For two of us living here at Broadstone Paragon is not bad at all, as weve always happy wherever we go. I am satisfied enough my one bedroom apartment with spacious bathrooms and bedroom as well as dining and living room.Plus one thing Id like is the washer and dryer, we did not bother of providing our own.And now I have joy watching my plants on my terrace.

I was apartment shopping all throughout downtown & Broadstone was on my list. I went other places first but when I walked into Broadstone, I was greeted by Lexi with the most beautiful & amazing energy! She instantly made me feel at home without even moving in yet! Hands down if it wasn’t for Lexi I honestly don’t think I would have moved here but her energy was just so pure & genuine! She’s like a little angel 😇. Lexi has been by far the best office person I’ve ever dealt with! She deserves a raise asap!!!!

The complex looks clean and modern but the surrounding area looks a little rough, specifically speaking the 7-11 and storage place. You can also tell that the Taco Bell can get pretty scratch at night. The saving grace is its proximity to McKinney Ave (uptown), Target, Walmart, LA Fitness, and freeway access. The unit prices as of June were pretty good in comparison to the area.

Unsure about all the negative reviews, but Ive been here 2 months. Kenisha has been nothing but amazing since my mom and I toured, to applying and moving in. Shes been so patient, helpful, and always in great spirits. The maintenance crew is amazing!! I place a work order in and the next day, if not day of, it gets fixed immediately. I have lived all over DFW and I can honestly say theres never been a better experience, especially for the price. I see the cleaning crew around every day sweeping up trash, cleaning, doing work inside empty complexes. There is a slight bug issue but nothing crazy, few roaches here and there, gnats around windows.I recall touring this place a few years back and not even going inside to see the layout because there were homeless tents all over inside the complex. Others have stated there being a homeless issue but Ive yet to see it for myself. The gates get broken sometimes but the following work day they get fixed. Overall, I can not wait to renew my lease, I already know Ill be here for a hot minute.

Ethan has been very helpful. Making sure I have everythingI need. The apartment is cute and spacious. Looking forward to being a part of the community. I love that I will have my own garage for extra storage. .Great move in special, great location.

I lived in the community for 2 years. The unit itself is great unless you live on the 4th floor in the summer, then the AC unit can only do so much. Random people come and go because most units are used for Air BnB. The gate was continuously broken, and someone was breaking into mailboxes. The manager is over multiple sites and can not be reached. (per office assistants) At one point, there was a rodent (rat) issue. You could hear them in the walls. The community is good for someone looking for a cheap place to stay near uptown. Keep in mind that you live right next to the projects. Car theft and vandalism are high. I had an ok experience until the company has been giving me the run around regarding returning (sending) my security deposit back. I moved out May 14th they are blaming each other on who is sending it and how long its supposed to take. I am contacting the BBB.

New management took over at the beginning of 2022 and there have been significant improvements. We moved in Summer 2019 and the new team is leaps and bounds more communicative, friendly, and helpful than the previous management group.Many of the complaints of vehicle break-ins and theft I feel could be mitigated if they were able to keep all the gates in service and closed, but residents continue to abuse them to where they constantly require repair. This has happened at least a dozen times in the last 2 years. I’m not sure what the solution to this is, but I feel like a security camera system would help to hold people accountable since it’s unrealistic to expect the on-site security to catch every time someone runs into one of the gates with their car.To expand, resident courtesy is unfortunately a big issue here. Lots of pet waste not picked up, trash piled up in the chute room, residents allowing pets to use the bathroom off their patios (despite there being an on-site dog park) to the point it not only smells terrible, but has stained the new exterior paint that was recently applied earlier this year. Again, not sure what the solution is, but one of the biggest downfalls of the property is the behavior of some of the residents and the lack of accountability that follows.I’m sure it is on the docket of potential future improvements, but the complex is in dire need of new gym equipment.Overall, was seriously considering not resigning our lease in October, but based on the direction the property was headed in, decided to stick it out and so far, it’s looking like we made the right decision. Thanks Broadstone team.

This was a great first apartment in Dallas. I moved to Uptown not knowing anyone in August 2019, and can honestly provide a review of someone who utilized all apartment amenities, try to befriend neighbors and get around the city.This complex is in a great location, as its next to Target and close to popular/central shops or restaurants in Uptown. I did feel like I needed my car to get around quite often, though, because Hue sits on the east side of 75 and also because its located right next to a gas station where many homeless people congregate. Any complex or city-based location will have a homeless population presence, but I felt more aware/cautious because of the back parking gate and how easy it was for homeless people to come in - not only giving access to cars but to front doors as well. I personally was never affected by this, and security services do surveillance often of the garage area, but I took extra care to keep my car empty, locked and also lock my doors at all times.I loved the maintenance team (shoutout to Armando!), they were very helpful/timely for any request and even drove back after hours to help with a busted water heater. I personally wasnt thrilled with the CONSTANT low water pressure, but living on the 4th floor will have its pros/cons.The pool was INCREDIBLE, and I always felt like there were plenty of chairs or space to accommodate guests if I had any. This is also where I met a few friends/neighbors and I just loved spending time down there. The amount of sun throughout the day is pretty good, and the grills worked for the most part (although propane could be replaced more often). During COVID, staff kept the pool locked on Sundays even though they promised to get weekend help, but Im not sure if this has changed since I moved out in September 2020.The gym was also great, as they had a lot of heavy free weights and most equipment I would normally use in a regular gym. This was also closed during COVID so I couldnt use it after March 2020 but I used this frequently and was happy enough not to buy another membership elsewhere.Management usually takes a long time to respond to things via email, including getting my lease updated and welcome letter, but Chase (Director) was a great resource during the move-in process. If you go down in person, they will also likely help you if you are able to/comfortable going to the office. They also planned a few resident activities during COVID spring months, which were nice.Towards the end of my lease, the garbage became more of an issue where it was scattered all over the hallways, overflowing several times in the trash room/chute area, and never picked up in the garage.The units themselves were very updated and modern, and I appreciated having so much storage (balcony storage, laundry room (with included W/D!), and walk-in closets), garden tub, wood floors, partial skyline view... all of it was very nice and VERY affordable compared to Uptown pricing (pricing also doesnt go up very much should you choose to renew).Overall, a very nice place to live in a central part of town and with affordable pricing!

Excellent location! Walking distance from uptown, West Village, Cityplace shopping center, and much more...we really enjoyed living here. The staff is beyond awesome, super friendly and helpful, the maintenance service is very efficient and responsive. The online system for payment, maintenance, packages, and community platform is awesome and very user friendly. We were also very impressed for all the amenities as well as all the community events and perks. You will definitely get all LOT for your buck. We were sad to move, but we bought a house and moved out of state. We definitely recommend Hue at Cityplace as the place to live in Dallas!

Stellar customer service! Everyone in the office is so pleasant and helpful. All of my questions were answered and I can’t wait to reside at Broadstone. Big shout out to Ms. Kenisha as she walked me through every step and didn’t miss a beat. She’s a keeper! 10/10 definitely recommend this place!!!!

Hands down the BEST Onsite Property Management! So yes all the apartments have just been renovated, the pool is a amazing, it’s in a prime location - but non of that would matter without the amazing staff. Chase the Property Manager is always available, Jennifer and Melissa in the office greet you with a smile and are always ready to help in anyway. Then you have Armando in the Maintenance Department. This guy is a superhero that keeps everything running in tip top shape. If your looking for a new home just remember you can find the granite countertops, designer paint colors, and lush landscape anywhere. What you cant find everywhere is a team like Hue at CityPlace has to make you truly feel at home.

I was there this Saturday looking for 3 bd apt. I dont hold the apt because there is lot noise for the freeway. But , you have a great leasing agent, Michael, she was wonderful, she explained to us everything 😊.its the first leasing agent that make me feel welcome. Great job 👍

This is a beautiful community that has affordable prices (compared to its properties around it) and in a very good location!I strongly recommend asking for Karissa! She is an amazing leasing agent that will answer all your questions and concerns and guide you through the leasing process.

Have to give my props to Hue at City place. The last two years were amazing living there. A combination of location, amenities, and space were all great. But the big selling point in staying was the service. The front office and maintenance were always helpful during tough times.

I have toured in other properties in the area and I was really impressed by the way she Tours. I’m sure she’s going to make this place something that it should not have been since I moved in. Emily the community manager is the only person I’ve met as well as Stephanie that have shown some interest in helping and caring about the people here. ** NEW MANAGEMENT ** Love Greystar, and Victoria and Karisa (with a ‘K’ Lol) in the office are amazing !! They have been here since beginning of the year and here’ whats up:New paint, landscaping, updates, and security 👌🏻👌🏻 Honestly, good price for the area, and they are doing good things here
