    When I was looking for an appointment I run into. Camelot. I had no idea of what getting an apartment was like. It was so much stress at the beginning but the. Camelot. Change the manager and. That when we meet Jefferson who was more that happy to make that process so easy and understandable anytime we had any questions or concerns. Since then it’s been over a. Year now he always been helpful. Also wanna give thanks to Alfredo. That the guy from maintenance he always ready for Everything just need to say and he will be there in min great person hope. We. Have you her in Camelot for long.

    Jeffery is absolutely amazing. Hes made so many good changes for the apartments since he’s been here. He’s always available and ready to help when he needed. He continues to bring fun events to our apartments and you can tell how seriously he takes his job and our community. Hats off to his customer service. Never complains and he gets the job done!!! Thanks Jeffery!!

    By far the best experience I have had leasing an apartment/townhome. The process was fast and easy. Not to mention Jeffrey is all about the residents and making sure the community is well kept and safe. They put on community one a month for the kids. Been here for over 3 years now and couldnt imagine being anywhere else.

    I am not originally from here so it has been a huge culture shift from where it is that relocated from to Texas. i thought that the hospitality where I am from was something special, but Texas is awesome, at here in Richardson. I was under the previous management and I most say that the business courtesy has just been an extension to what Ive grown accustom to while being a resident. I have no complaints at all as it relates to the management team and maintenance staff. Prompt attention has always been given any issue that I have reported and/or presented.There has been some changes but they have been good changes that will have you satisfied with the rent one pays. Its always quite morning, noon, or night. The manager is professional, friendly, attentive and kind towards the residents; I have had the opportunity to witness, as well as be a recipient of the aforementioned. I would definitely recommend this place that I for now call home. I think that I am beginning to like Texas (Richardson) an entire of a lot more than when I was just a visitor and I have the Camelot apartments, as well as the city of Richardson to thank for that...

    I have been a tenant for several years. Manager (Luz) is terrific. Great customer service. Maintenance requests are promptly dispatched and the residence and pool area are getting a real nice makeover. The management company is making a lot of improvements. Sinks were just replaced with new fixtures. The outside is also getting a nice touchup, too. Tenants are friendly and respect their neighbors by abiding by simple rules regarding use of property and regulations regarding junk, trash and use of pet stations (which are scattered around the property). Family friendly.

    I will not speak bad on previous management, they did what they could with what they had. I will say the new management team has really done an awesome job with all the remodeling and landscaping (still in progress). I see the potential, unfortunately, with new improvements, come higher rates eventually, but it’s worth it! The office manager and mantience are very transparent and down to Earth, they are all doing splendid!

    My name is Deveny and the manager is awesome!! She is the sweetest apartment manager I encountered if your looking for a quiet clean place to stay with the cutest lay outs and reasonable prices this is the place!! Also its not over priced to apply it wont break your pocket like most places AND to add they are second chance!

    My husband and I lived at Camelot from 2011 to 2017. We bought a house and moved. We sold our house recently and would like to move back to Camelot but the rent is way too expensive for what you get. The apartments for not have washer and dryer connections. I would still like to move there except for the high rent.

    I lived here a year ago and didnt have any problems. Any issues Ive had, they were attended to right away. Paulette is a very nice lady and is great at managing, never had any issues with her. The location is awesome!

    Now theres a new manager he is great :) his name is Able and he has a great maintenance team. Thank you guys for getting rid of Paulette as a manager cause she was stealing money and nosey and going into peoples houses i swear you had no privacy when she was a manager but she still lives on the property which sucks but still I would rather have Able then Paulette anyday

    We have been with Camelot for Lil over 2yrs since September mayelin Perez came on as apt manager we have been very happy with her professionalism and also her attention to detail she as surpassed all others in management !! She is also great as person kind and considerate! We are grateful anytime we have had anything she has helped us above and beyond expectations.We love living at Camelot apartments but even more so now she has been manager!!! Thank you mayelin!!!
