Our experience here at Bridgeport Apartments generally been good to great. My wife and I like the quick response we get for any maintenance issues that crop up. Gelacio and Eric are good and very competent at their job, and very friendly which is very nice! The new Manager, Keisha, is super responsive and friendly.

Was able to start fresh roots when I moved here from Dallas love the sun room in my apart. Unfortunately the pool is closed more than open but when it is open it’s clean and fresh. Staff is nice and always has snacks up front. Oh and I got a TV when I moved here for my move in bonus.

Bridgeport Apartments are nice, affordable apartments, and each apartment has an assigned parking space which is very convenient. It is also in a great location which is close to many restaurants and shopping centers including Walmart and Sam’s Club.

I was in a position where I had to move fast. I initially spoke to Naomi on the phone then later visited the complex. Not only was Naomi professional and extremely helpful but she also took the time to listen and cared about what I needed for myself and my daughter. Within a few days I was ready to move in and haven’t regretted it since. Maintenance responded to my requests on the same day. All the staff have been super friendly and it has been a quiet stay since I moved in. The apartment itself is adorable and has a lot of storage area, which is always a plus for us ladies. I know the area seemed intimidating at first but it’s one of the quietest apartments I’ve ever lived in and the neighbors have all been very kind as well. I would recommend Bridgeport without a doubt!

I’ve been here 2 years and I went in 2 weeks ago on Saturday and spoke with Elsa in regard to my work order I didn’t think anything was going to get done because it was the weekend but I didn’t know there was on call. I didn’t even know they were open on Saturdays till I started seeing Elsa in there. Thank you for completing my work order. Elsa is a great addition to Bridgeport if I’m still here it is for HER!!!!!

I was a little nervous checking this place out because of the area. But the maintenance is so quick, the complex is so quiet. Everyone is so friendly. Naomi is incredible, she knows everyone, she was so patient and understanding since I was in the middle of selling my house as well. Havent had any bugs, pool is awesome, layout of the apartment is spacious, FREE covered parking is a huge plus, online payments is convenient, and she texts me every time I get a package, o and the rent is way more reasonable!!! Extremely happy with my experience so far.

And I have had a great service and experience here in Bridgeport Apartments ( affordable rental costs!)The leasing office has been very attentive from the beginning and answered promptly all my emails.The apartment was provided in good condition and very clean along with a covered parking. Location is good only 12 min from downtown and near other important hwys.The landscaping needs some attention to remove dried plants.

I simply HAD to write a review based on the leasing agent named Ms. Naomis customer service alone. She is simply AMAZING! Seriously, go back and look at any other reviews Ive posted and you will see that unfortunately I havent had many positive experiences from apartment complexes. However, Ms. Naomi was definitely a breath of fresh air! She was so helpful and answered all of my questions with eagerness (and I ask a lot of questions sometimes lol). I am looking forward to renting with this complex and hope that I have many more positive experiences to come!

Not so happy here anymore!! Staff hasnt fixed the issues with my neighbors. My car is getting a beating here windshield wipers were broken they put rocks on my car. The office girls are super nice every time you go in and helpful. And there is nothing more relaxing and stress free then to feel at home when you have worked hard all day. And here I also made the wisest decision after searching for my place to live. Minutes from everything I need, Walmart, Costco, Restaurants and Shopping Centers, Hospital , Police station and Schools. Clean roads and safe family environment. Etc Etc Etc.... Gated Apartments and not to mention the Ladies in the office Lorena , Noemi and Lorena , these 3 ladies are so pleasant and attend to all needs I need here. Everything is so clean, I love my home. Well its time to get some sun by the beautiful pool footsteps away from my door. Thank you Bridgeport for making me feel at home everyday. I highly recommend it. Have a beautiful day.

I wouldnt move to any other apartment complex a house if what Im striving for. thank you

I recently moved in March 2017 and so far, my experience has been great. Noemi has been very helpful with my questions and any concerns I have. Brideport has been understanding and even helped us get my two dogs in with monthly payments. I have enjoyed my own parking spot and the friendly commuinty.However, I wish I could give 5 stars but I cant. We have had issues being able to get any mainatience out to fix our apartment. I probably have been calling once or twice a week for the same problem and no one comes. Maintenance came out when we first moved in to fix some problems, but we havent seen them since. Mainatience came out only one more time to check on our hole we have in our door but said they didnt have the parts for it. They said they were going to go to the store but never came back to inform us what was going on or fixing it. I just wish maintenance would come out.Other than that, I am enjoying my stay here at bridgeport.

I am not a tenant at Bridgeport. I was looking to move there. I will say the ladies in the office were very pleasant, both over the phone and in person. I seen an apartment, and it was very nice. The community is next to a shopping center and plenty of restaurants. It is also next to a beautiful park and a library. I gave it 4 stars because they listed a 2bd/2bth for $780. I thought great! But the unit is actually $905 a month. I just think they should change this information on their website to reflect the correct price. Ive just recently moved to Bridgeport apartments and my experience has been nice. But upon my moving in I recieved great customer service from the office staff especially Ms. Naomi Hernandez she was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend if your searching for a new apt home to live.
