I’ve seen tenants come & go. Disrespectful ones don’t seem to last long so consider your attitude when it comes to this property. The maintenance is always doing wonderful they clean up the property very well, sometimes it’s rough from the weekends, but they get the job done done. The management is great I hope they keep up the great work towards the property & community. This is a nice place to start doing better if u take advantage of the opportunities you are given to rise above for a more stable future. Been here 3 years with no problems from the office they are always there doing they’re best even when the staff changes to new people.

COOL PLACE TO LIVE SINCE A TEEN. UNTIL NOW SCENERY HAS CHANGED SOME PEOPLE HAVE AND SOME HASNT MAINTENANCE COULD DO A LOT BETTER NOT HARDLY ANY WORKERS TO DO MOVE IN/OUT SANITIZING, DEODORIZING, DISINFECTANT THESE APARTMENTS IVE SEEN A LOT ESPECIALLY MOLD ME AND MY BABIES DISCOVERED IT WHEN HURRICANE BERYL HIT WE GOT SICK AND ONLY LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR FROM BEING WITHOUT A PLACE TO STAY BEFORE THE MOVE IN THINGS WERE JUST PAINTED OVER AND PUT TOGETHER FLOOR TILE STARTED COMING UP DISCOVERED THEY JUST PLACED NEW TILE ON THE OLD TILE BUT I FIXED THAT ALL GLORY TO GOD COULDNT BREATHE IN OUR PLACE WE HAD TO GO OUTSIDE ANYTIME OF THE NIGHT JUST TO BREATHE NOTHING WASNT DONE ABOUT IT SO GOD,ME,AND MY FRIEND CLEANED ETC. THE AC DUCTS THAT WAS ACCUMULATED WITH MOLD, MOLD THATS BEEN THERE AND JUST PAINTED OVER BEFORE THE MOVE IN. BUT I LOVE MY APARTMENT CAUSE I KNOW HOW TO FIX WHEN MAINTENANCE CANT OR MANAGEMENT CANT DO! I DO I VALUE GOD, MYSELF, CHILDREN ETC. US AS PEOPLE HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO VALUE THINGS KEEP IT TOGETHER TO MAKE YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE WITH SMILES ON THEIR FACES INCLUDING YOURS. BE BLESSED. PHOTOS ARE BEFORE ILL UPLOAD AFTER PHOTOS OF WHAT I DID TO THIS APARTMENT LATER.

Love how their so kind ,very respectful. These are the first apartments where they have treated me so well. My children loved the apartments,looking forward to moving in.😊

Ive been here at cleme manor for 3 years and I love it here the staff here will go up and beyond to do what they can to keep you comfortable as long as you follow the rules of your lease agreement I couldnt ask for a better manager thank you again Carla much love for all you and your staff deal with trying to keep this property afloat I hope to see many more years here at cleme manor

When I was homeless with no help they was a lot of help n the move n was Ez n fast a lot have changed new park new wash room n office looking real nice wk oreders gone n and they wk on your problems fast but nothing is wrong with the inside r out of my apartment
