I’ve been living at Camber Villas for 2 months , and overall, my experience has been great! The management team is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are well-kept, and the common areas are always clean.The apartments themselves are spacious with modern appliances. Parking can sometimes be a challenge, but it’s not a major issue.

Ty’Tiana Clay was amazing on the phone, through email and very informative and sweet in person. She took time and handled everything with with care as far as my inquiry and with my move as well. She is an excellent leasing professional and if I had a choice in who assisted me and could choose all over again I would choose her. Everything is amazing , amazing communication from the office to us. Maintenance is super quick and easy they always comes in really fast and then they get down quickly which is really nice especially with animals who are easily frightened. The office people are always super friendly and easy to talk to. I love it here! Thank yall!!

I love living here, the front desk is so kind and helpful. The maintenance is very quick to fix anything and they do their job well. I love using their basketball court and tanning at the pool. I would 10/10 recommend.

I had an amazing first year at Camber Villas, my roommate was awesome and my other was not but he’s not important. Elaina, Tira and all the other great staff was amazing throughout the year. They always answered their phones and were so fast to help. The maintenance crew was great as well. They always fixed things in a timing and orderly manner. I have officially renewed and am excited to stay another year here at Camber

I moved in January of 2021 and Ive had a great experience and I was able to make new friends as well. My cat Damiano loves everyone, but his best friend is staff member Haley. He always goes straight to her when we go to the office. The staff is all friendly and they answer any of the questions that Ive had.

Camber Villas is truly a Home away from Home. The office staff is energetic and helpful. The grounds are beautiful with amazing amenities for residents. The apartments are eye catching and nice on the inside. They are roomy and have great layouts. I have been living here since August and am definitely going to renew my lease for fall 2020 to Spring 2021 lease term.

I honestly loved living here. I had one problem and they fixed it right away. The pool is awesome, it has two HUGE hot tubs. They also do short term leases which is hard to find in this area. It is seriously just a walk away from Blinn. The staff is super friendly and are always willing to help you out. I know that some people have said that it is loud, but I have had no problems with that. They also have multiple pet parks with plenty of room for your dog to run around. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have lived at Camber Villas since January 2021. I have been in multiple apartments through out my time at A&M. This is by far the best one for many reasons. The ladies in the front office are amazing. They answer every question and help you in any way shape or form. During the freeze like many other apartments in Texas, pipes were busting in some of the buildings. I watched two of the office ladies go from apartment to apartment vacuuming water out of buildings for hours to help out maintenance and keep damages minimal. I personally live with my girlfriend in a 2 bedroom. For the price you simply will not find an apartment as nice as these otherwise. I really dont have anything negative to say! If you are on the edge between which apartment to choose pick Camber!

If you’re attending Blinn college this is the place to stay. The internet is mid there were times when i would take an exam online and all the sudden the internet would crash and i would have to use my hotspot just to finish my exam. Overall super nice and convenient place to live my first 3 semesters of college :)

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING HERE! I have never received such great service from front office staff as well as incredible maintence from any place that I’ve lived at. I highly recommend for anyone who needs a place to stay, and what’s even better is that we are pretty close to Blinn and 3 different grocery stores. Camber Villas has wonderful floor plans and very well built. I cannot express to you how much I do love the staff though. They’ve dealt with me so often with all sorts of crazy things because I’m a struggle but they never make you feel like you’re driving them crazy, in fact I love to just pop in and say hello to them!(bring by your dogs, they love it!)

Beautiful complex! Extra amenities set it apart such as the deluxe clubhouse with study areas, a media room and a fitness center. Dogs are happy to live here because there are two dog parks for them! The pool and hot tubs, basketball court and sand volleyball court are awesome! Best of all is the staff! Safe and fun place to live!

My experience overall here was pretty good. The workers and people at the office are super nice. The distance from the apartments to blinn is just beautiful. I was never late. The maintenance for fixing things could have been done quicker. Im certainly coming back next fall. Felt very safe at all times.

So far I have had a pleasant experience here! there were some concerns over security while the complex was under construction, the gates are now in place so I feel a little better. The staff has always been super sweet to me! Im not a fan of the mail set up but thats mostly because my work schedule doesnt allow me to be here when things are delivered. I do wish the clubhouse was designed to use after hours. The apartment itself is BEAUTIFULThe wireless internet is an issue but its the providers issue (CEO) they were less than efficient until I escalated the call and finally got the supervisor to come out and find an appropriate solution. But I know others are still experiencing internet issues even with upgrades.And finally, the complex offers great incentives when you sign a lease however unfortunately I didnt get any of them...guess I came/renewed at the wrong time.But with all that said! Customer service is everything and I give camber villas a 5 because every concern or issue Ive had the staff has pleasantly and cheerfully tried to address them!

She provided us with so much detail and really made sure we felt like we had found our new place to call home. IMO, this is one of the top complexs to live in the Bryan/College Station area for both price and overall aesthetics. The inside of the 4 bedroom apartments look great and they are spacious as well. I live on the first floor in one of their 4 bedroom apartments. The bedrooms are a good medium size, but the walk-in closet makes up for it if you prefer a big bedroom. Any time Ive had a problem, it was taken care of by the Camber Villas staff in a timely manner. NOTE: if you are kind and cordial when discussing problems with your complexs staff, they are much more willing to go out of their way to help you as quickly as possible. Long story short, Im very happy with my stay here at Camber Villas, definitely check this place out if you are looking for a new place to stay.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! Im in a one bedroom and its pretty pricey, but for how beautiful it is and the fact that its brand new and never been lived in, its worth it!! I am obsessed with this place :D!! The staff is super friendly also. Maintenance was taking a bit to fulfill my orders (which is to be expected when everyone just moved in) but the same day the manager was made aware, they took care of it!! I cant even believe how awesome this place is!! If you are fed up with cheap/unorganized apartments in cstat/bryan, COME TO CAMBER VILLAS!!

Still under construction, move in day was a mess because of it and our move in time got pushed back multiple hours since they still had to finish installing instalation in the walls.. Multiple problems the first day such as plugs not working, floor coming up since its stick down tile, water not working, ants everywhere, and especially the door. It wasnt lined up with the frame so we were unable to lock it that night. Despite WiFi not working for about a month now, all of our other problems were fixed the next day. Once construction finishes I think itll be easy to get around, just rough with so much of it still. Apartment is NOT fully furnished. I dont know where that came from? But we had to buy ALL of our furniture except the Tv, fridge, washer and dryer, and microwave. Its very beautiful though and the buildings looked great inside and out.
