    I’ve been here approximately 1 year, and everything has been fine. I had an issue with one member of their maintenance team, and management resolved it quickly. I do have concern about the entry gate being open all of the time, but from my understanding- they are working to reconcile that. But even with the gate being open, the community is quiet and safe. I love my house!! I get a lot of compliments on it. Everyone is super friendly. I refrained from posting a review that was contrary to the poor reviews that other residents posted because I definitely don’t want to be dismissive of another person’s experience, but honestly, I haven’t had any negative experiences with this property or the management team. This is our home and we love it!

    The design of the unit is perfect with large bedrooms and 2.5 baths.The pool looks like an afterthought and the mini power plant in front of the complex is a major eyesore.Still a bit confused on the $41 a month vs a deposit.

    I have lived at Carmel Villas since May 2024 and I have loved my experience. One of those reasons is Colette. She is always smiling, happy to help and always does what she says she will do. I have loved working with her and her knowledge of the property and how responsive she is to my needs. Colette has been a rock star and has held many hats since I have moved in but has done each one with grace and a positive can do attitude. She is exceptional to work with and a true asset to our property. Thank you Colette for all your help!!

    Deja has been so helpful throughout the entire move in process. She has been very patient and kind to me and my roommates as first time renters. Highly recommend living here based off of customer service.

    I recently have moved into the beautiful townhomes at Carmel Villas. My moving experience was so smooth from filling out the application to receiving my keys to my townhome. I want to give all the credit to Hailey and Desi, they both were attentive, knowledgeable and great at communicating during my move. Once I was approved I immediately received my keys and was able to move in the next day. When I moved in, I gave Desi two items for the maintenance team to check. By the time I got home from work, the maintenance team had tweaked the two items I needed checked.The Villas are beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend the Carmel Villas. Thank you for making my moving experience a memorable one.

    I’m wondering when the gate activation will start? It’s been awhile. Also, would be nice to see a speed limit posted. Some residents speed through the complex unaware of the danger. Also, thanks for the evening/night patrol. Great guys

    Carmel Villas what a wonderful place to call home! This is a very cozy community, quiet, and beautiful. The landscape is beautiful, this is a very clean community and our home is what I expected and more!Thank you to all the staff at Carmel Villas whom I’ve worked with or had some sort of interaction with.Nikole, Hailey, Desi, and Chip have all been amazing, very thorough, and go beyond to ensure your questions are answered. Let me tell you… I have a lot of them! Because home is home it’s your own oasis and place of tranquility and or whatever you want to make it.I came from the Ridgeview community “which is another one of their properties that are new builds and beautiful.” I was simply looking to downsize and I cannot say there was a better place I could have chosen!Multiple floor plans to chose from, prices are reasonable, New Construction, New Appliances, and upscale living, with an upscale team to help choose the perfect floor plan for your life style!Thank you Carmel Villas! I am happy to be a part of this community.

    Wow first and foremost, what an amazing find. Hailey and Desi were amazing. They maintained great communication and were thorough when I asked any questions. The community is clean and very nice. Im so excited that I found this gem to call home. I will give a 3 month update, but so far Im extremely satisfied with the service and quality of the community

    I had a great experience with Chip on my tour. Very kind, knowledgeable, and eager to help me find the perfect place to call home. Once I make my final decisions, I’m sure this will be at the top of my list! (If only just because of how hysterical he is). These apartment communities need more employees like Chip.

    One word. . . Amazing! I cant say enough about the tour that my family received when looking for a home. Chip was a doll. He made our decision to move here very easy. I know that if we ever need any help with items in our home the office staff will be a pleasure to deal with!

    Office staff is very kind! Great landscaping, parking is a mild issue as the streets are narrow so it gets crowded but that is my only complaint!
