I love my apartment very much! I have seen so many beautiful sunrises & sunsets at this complex! The community is quiet and very dog friendly! I do wishy service requests were answered. I’ve had to delete a request and request it again for it to be answered, a couple times. All of the office staff are always great and friendly.

I absolutely love living at the Burnett Lofts! It’s conveniently located in Downtown Fort Worth and has spacious open floor plans with tons of great amenities. The people are nice and it is very dog friendly.

Ive lived at quite a few apartments, especially Greystar communities. I have never had such a positive experience, especially with leasing team. Emily, Melissa, Jennifer, and Leanne are some of the most helpful, high energy, respectful, and hard working individuals I’ve met. Furthermore, the maintenance team always responds quickly and is very helpful. 100% recommend this place. It is so easy to make a transition here (even for me moving from Virginia to Texas). The options here are affordable, and the property is well maintained.

Overview:My wife and I have lived at the Burnett Lofts now for a year. We have both highly enjoyed living here. We are the first ones to live in our unit and love it. We moved over from the Parker House (An apartment complex down the street) and have enjoyed our stay 100x more. The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the maintenance team is always prompt and does a good job. We believe the price for the apartment is great considering the location.Pros:1) Modern units that are new and well-priced2) Friendly leasing and property management staff that cares3) Great maintenance staffCons:1) I will be transparent and say there are growing pains such as criminal activity in the parking garage, however, my wife and I park above the gate and have experienced 0 issues.2) The upkeep around the complex needs improvement yet you can tell the staff is well aware and is doing everything in their power to remedy the situation.3) The gym is yet to open, however, my wife and have gone to Vigor Active a couple blocks over for almost 2 years so this has not inconvenienced us.Summary: The units themselves are incredible and the location is hard to beat. As you can see based on my review and others that the complex itself is a still a work in progress, however, I believe once everything is ironed out there will be minimal issues.

The office staff is so nice and helpful! Even though Im not a resident, they helped me find my missing package that UPS delivered there. It was a very special item that I thought was lost forever but thankfully they were able to find it. I cant say enough good things about the office staff! Thank you Melissa for helping me!

I lived here for a little over 2 years. It’s an okay apartment with a great location. It’s walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and bars which was pretty much the best part about living here.Graystar over promised and undelivered on amenities. The gym that was supposed to be done 2 months after we moved in wasn’t done until 2 weeks before we left, over 2 years later.We felt unsafe in many instances like having a neighbor that threatened to harm other people & having our car broken into (windows busted).Emily was the only member of the staff that addressed our concerns as a great property manager should and the only reason that I will rate 4 stars.

Such a beautiful community and convenient location! All the staff at Burnett Lofts has been so amazing to work with & its evident they genuinely care about their residents. Ive lived at numerous apartments that are new construction and ALL of them have their pros and cons due to construction ( completely out of their control) The interiors of the apartments are so pretty, the office staff and maintenance team are great so Id say they are worth the wait. Its easy to drop negative reviews out of frustration.... so just wanted to let the Burnett Lofts team know they are doing a great job and give some positive feedback. Thanks for all you do!

Living at Burnett Lofts has been absolutely a pleasure. Any concerns I have had were always addressed promptly. The team is pleasant and they are so nice and helpful. Emily and Ellie ARE very efficient and they take pride in ensuring an amazing living experience. I have lived at other properties and this team including maintenance are ROCK STARS. They also organize very awesome resident events. I would 10/10 recommend living here. The apartments are also very beautiful and I enjoy all they common spaces as well.

Renewal Completed! It takes a great team from the managers position to the lowest position to run a property of this magnitude without any issues now that Emily is the manager the great team is in place. Also, I believe the fitness center, garage, and trash issues will be resolved within a year and this place will be one of the most wanted places to live! Johnny the Hobby Artist

5 stars purely for the Leasing Office & Maintenance staff. Constant curveballs thrown their way by the Council, Greystar Corporate, construction companies and some residents but, throughout it all, they keep listening, innovating and working hard to fix issues whilst communicating with residents and propagating fun in the process.Location and amenities are great, and the facilities will be even better when they work through the construction issues with the gym, retail, and new garage gate.

My husband and I came by for a tour. Mercedes was an absolutely fantastic person to interact with. She was very helpful with everything we had questions about. She even made me a cup of espresso because I was tired. An absolute sweetheart. Cant wait to move in soon.

Omg is all I have to say about the staff they are so wonderful! When I say amazing ms.jennifer is the Business,ms.emily is just the sweetest person you’ll ever meet!!Ms.leanne is so helpful !! The 3 Musketeers!! Five stars for the Property! And recommend anybody to come stay here!! So come on down to Burnett lofts in downtown ft worth ! They have everything u need !!

My experience was nothing short of incredible! From start to finish the team was patient and stuck by me for every step of the process to get me approved. Hands down the best experience I’ve had while moving into a new community. Felt very warming and apart for the Burnett lofts family. I definitely plan on staying here long term.

I love living at this location. Staff is great and I have no complaints. The people complaining are a bunch of you know whats !! Yes Ive ran into minor issues but nothing that deserves a low rating. People will always find something to complain about. Bunch of you know whats. Great place to live that people should definitely check out !!!!

My experience at Burnett Lofts was nothing short of amazing. Leasing staff Kevin & Avery were so kind and helpful. I toured with kevin and he was so polite, he opened doors for me, he had amazing manners & he explains everything so thoroughly. Avery was so nice, funny, & relatable - she complimented me and she also has the cutest dog! This apartment put lots of thought into their building, everything is modern, up to date, & the amentities are top tier. I would recommend this building 10/10

The three residents that keep attacking the property management staff here are not only the ones causing most of the problems but they like to go around and start drama by soliciting other residents. They are just upset that the issues do get fixed and just want to cry because they did not get their way right then and there! Honestly its sad that they have so much free time to make baseless accusations but take no personal responsibility. I enjoy living here and I will keep defending the staff because they have done noting wrong and are professional and helpful every time! As a note to the KARENS & AARONS feel free to move out. Honestly at this point I am sure most of us would be happy to give you had at no charge to help see you out!

I moved in a few months ago. The apartments are nice with good quality finishes. The community managers are prompt to address any concerns.However, if you are sensitive to noise you may want to avoid units on the south east side. There are 2 dumpsters there that are picked up at 4:30am and it is LOUD.This would be a 5 star review if not for that issue.Update October 30th 2022:Since management started working to try to get the dumpsters picked up later, they have been picking them up between 4:45am and 6:00am. So there has been some improvement, but they are still being picked up really early.Update December 1st 2022:The dumpsters are now being picked up around 6:30. Throughout the month of November there were only two pickups before 6:00am: one at 5:30am and one at 5:45am. Thank you to the management team for working to improve this issue! I will update my review to 4 stars and I am hopeful that the dumpster pick ups will always happen after 7:00am soon!

I’ve been living at Burnett Lofts for 2 months and its been awesome! The units are brand new and very well constructed. Management is responsive and helpful, and all my neighbors have been friendly. Plus, I’ve really enjoyed living in downtown FW: I can walk to work, to grab coffee, to my gym, and to all the cool places near Sundance Square!

WE LOVE IT HERE!!!! Consuelo and Emily are wonderful, as well as the leasing/service team here. Great location- theres a delicious coffee/breakfast shop within walking distance and a very cute flower shop. Aside from neighborhood amenities, the home amenities are awesome too i.e.. Nest thermostat and a very sizeable kitchen sink which is perfect for my air fryer! Thank you guys :)
