We had an exceptional experience with the customer service we received from both Melissa and Savanah at Buckingham Village. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly attentive and responsive. Although we encountered a few hiccups on the day of our move-in, resulting in a one-day delay, Melissa was very apologetic and explained that she wanted to ensure the place was 100% ready to her high standards. We truly appreciated her commitment to quality.Despite signing a lease without seeing our unit, we knew this was the exact location we wanted to be in. Melissas thorough walk-through upon arrival made us feel confident and comfortable. She addressed all our concerns and made the transition smooth. We absolutely love our new home and are grateful for their dedication and professionalism.

I am about to finish my first year here. This has been one of the best places I have lived. There usually has been someone who drops the ball but not here. Jess and now Melissa have been the best first impressions of a place to live. Very friendly and knowledgeable about Buckingham Village. Savannah is an excellent property manager who makes sure the stay here goes well. All three were always very helpful. Kenyada and Victor were always there as quick as possible to help with any problems. It is a very quiet and clean place to live. Needless to say but I renewed my lease.

I have been living here for what will be a year in September and I have nothing but great things to say about not only the little community but the staff! The maintenance guy (I don’t know how to spell his name lol) is efficient and great at trying to solve the issue to the best of his ability! However Savannah the boss lady in the front office is hands down amazing! Every time I talk with her she is sure to give me any information that she can, she is always willing to help and work with you in whichever way is needed! Sometimes I’ve gone up there just to ask a question and we end up talking because she is so welcoming to everyone. Great job Savannah and keep up the great work!

The team at Buckingham Village is great! I have been providing landscaping services for over four years, and they always make our job easier. Kenyada and Victor are ready to assist with any maintenance needs, Melissa in the front always treats us with the utmost respect as well as Savannah the manager, always a great experience working with all of them.

Melissa helped my boyfriend and I move into the windgate property in New Braunfels and she was great! Very informative and helped us every step of the way with the move in process. Explained everything thoroughly and genuinely seemed to care about us as renters. Did a walk through of the home with us upon move in to make sure we were completely covered and had all issues taken care of that same day!!! I would definitely recommend her.

I love Living in a Ascentia community! I can see that the property workers are working hard to improve the community and I really appreciate that. I also love that anytime I call the office they are eager to help me! Melissa is my go to worker, She is always willing to help me, even if it’s early in the morning or close to closing. She has never made me feel like a bother and she is the reason I will be renewing my lease in October! Thank You!

In the military I experience super short notice duty station changes and they were able to get the home in order quickly, it’s well taken care of and they are both very knowledgeable in their respective crafts.The neighborhood is quiet, people are friendly and if you need anything taken care of regarding maintenance or administrative assistance, Melissa and Savannah have your bases covered

The Manger at that location , Savannah Nixon was Exellent Great actitud very happy and professional. She made my stay very happy. I wouldve stayed there if wasnt for my health problems and stairs at the location .I loved the place I would definitely recommend this place. Very safe and professional.
