Living here for a long time. I cant remember but I think its been 7 years. This property has changed management several times and I was a long time disgruntled renter so I have had my own biases, and quite frankly thought all property management is the same(only looking at the bottomline, nothing gets fixed or repaired to save a couple bucks).Im posting this on Aug. 1st 2024, the current maintenance staff has been fantastic. There was a misunderstanding at one point where they(place holder for the manager name) reached out. I honestly didnt act very kindly and was expecting a you should have done this, sorry you feel that way conversation. It wasnt, it was a talk between two human beings. I cant promise everyones experience to be like mine. But aslong as there is one person trying its more than enough.Tldr - Current management actually is trying. Mistakes will be made were all people but I dont think its malice or bottomline thinking.

This is one of the best apartments I have ever lived. This is great, especially for the UH and UTHSCSA workers because all are within walking distance, and it is more convenient to live here than to pay for parking and look for a spot every day. We have everything we need such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher, gated access, and plenty of parking spots. I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially residents and med students. The staff are very nice, too.

I lived in Building 5 on the third floor and had an upgraded unit ($50 extra) on top of the rent. At initial move in, my washer and dryer were not hooked up so I had to call maintenance. They also informed me that they ordered the wrong cabinet doors to include the bathroom so I was without cabinet doors for almost a week. This was very unacceptable so I was able to speak to the leasing office. The issue was rectified. I will say that the bad situation turned into a positive. I had a back splash in my kitchen, which was accidental, but it made the kitchen look great. I had brand new carpet as well. The washer and dryer were older but never had any issues and they got the job done. The closet space was large too. Never had parking issues. Overall, it was a decent space for a single person. The balcony was nice too. No pest issues and the neighbors keep to themselves. The location is excellent and near everything you could need. The complex is currently undergoing a renovation so this may be an inconvenience. Overall, for an older property, I did enjoy my stay and felt safe as it is a gated community. The rent is a little on the higher end but youre paying for the location and the convenience of restaurants, stores, etc.

Broadstone has the best security I have seen from any apartment complex. They keep a 6 2 man on guard for the area from UTHSCSA to District Medical Center. He is available by call and always happy to help

I have been a resident here for 3 years and it was a bitter/sweet moment when I moved out. It is a safe and quiet environment. Maintenance was very quick to solve any problems we had with our apartment, which were minor issues. During fall/winter there are some crickets that come to visit which at times were annoying. Other than that I was satisfied with my experience here. The apartments are a little outdated but overall in good condition for my fiance and I. We lived in a one bedroom/one bath which was a little smaller than I originally hoped for but it was comfortable enough for the 2 of us. I would recommend living here especially if you work or go to school nearby.

Definitely NOT luxury. When I lived here, I was on the first floor. My apartment had major issues with these beetle looking bugs always coming inside from the cracks of the front door and patio door. The price point when I lived there was okay but it has increased over $100/mo since living there. It was quiet for most part. Everything worked fine in my apartment. It’s was a cute place but I only give them 4 stars because they are false advertising as “Luxury” and they aren’t even in the same realm as “Luxury”.

I lived here for a year, had no problems. Kitchens are a bit small for my taste, but overall decent for the price. Management was alright, I never had very urgent issues that needed fixing right away. The apartments arent very sound proof, so if u like to play loud music, try somewhere else.They werent finicky during move-out. I cleaned up the apartment myself (did not need professional help) and got back my full deposit.

I absolutely loved my time here! My apartment was perfect, didn’t have a single issue! Bronte was amazing the entire time I stayed here. However when I went to turn in my keys today, Jade caught a little attitude with me that was completely unnecessary and unappreciated. My advice to her is next time maybe don’t say a number you’re unsure about. Anyway, I totally recommend this complex to anyone moving to San Antonio!

Management is truly interested in the welfare of its tenants. I have made orders for maintenance in my newly painted apartment and they fixed the minor stuffs in a day or two. Kuddos to management and the maintenance staff!😃.

We’ve been living here for about 4 years now and it’s been a good experience. The apartments are spacious with storage options. The walk-in wardrobe and inbuilt washer and dryer are a plus. The apartments could definitely use some upgrades in terms of interiors and appliances and we’re looking forward to that happening soon.

Okay so Ive been here for four years and will continue to stay here. Lately there have been many rennovations to the outdated amenities, like a new pool, grill, an after-hours package pickup system, workout room, business center, and new office. The office staff has been almost entirely replaced, and Ive had pleasant experiences with them so far. A nitpick is that the much of the staff dont remember us, but theyre all new so I cant hold it against them for not remembering every face they see every day. This is great, because moving in with the old boss Karen and the old staff was a living hell I dont have time or patience to type out. The maintenance crew has been consistently the same and fantastic throughout our stay. Washer and dryer in unit. Lots of great walking trails in this area, CVS/Walgreens and Post Office across the street. You can get to almost anywhere in the city in about 20 minutes. Right next to a T/C center for those of you who take the bus, plus the 100 line takes half an hour to get to UTSA if youre a student there. Never even had parking issues. Dont listen to these other reviews--as far as apartment complexes go this one has made many legitimate successful attempts to improve the quality of life for us residents.

Broadstone at Medical was my first choice, but I had to do my research. I looked at many apartments and read many reviews on various apartment rating sites. I chose Broadstone at Medical for the following reasons: Safety, affordability, convenience.Management is excellent and maintenance provides immediate response to repair request. And, each unit includes a washer and dryer. Overall, a great place to live!

I’ve lived here for almost a year and my experience here has been great. They are not the most luxurious apartments but I got a recently renovated apartment with new kitchen equipment and counter and really like. They are very spacious for the price and location, with a lot of places to walk around. Maintance is pretty responsive and staff helpful.

Lightning fast on repairs and if you have any complaints they take them seriously and take swift corrective action as fast as their repair requests. The neighbors are generally cordial and very quiet and respectful of other tenants. Great place to live, swim, and stay fit!

Moved in August 2019 and my experience has been great. It is very quiet and everyone is friendly. I moved in due to the convenience of being close to school. The complex is close to supermarkets, shopping centers, malls, and restaurants. The staff and maintenance personnel are wonderful. I would definitely recommend Broadstone.

I love living in this apartment complex. I attend St. Marys so the location is perfect. The apartment complex I lived in prior to Broadstone had managment chagning CONSTANTLY and I dealt with someone new every time. At Broadstone whenever I walk in & ask if they have a package for me, they dont even have to ask for my complex #, they already know it by heart. I dont have one complaint about living here. Price is amazing & the staff is so kind. Have not had one single bad experience.

The staff from the top on down. They are truly professionals, from the first time you walk in the door. They, will make you feel like your part of the family. They care about each and every person. My last day here is Monday and I am sad to be leaving ,I was so lucky choosing this place. they met all my needs, location couldnt have been any better, very clean apt , quit surroundings, beautiful pool area, getting mail and packages great system, but The best part of this stay was the staff, every single one of them are so very kind and helpful and always with a smile . Would with out a doubt return if I was coming back.

This (2020) is going to be 5th year living here. Great place for a reasonable price! The amenities, residents, the management and the security are just right! Safe neighborhood, gated community, lots of great places around to eat and explore. If you want to spend your dollars on other things and not expensive or exorbitant rent, this is it for ya!

Living at Broadstone on MEDICAL has been really a joy so far Ive only been here going on 3 week, my light in the kitchen went out and my fire alarm needed a battery to stop that annoying beeping once again matenance to my rescue he is just amazing same day fix I love it here and would recommend if youre looking for a new home try Broadstone on medical ❤️ beautiful landscaping bus routes all around restaurants beautiful apartments quiet Neighbors staff is very helpful hats off to Renardo the maintenance man and Crystal office manager

I have been apartment shopping and this place stood out the most to me, i’m moving in mid September. The staff is great they keep the grounds great there’s no trash through out and pricing for the area is great. I’m excited to move in and have broadstone on medical a place to call home !
