I’ve been living here for about like five years, but I still love this place. I love everything but the most I just miss my friend from the apartments he left, but I still get to see his other house but back to the apartments. Sometimes I play with my friends like in those The great things but like I still love that that’s a five star for me

Totally different management. Isabel has made a huge difference in these apartments. The complex is well maintained and maintenance actually is on top of work orders, so much better since she took over. It is a much better place to live at now. I was anxious for my lease to be over to move out but now Im ok with staying until Im ready to buy a house. I can now say I recommend the apartments.

I took a look at Burgundy Palms aparments trying to find a place to call home and I have found the one. Ive been living here for a couple months now and its very comfortable and a very safe place. The manager is super friendly & always greets you with a smile. Both the manager and the maintenance are very helpful & tend to my needs, they are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by the friendly maintenance man. It truly is a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails & its also very convenient for those who have kids since we have 2 elementary schools across the street & del Valle high school is within walking distance.

The new manager is great, funny, and truly made me feel that he is there to help. The property is in a great location next to the Harmony Science Academy and walking distance from the Del Valle H.S. and Elementary schools.I also notice that they had a bunch of events for the residents. I truly think this will be my next home, my little community to live 😁
