I have been living here for 8 years. I have seen managers come and go. I been wanting to write a review but I get on here and see everyone with long tenure well let me speak. Farrah is doing amazing. I think Allied Orion should know about the amazing type of manager they got. She pick up trash, change lightbulbs and she waves and speaks to every person as she go along. I just gotta say my piece and say thank you Farrah. The customer service even different!!!!

I have been living here for 12 years now and I never thought the day I would leave a review due to the poor managing over the years but ever since Farrah came its been a game changer, shes just what the tenants need and what the property needs. When I say she is on it handling her business like a real property manager should. She truly shows up and show leadership. No play play, no treating the tenants like garbage, She not just focusing on where the money at every month us tenants are adults and we know rent is due each month. She dont have no attitudes when we need stuff to be handle around here. She does her job effortlessly. She is a fresh of breath air around here and I cant wait to see what more changes and getting with the modern times in real estate she brings to the table for this property. Shalom!

I am a new tenant and my experience has been great. From day 1 I’ve been greeted with nothing but respect and patience. Being new to the city Mrs. Sandra and her staff has done everything possible to make me comfortable and calm my anxiety and stress with the move. They were kind, patient and very attentive to any concerns while keeping constant communication. Thank you Mrs. Sandra and Collingham Park staff for the warm welcome into the community and making me feel welcomed.

Ever since the management has changed, Ms.Farrah, the new manager has been very corporative. She does what she says, tho it may take time but she will get the job done. She very welcoming to her office with open hands, listen to her tenants and goes beyond for them. She has a very bubbling personality that makes you comfortable to talk to her if you have a problem with your unit. The fact that she changing up the units to be modernized, show’s better management. Overall Ms.Farrah is a one of the best managers that the apartment has had, and one who’s willing to work with you and make sure your apartment gets the best service one deserves.☺️

I just relocated to Houston Texas and I live here in collingham Park and I been here since February and I love it here its quiet,nice clean well put together and you dont have to worry about anything space parking area,gated community,swimming pool and play area nobody bothers anyone grounds area kept clean and the staff is excellent.

I am a supportive aid for a person who lives at this community. We had a issue with his stove and they sent maintenance within 20 min and then the manager called to make sure the work was completed. Wanted to congratulate the effort guys.

I have noticed a huge change in this property recently. I notice there is a new manager and she walks her property every day and I love it and you can tell the difference. She has added beautiful bright lighting through out entire place love it

I have lived here since 2015 and there has been 2/3 property managers and none have been as nice as the new ones we have now. Any problems that I have had (maintenance)ect..have been dealt with in a timely matter and with courtesy. Sandra is the person who I see most of the time and is always smiling and is willing to help with whatever you need. And has checked back just to make sure I was satisfied! My experience with Collingham Park has continued to be a good one!

I have live here for 14 years .started out in 2 bedroom, when son move out ,down size to 1 bedroom. Love were I live, fell very safe here , no gangs ,no late night issue, my sister stays here also ,every night walks her to her apartment. Young ones shows us respect .very safe ..just want to let you know staff is wonderful ,Eva mendoza, ,and Sandra and Ramon has work with me ,and I am very happy with how well and nice it is here have a nice day.

We didnt get flooded and the apartment is clean and the place is quiet on my end. The only thing I can say is they need to have assigned parking because new tenants or visitors will take your spot and that isnt so good since Im the one paying rent and cant park in front of my place to watch my own car, and multiple vehicle families are having issues with parking outside of the gates, but I just renewed my lease again and the management will work with you if you have a problem. Ramona has always been available to me. I would like to see a better kids area or more activities for them.

Wow I remember living here back in 05, I was around 28, It wasnt so bad. I was on Section 8 at the time and I was happy to get accepted in these apt.Good memories here, my son would play all night with the other kids. I never got into any altercation because I was mainly to myself. But over all pretty good apt and good for young mothers thats trying to get on there own.

Collingham apartment is one the best apartment to me a year ago,but now the manager in the office is not making the apartment a better place to be,the manager is not considerate and she is so rude,so many of my friends and family moved out cos the new manager their is not considarate,collingham is a very nice apartment but i think the manager need to be talk to😑
