    This is a great property to reside at . The units are huge . The grounds are clean. SPECIAL SHOT OUT TO Devon R., she is a great leasing agent . I have clients on the property . She always assist me in a timely manner with a smile on her face . Her customer service is very professional and of world class status . Her attention to details , really makes my client and I feel at Home ! Thank you so much

    I love the apartment. It is very bi with an attached garage. The patio is a nice size as well. Our neighbors are very friendly and no one bothers us. We have been here almost 2 years, The elementary school is with in walking distance. Staff is very nice and maintenance is good. I dont have any problems except the area is not so great. Otherwise everything is real good.

    Oh my goodness I could be having the worst dayor I come in the office Devon it is always so professional and full of information she makes my day every time by listening knowing all the answers to my questions being humble and its like she provides a breath of fresh air. Other times I have come in the office and need information; Im told that their too busy and were under construction, as if they were putting the hammer to the nail themselves, and never get the information she provides.It makes you wonder why isnt she the property manager.????????? 🥰Much love and respect for her.

    Devon gave me a wonderful tour and was extremely friendly. She made sure to let me know that they are super attentive to the property and care about each of their attendants. She answered all my questions before I could even ask any. She also wrote down all the information that I would need before going through with an application. She really showed that they are willing to go the extra mile to make surethey help assist you with your apartment search to find your new place to call ‘Home’. I can not wait to move here!

    I filled out my application yesterday and I am currentally waiting to find out if I have been approved. I am very excited to begin my moving process. The complex is clean and the unit is beautiful. Plus, the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable.

    These apartments are very spacious! Especially compared to many I have seen in the area. My Mom and I came to look for a place to stay for my sister to attend college in this fall. I love the new renovations they are making inside the apartments and the location is PERFECT! Ms. Eva and Devon were accommodating and answered all of the questions that we had.

    Ive been living at these apartment for 11 years and the new company called the Dominion took over in 2021. At first I did not have confidence in this company and I was worried but when my son went to heaven, they was a big help to me. Ive been very stressed out very sad and very depressed because everything in my life and my loved ones seems to fall apart I just feel like a failure until they did renovation on this apartments .They did beautiful renovation for the kitchens in the bathroom and shockily it made me feel better about myself as a person. They did beautiful upgrade and updated renovation with Reeses lighting and other lighting in the bathroom. They took their time and a care for us. We now have marble countertops recessed lighting strong sturdy cabinets and they didnt treat us like a low income resident. They treat us like a human being and I appreciate it very much and my granddaughter also loves it . I love the new sink It that particular sink where you pull the faucet to wash your hair and stuff. Im feeling a little better about myself and I know my son and father is blessing me. Thanks Dominion for treating us well.

    I have been living at Woodway Square apartments for a few months now and it was the best discussion I made. Devon Redix is always willing to listen to my needs. She makes sure to keep me updated on any work orders I submit and makes sure they are completely in a timely manner. The maintenance team is awesome and affective along with being very professional. Im also excited about the renovations that are being done.

    Devon was amazing, she walked me through the entire process and made me feel extremely confident about moving into this community. She made herself available throughout the entire application process and really understood my needs and concerns. I feel like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders, bravo 👏.

    UPADTE!!! I would like to give major props to maintenance worker Miguel. I had several things wrong with my apartment that were bothersome and had been an issue for three years. When I first moved in I sent requests to get this stuff fixed, but no one ever came. I gave up and just lived with no shower and one working burner on my stove, and a toilet that kept flooding my bathroom into my kitchen and bedroom. Miguel swooped in this morning and knocked it all out. He was kind and polite and a joy to have in my home, a super stand up guy! Give this man a raise! And maybe even throw in a paid vacation, just because he rocks! I wont go into how stressed the renovations are making me, let me just say that it has affected my sleep and well-being and I am beyond sick of this. Just do right by Miguel, he deserves it!Management has been sketchy, but lets see what happens because I love living here. My apartment has been home for 3 years and I am 100% comfortable in it. There are no issues around my building, everyone seems chill. But yall lost one star because the weird management stuff has made me feel uneasy.

    Watesa Fanta, thank you so much for your help. It took me so long going through this process of moving in. When I finally talked to Watesa Fanta she got the ball rolling and it didnt take no time. She took the stress I was having away. I talked to her to let her know what was going on with the process and how long it was taking and she was able to explain the process and give me information about the garage, the storage space, and everything else about the apartments in detail.

    Elizabeth is one of the best apartments managers I have ever dealt with! She made the moving in process very simple and easy. Never had any problems with this complex. Lived here for a few months now and it’s been fantastic.

    Even with the problems I’ve experienced w/ living here I just wanted to say the staff are amazing. They have helped me anytime I was having an issue and we’re super understanding. They are very accommodating! The apts are super cute for first time renters and are on the affordable end especially for austin!

    Mrs.Love is the Truth...when nobody would work with my rental history and I was running out of time she was the only place to help me. She got me moved in and has taken care of me. I badly wanted a 3 bedroom and so allowed me to do month to month until she had one become available. Today i am signing my new lease for a 3 bedroom!!! She has always gone above and beyond in order to make sure me and my kids was taken care. Not only is she a great property manager but I would also consider her a friend .

    I lived there since moving to Austin 6 years ago and moved because I bought a house. Had some issues with old management, but has improved since Elizabeth Love came in as property manager some years ago. But its simple; keep to yourself, follow the rules, dont illegally park, pay your rent and bills on time and you wont have any issues.

    Ive always had an issue with this complex answering the phone and/or returning calls but Ms. Paula was amazing! She was out to lunch and called me back immediately upon return. Not only that, but she quickly emailed me the information I needed while we were on the phone! Im so glad about the change in management!

    I just moved out this property I loved it here. Maintenance was always on top of their things. Area was always clean, friendly neighbors and great are next to I35. Management was super friendly and always do their job. I lived in this property for 5 years if I could stay longer I would.

    Hello this is Rita Castillo at 1700 Teri road apartments #320 78744... I have been here in these apartments for like I think Ive been here like 6 or 7 years... Its very peaceful quiet beautiful apartments I have a carton tub thats like a jacuzzi in your own apartment and I love it even though Im on the third floor but still I love being here I dont want to move to any other complex I love it here I go to work and I come back and this is where I live its a beautiful apartment friendly neighbors the gas station is just down one block away Capital Metro where I catch the bus to go downtown go to work or catch the bus and go to HEB or to my appointments and I come back the way they have fixed it here in my complex its very beautiful quiet lovable peaceful no disturbing with your neighbors everybody keeps to themselves and thats a beautiful feeling and I just want to say thank you for allowing me to be here all these years I have a very blessed night ... amen

    I really enjoyed living here, I have no complaints, office staff are really welcoming and maintenance is awesome. I lived on the 2nd floor and had no problems,. It is big and spacious.. my only reason for leaving is bc my family expanded and their sister location is my new home now. This is a great place to rent from.
