of expectations). We were going to move for sure because the previous manager, Ria, is disrespectful, doesn’t have any empathy or sympathy For anyone and doesn’t know how to talk to anyone!!! Now we have a Fabulous staff in office and with maintenance. We have a gorgeous apartment with people that actually care. They are Always Keeping it interesting and always having wonderful resident events! We would Would recommend this place to anyone that wants a luxurious home with the best mgmt ever!!! UPDATE (8/18/23) New management is great! They are very responsive and it is clear they take pride in our community by scheduling regular social events for residents, upkeep of buildings, and new pest control company! There has been a huge improvement in communications. Amy and April are awesome.I have been living at Constellation Ranch apartments since 2020 and am immensely disappointed in the new management. The lack of communication between management and staff is evident. No one ever seems to be on the same page and there is little to no compassion for residents. Ive had so many issues since the transition to new management. These are just the big ones:Issue #1 - new parking/towing policy is a SCAM! Our vehicles have been booted TWICE. One of which was clearly registered, but I forgot to change my plates over on the account when they came in the mail. Tried to dispute the boot/charge and the towing company wouldnt release it. And the apartment complex wont do anything to help. The Constellation Ranch staff I spoke with said this keeps happening and she doesnt agree with it and would talk to management but nothing has been done. We already pay thousands in rent and fees each month, its terrible to take advantage of residents like this.Issue #2 - We moved from a 3rd floor unit to a 1st floor unit and the transition was a disaster. It took months to get a confirmed move-in date and when we finally made it into our new unit there were several issues. There was black mold in the master shower. The hardwood floor we had been promised was not put in - so we are stuck with carpet. BUT the worst of all was we had a roach infestation. I was told by an staff member the apartment next door had been left vacant and was in terrible condition - he disclosed that there was food and pet feces everywhere - and apparently they couldnt clean it because of some legal dispute with the previous resident. When I told management about the roaches, they acted shocked and told me they had been treating the building regularly. I talked to my neighbors (who also complained about roaches) who said management again, acted shocked, completely denying our claim. We paid for pet boarding and bombed our apartment and set roach bait out in every room - it didnt work. I contacted the front office again and they sent pest control out. The guy just put out more bait. Despite paying monthly fees for pest control, we didnt bother calling again since we knew they would just but more bait down and we had already done that. We had roaches the first three months in this unit until they FINALLY started gutting that abandoned unit next door.Issue #3 - contractors were hired to replace the flooring in the unit above us and they worked until 2am. I went up and knocked to complain and called the front office and left a message. No one ever responded or acknowledged this. This went on for three days. I have a child and was pregnant at the time. Very frustrating.I am so disappointed in the new management. The apartments are nice though and we love the location. I just keep hoping someone new will take over again and do better.

She took the time to call me after work hours and stayed late to get my son’s lease in order so he could move in on time. I have followed her around from a few different properties over the years. I always want to live wherever she is managing because she always gets stuff done, actually cares about us residents and always has a great attitude. If you are looking for a nice home I definitely recommend moving wherever she is. I just put in my notice to move at my current place just to move to Constellation. Im so excited to get back where she is and to make matters even better...my new home is absolutely perfect. Got a great deal, a nice place and...wait for it....they even have a pool table and a movie theater!

This area feels a lot safer than my previous apartment complex, and everything is a lot more well-maintained and cleaned. Feels great to not see any trash lying around! The gate has been reliably operational, and I actually feel safe enough to take walks here! :)

I loved living here and I was able to get a really good deal on a two bedroom apartment. The ladies in the office were always super helpful. The location was super convenient to the highway and there are many restaurants around. The apartment unit itself was one of their older models as I think they have renovated since but it was maintained very well and before I moved in they replaced my carpet. I even had a washer and dryer included as it was apart of their older models. Again, they have renovated since so Im not sure if they include the washer and dryer anymore.

Constellation Ranch appartments are some of the nicest appartments in the area! The rooms and closets are big, each room has its own bathroom and they come with a washer and dryer in the unit! They got a swim pool and a 24 hour fitness room, there is a theater room and a game room! The best part is the service! April was so very helpful and professional to us! She offered us something that no other appartment would. She did everything she could to get us into an appartment fast! Amy was very helpful too! They made sure that we were set up with everything, electric and internet before we moved in! I highly recommend these appartments to anyone looking for a good, safe place to rent.

I’ve been a home owner for years but I have friends that reside here and let me just rave about this place for second. The apartments are super nice, they have amenities that I didn’t know apartments even came with…like a movie theater room, a pool hall, a nice size gym, pool, and dog park! That’s not even the best part…I’ve heard the management had recently changed hands and where I can’t say I had any particular experiences with the old staff, the new staff, Ría, Myra, and Casey have been so accommodating and kind through out a few administrative changes my friend had to deal with. Hands down, I’d recommend this place!! They have their maintenance crew running constantly working on work orders that the prior team didn’t handle. The community here is diverse and I feel safe to when I see kids and family walking their pets. They even have a courtesy officer on site! You won’t be disappointed!!

I moved here in August of 2022. This is my first apartment in the United States, and I will say that the staff here. Cassy and Kristy are very nice people to work with as well pleasant people to have a conversation with. They let me move in my belongings into my garage unit before I could even move into the unit. Also are letting my girlfriend from Ukraine stay here as well with me, while her country fights for its continued independence. The complex is very nice and very clean, and way better than the complex that I was going to move to that was roach infested. (Dixson at Stone Gate off of Hulen). I look forward to staying here until I am able to buy a house in the future or move back to Europe.I have not had any problems with the property or the staff, and my unit was mostly ready when I moved in, with a few minor things that were fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Far as noise and people getting their vehicles towed. I am in the back of the complex, so I dont hear anything from the highway, and I have not had my car towed even when it was not in my garage unit.I would recommend any possible new renters to give them a chance.

My husband and I came to Constellation Ranch of Texas after laboring for weeks to find an apartment all over Dallas Fort Worth and we finally found our home. This is a family atmosphere. Casey, the leasing manager was so kind and efficient. He moved quickly to get the approval process going. He returned our calls, he showed us around this beautiful and safe community. The beautiful pictures you see on the web are exactly what you will find. It surpassed my expectations! It’s tucked away safely just west of 820 & it is literally like finding a diamond. Ria, the Property manager & Mrya the assistant manager was so pleasant & wonderful to work with! Even with all of their busy schedules they were so kind. Not like other Properties who didn’t return calls and were very rude. Casey worked very hard, not just to get us approved but to meet our deadline of our current move out date as well. Seriously, Casey & Ria & Myra went beyond the call of duty! Casey worked late and moved quickly. It literally had come down to where we had just a few days left to move from our current residence. Casey informed us they work with locators too and you can even move for free. The movers swooped in grabbed our things and here we are in this captivating & breathtaking community. Very happy with the new management. Despite the typical hardship that comes with a big transition - they have been trying to listen to residents’ concerns and address issues very promptly. JC - the new maintenance lead - beyond awesome. The residents should be more patient and try to understand that there is a lot that comes with such a big change and they are trying. They’re still training new staff and trying to please every angry resident that holds a grudge from being mistreated by the last management group. I gave them four stars because they’re still getting caught up from the mess they inherited but they’re on the right track.

AT&T now has their high speed cable service there, you can use your own washers and dryer, and the whole convenience fee was explained and I was told how to get around it. Where I am now, you really can hear a lot of road noise, where with building 550 I never noticed it besides the odd siren or person peeling out of the adjacent neighborhood.Anyhow, good job Constellation Ranch, you get your stars back.Original Review:Pros: Well kept grounds, responsive maintenance, good floor plans, pleasant looking apartments.Cons: AT&T 50 plan (which is terrible) is the only non-wireless internet choice (Verizon and T-mobile offer 4g wireless hotspots, no LTE), online payment (which has a $34 convenience fee) and service requests only, having to sign up for different online services regardless of their use as a part of your lease, have to use Amazon Hub for non-US Postal Service packages, uneven tiling in bathroom and kitchen, 13 month lease which is incredibly expensive to get out of early, cheap and noisy washer and dryer that come with the unit (I preferred using my own.)Overall: Looks nice and the apartments themselves are good. My maintenance requests were responded to within 24hrs and the maintenance person was good about explaining what needed to be done and doing it. But having to deal with management and services through the web, the awful internet, and forced use if Amazon Hub to receive packages ensures I’m not leasing again. Most of that may be personal preference (except AT&T’s plan being awful), but they’re deal breakers for me. Which is a shame because I really like the layout of the apartment.Edit: Discovered the convenience fee for the online only rent payment. That and frustrations Ive had dealing with the payment site (the worst of which were resolved by managment), Im taking off a star. Im just really frustrated with this place.

2 months ago I would have not recommended this place, BUT now I will not only recommend it but say that Tony (new manager) has turned things around completely. You can tell he is here to stay and he is dedicated to making positive changes. I have not had one complaint since he has started. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of and responds to request in a very timely manner. We will now be staying at the apartments instead of leaving like we had planned before the management changed. there is a HUGE difference.

I have lived at Constellation Ranch for almost a year, and I give this place a good rating. I dont understand why people have given this place a poor review. The office staff has always been friendly and the one minor maintenance issue I had was addressed within 24 hours. The apartments are beautiful inside and out, and are some of the best quality wise in Fort Worth unless you are downtown. The only cons: WALLS ARE VERY THIN and I hear much more than I care to hear, for the price, I expect more insulation from my neighbors. Second Con: not much square footage for the price. More PROS: Well maintained grounds, 24 hr resident only accesable gym, grills throughout the property, lots of open yards space, beautiful property, resident events----overall very pleasurable place to live.

I’ve stayed here for a year and outside of my key fob for the gate never working since I signed my lease everything else was kosher. Idk what’s going on recently as far as the gun shots and police presence ramping up but the people I met were cool. Oh and someone broke into my car and stole my wallet but I reckon they needed it more than I did 🤷🏿‍♂️ either way it’s a decent place but stay on alert I wouldn’t say it’s the safest.
