    I have lived here since January 2024 & it has been one of the best experiences I have ever had at an apartment. Not only is the monthly rent extremely affordable, it is equipped with washer & dryer connections (+10 points). Anytime there is a maintenance issue, someone is at my door the following business day without fail. The apartment manager, Megan is understanding, helpful, informative, and so so sweet. I have had zero pest issues since moving in. All in all, if I could give it higher than 5 starts, I would. I love Castlewood 🩷

    Megan, the property manager, is wonderful. She has been helpful, understanding and real for my entire time living here. I had some issues, but she helped every time.

    So, Ive lived here for almost a year and I really cant boast enough about the living and staff here. I was a little worried moving in because I havent heard the best things about these apartments and theyve been here for some time. I live right in the middle of the complex and at night its always quiet with the sweetest people that live around me. Very respectful and friendly. Ive also been very impressed by the front staff, especially Meagan the manager here. If there is any confusion on rent or anything wrong with my unit, shes VERY prompt to respond, and works with me but sometimes only able to communicate via email due to work. All staff is welcoming and friendly and even waves at us if they walk by when we check the mail. This is the most affordable, comfortable living for our little family right now and I cant think this place enough for our stay here! Xoxo

    Ive been living at Castle Wood for a few months now, and I can confidently say that Megan has made my experience here truly exceptional. From the moment I moved in, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Megans dedication to her role is evident in her exceptional customer service. Whenever I had questions or concerns, she was always quick to respond with thorough and helpful answers. Even if she didnt have an immediate answer, she would acknowledge it and promptly follow up with the information I needed. Megans kindness and willingness to go above and beyond have truly made a positive impact on my living experience at Castle Wood. I appreciate having her assistance and support throughout my time here.

    This is my first time renting, and it was quite a breeze getting situated with Castlewood. Our current management, Megan, is easy to talk to and very laidback, yet still gets things done in a timely manner.Obviously rental life never comes perfect, but the attentive management, quiet community, and price point is really nice and therefore worth some little hiccups.

    I Love the Upgrades and Improvements that have been done to the property and apartment units!! The Apartment Manager, Estella Zalaya, was Extremely Efficient and Courteous. Estella exemplifies what Excellent Customer Service should be like. The grounds are kept up with Lush green grass, free from trash and the Pool Truly is as sparkling blue as the pictures. I am very Impressed and Proud to call Castlewood Apartments My Home. I Strongly encourage Anyone who is looking to rent Your next Apartment to give Castlewood Apartments at, 401 Lakeview Drive in Clute, Texas, a try. I have been a tenant for nearly two years now. Estella has since Retired, new Manager has been hired and Estella works Part time. There are 2 issues that do need mentioning and that is; there’s a constant dumping of furniture on the property parking lot in the back from Other People who don’t live there. It’s an eyesore for sure and it sometimes becomes a pain to drive around. 2nd the apartments are on a boiler system and many times there’s no hot water. Other than that, everything else is the same. Maintenance lives off property so there’s no onsite maintenance. However, there’s a Call Center that tenants can call for an Emergency and the Response is usually pretty quick and any issues resolved. There’s also an Online Tenant Portal where a tenant can pay Rent or water and issue Maintenance Requests. Overall, this complex is a nice place to live. It’s quiet and a very pleasant place.

    Where to start, my fiance and I lost everything during hurricane ian in Florida. Since then we have bounced around between cheap hotels and family members homes in Texas . Due to our bad credit, and despite being willing to pay the whole rent upfront, we havent been able to find a new home until we met Estella,the manager here at Castlewood. She really went to bat for us,even calling the owners while they were on vacation. Because of her hard work and follow through we got approved despite other cheaper properties in the area not being willing to to take the chance on us, we now have a new home, and chance to start over. We absolutely love our new apartment and the area. We had one maintenance issue in the first week and it was quickly resolved. Hats off to Estella for going above and beyond β™₯️ We both would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live, with a great manager and maintenance team!!!

    I have been a resident of castlewood apartments going on 2 years and absolutely love it here. The manager is very friendly. Maintenance takes care of anything that needs fixing in the same day. The rent is very reasonable. The complex is in a very good location with one of the best elementary schools just across the street. There is a nice swimming pool as well. It is very quiet here all the time. The apartments have recently been remodeled and grounds are kept clean on a daily basis. The management and employees work very hard to keep the place up and continue to make this a wonderful place to call home.

    I havent lived in an apartment for years but without a doubt I couldnt be in a better place. I dont like the city and there is plenty of shopping, food or whatever you need around here. The office manager Estella is awesome and the sweetest person! They address issues and spray for bugs! The top reasons that keep you comfortable in your home. The apt is big enough to accommodate my large furniture and there are no problems with excessive noise here. Its a small community and the neighbors are great. Its also close to the water with Freeport just up the road. Which is another plus. I would definitely recommend living here.

    Very nice place to live. Estella the manager is a great manager. Stays on top of things to make you comfortable.The maintenance is good also. The Apartments have a lot of space modern flooring and counters, pool always looks good, quiet at night and lighted to make you feel safe. I really like living here and hope to live here for awhile.

    We LOVE castlewood. The neighbors are friendly, the apartments are new and always kept up to date. The area is also a plus, everything you need is within 5 minutes. Estella the manager is amazing too, super sweet and welcomes us with open arms.

    I have lived here for almost 3 years. I love it here! The complex is well kept, management and maintenance are awesome. Friendly and respectful. Pool is always clean. Close to everything. I highly recommend this complex as your new home.

    Very peaceful place to call home! If in need of community bus, there is a bus stop steps away to get around brazoria county. Pool is always clean and maintenance is always available if the ac breaks down or anything else needs attention. I have lived here 12 years and we have never flooded here in hurricane or with major storms and very rarely have power outages. Great area overall with elementary school only a few steps away.

    Ive lived here 1 yr. The management is GREAT!! I love the environment, very quiet. The remodeling that has been done on the property is AMAZING!!. I was very happpy to sign another yr lease. Highly recommended these Apts. Maintenance is always available, and fast to resolve any issue.

    This is a good place to live. Ac blows cold and 10 mins form anywhere I need to be. Nice family oriented neighborhood right next door to the school. The manager is the the best landlord I have ever had.

    We just moved in and I love that we have our own space, it’s close to everything in town. They have pretty much everything here. (Best part for me About the apartment is the closet Because is huge! 😍) the manager Estella was wonderful and very helpful with everything(: overall they’re amazing
