Ashley in the leasing office is wonderful! I was looking for an apartment closer to family and she made the experience a great one. She was able to answer all of my questions and never made me feel like a burden for reaching out. She is so patient and kind and even called after I moved in to check in to see how everything went. I dealt with a couple of other ladies in the office as well and they were all great. All around it has been a great experience!

This Place is great! The staff is awesome. I need something done its done and attended to In a timely manner. Maria the Housekeeper is always there in the morning and greets me with a smile every morning. She is the the start of my day as she is always happily doing her job and has a upbeat personality that inspires my long day ahead. Beutifull soul!!!!

Carolina is the sweetest person ever! The building is brand new and the pool area is BEAUTIFUL. I love the light interior, it’s so refreshing to see after countless boring grey interiors. The floor plans are versatile. Overall the whole experience was amazing I felt so safe and taken care of.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Ashley. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs. No matter how many questions I had or how specific my requests were, they always took the time to ensure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. I highly recommend working with Ashley if you’re looking for someone who truly puts their clients first.

The entire staff; leasing and maintenance have been absolutely incredible. Ashley and Carolina have made the entire process moving in very easy and simple. Carolina assisted me during the main processing but her and her team are absolutely amazing! If you ever need any maintenance work as well, their team is very efficient and professional when it comes to getting something checked out or worked on. Julieta and Emerson are an amazing duo! So far living here as my 1st apartment has been great and I have no major complaints. Thank you Broadstone Baybrook for everything so far!

I had a great experience working with Ashley through my entire process. She was friendly, professional, and, most importantly, made the entire process of finding and signing a new home smooth and stress-free! She took the time to answer all my questions and provided thorough details about the property. Emerson has been equally impressive! When I had a minor issue in my unit, he responded quickly, was respectful, and resolved the problem efficiently. Excited to be a part of this community!

Maintenance has been great! Julieta and Emerson have been immensely helpful with making sure any Maintenance issues are taken care of and addressed.The apt has been so responsive to any issues I have; ai love the area and my apt!I feel safe and comfortable here :) and close to HEB is a lovely plus.Hoping to stay a good while!

I toured this complex with Carolina and she is absolutely fantastic - honestly probably the best property agent I’ve ever worked with. She does a great job of making you feel at home and really making the process an overall positive one.The complex itself is brand new and absolutely gorgeous. It’s without a doubt the best in the Webster area. The dog park & pool area are both absolutely massive as well!I highly recommend touring and asking for Carolina!

Love this Brand New luxury apt with all the resort style modern living amenities nestled next to the small pond and in close proximity to Baybrook mall . It’s also conveniently located between Galveston and Houston, so works great for getting away for both business or pleasure. The pickleball court is a nice touch as well.Ashley and Carolina were extremely helpful in the leasing office.

All I can say is WOW! MRS.JACKIE has made this experience one of the best I have ever had. She was also so patient with me. I changed my mind about 5 times. She help me with choose the perfect apartment for us. I love the location of the apartments. Everything is at your fingertips. The apartments are so nice. The pool area 😍 I am so excited to move in.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Broadstone Baybrook. Carolina and Jose are fantastic, both are readily available to address any questions regarding the property, application, and move-in processes. I genuinely enjoyed working with them and knowing they form part of the property management team is very comforting. As it’s a new property, there are minimal things to critique. This is the best apartment property in the area without a doubt.

What an experience! Let me just start by saying that I hate moving and the anxiety/stress that comes w/it. But Ashley was a gem! From the moment I walked into the door, she was so kind and welcoming. She toured me and guided me through the entire rental process! She followed up daily and asked to help or answer the many questions I had. The property is beautiful and has all the amenities you could imagine to want! But the icing on the cake was Ashley! I want to be where she is lol, she’s terrific! Highly recommend having her assist you with any move in pressures and to ease any doubt you would otherwise have about leasing at Broadstone Baybrook. Idk if I was even approved yet but I’m packing my stuff as I type this in hopes to be a resident! Thank you Ashley!!! Top Notch …and we need more like you!

Overall I enjoy living here, the staff are friendly and it feels quite safe. Maintenance has been great and responsive. Amenities are nice and so far its nice and quiet for the most part. Like the location too. Only suggestion I would have is to add mirrors to the garage just to help with some blind spots.The only caveat is the fetch system- Im keeping it 5 stars bc this isnt the fault of the apt. I have read about fetch and people having issues with deliveries before. I would say 99% of the time thus far it has been ok, but I have already had to report a package lost by them and there was a delay in one package that I was supposed to receive/had scheduled a previous day. Edit: same issue, packages were not delivered when they were supposed to....other packages were delivered fine up until the last few days... but I did worry about that when I heard they use Fetch, so I will likely try to deliver certain packages elsewhere to mitigate that. Just keep track of your packages!edit 8/27: I was able to get a refund for the original item lost from the company I purchased from; also Fetch did investigate the issue as well. Since then, for the most part, no major issues, only downside is if you use amazon prime or etc, you may not get the item until the next day, but again, at least it will be delivered straight to your door and you get notified when its been delivered.

During my tour of Broadstone Baybrook, José mentioned they would have a pickleball court, and after seeing it, I was sold! Im a huge pickleball fan, so that sealed the deal for me.
