I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to after my tour because my experience was great! Getting Greeted by Loretta is like waking up to Christmas morning. She’s so warm and welcoming that her personality fills the room and she made my touring experience really enjoyable. She is the best sales consultant that I’ve toured with and I liked that she listened to what I wanted and was very personable. The manager Jorge also came out and met with me which I thought was nice and I think it just really shows the great customer service this apartment complex has. The apartments are spacious and I love the location. Thank you for making my apartment search great and for being so kind and genuine!

Beautiful property, been here for a few months now. I rely on internet service for work and have never had an issue, always solid. Basic amenities but everything is brand new which allows great functionality and cleanliness. Maintenance team is very timely and efficient with getting things done, as well as the leasing team. Shout out to Ethan for always getting things done! All my neighbors are kind and I love meeting more at the residence events. Overall great property, great staff, great living 100% recommend!

We moved here almost a month ago. I waited to write a review so that I could give an honest assessment based on our experience living here.Let me start by saying that the staff are incredibly friendly and lovely. Marissa is the sweetest and is upfront about every single detail of this place. She gave me a tour and sole my husband and me a B1 floor plan.Our move was smooth and easy, especially considering that we were coming from San Antonio.Everything is clean, new, and luxurious! All the appliances are the latest models from Samsung!Our unit is bright and lovely with a great view, and the insulation in terms of heat and humidity is top-notch!They use Fetch for package delivery, and so far, I’ve personally received three packages through Fetch with no problems. The great thing about Fetch is that you can control the delivery timeline and choose whether a signature is required, ensuring your package is never lost or stolen.The internet speed is excellent. Regarding the review that mentioned Whitesky is a scam—no, its not! It’s safe, with good speed and connection, and a decent price.In general, please pay attention to comments from the actual tenants in this community, not from people who were only given a tour and do not truly live here!This is a luxury community, and as the first tenants who have been living here for a month, my husband and I couldnt be happier.

Moved in earlier this month and the whole move in process was extremely smooth. Everyone in the leasing office was awesome and so kind. Although I haven’t lived here long I already love it and enjoy my time here! The apartments are so clean and well maintained, I have no complaints about the apartments themselves. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made me feel right at home. Her follow-up after the tour was also top-notch, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make my decision.The amenities here are stunning, and the community has a great atmosphere. Thanks to Loretta’s outstanding customer service, Broadstone EaDO is at the top of my list. Highly recommend touring with her if you’re considering moving here!

I just moved in and I must say that this move-in experience has been the most seamless one I’ve had yet (and I’ve lived in quite a few apartment complexes). I worked with Smart City Locating and my locator was Jonathan Bruney and he connected me with Marissa at Broadstone EADO. Marissa was bright, welcoming, and super friendly throughout the entire process. She and the team have been very communicative, responsive, and have made sure that I had everything I needed to have a successful move. I can’t recommend her ENOUGH. Broadstone truly has a gem! I’m excited to make this place my next home!

Living at Broadstone EaDo has been such a great experience so far! From the moment I moved in, Loretta and Marisa have been amazing,super helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Loretta even checks in on me from time to time just to make sure I’m settling in okay, which I really appreciate.One of my favorite things about living here is the sky deck, it’s the perfect spot to get work done when I need a change of scenery. The view, the vibe, everything about it just makes working from home feel a little less like work.Definitely recommend Broadstone EaDo to anyone looking for a great place to live in Houston!

Broadstone EADO is a solid place to live—great staff, modern and spacious apartments, and a prime location just outside downtown with awesome views. The community is clean, sleek, and well-maintained.Chris G., the service supervisor, and his crew, including Peter the maintenance man, are top-notch. They work hard every day, making sure everyone’s needs are met and going above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Chris is reliable and dedicated, leading his team with the same work ethic, and Peter always delivers when it comes to getting things done. This place wouldn’t be the same without them.

Please check this place out! I really enjoyed my tour with Shemar. He was very helpful and delighted to help with any questions. The setup is comfortable and very great on commute. The gym and the rooftop views were by far my favorite. Definitely a place to consider when looking for places to go.

My wife and I moved here a month ago, and we couldnt be happier about this luxury community!The staff are very friendly and caring, paying close attention to our needs and concerns.This is a very safe community, fully equipped with security cameras, digital fobs, car tags, and individually programmed digital door locks. This means a stolen fob will be deactivated as soon as it is reported lost or stolen. Its amazing in every single aspect—no complaints whatsoever.

Shemar killed it on my tour! The apartments are really nice, with modern designs and lots of light. The pool and gym are awesome, and the rooftop views are amazing.
