    I would give this property 10 stars if I could. I can’t recommend Brea enough! From the top notch management and leasing team to the wonderful maintenance department, you need not look any further for an apartment in Frisco! Highly recommend!

    I found Brea Frisco after deciding a need for change from my current living situation. Instead of going online I hopped in my car and went for a drive. I was looking for something with that visual effect. After stopping at a few average places, I came across Brea. I already had vested interest just from the landscaping and ascetics but after stopping in and meeting Angelica, along with the rest of the professional staff I was even more interested in seeing the additional offerings.We all are looking for something in a new living space, for me I wanted 3 things; an amazing pool, an onsite gym that actually has practical gym equipment and Security....Brea Frisco killed it!This place is like living on a resort! The pool is phenomenal, the gym so practical that I dont need to pay for gym membership any longer and the community as a whole is amazing!Im Ex-Law Enforcement, so professional security is critical. This isnt something measurable initially when you are new to a location, but something you see overtime. Within the first week I had an understanding of how important Brea Frisco viewed security for their residents when I accidently left my garage door open with boxes of personal belongings and my motorcycle inside and got a phone call from Rodney, onsite security who remedied the situation.

    Rae has been my Ray of sunshine since I moved in here 2 years ago!!She is extremely helpful, super knowledgeable, prompt, kind, and always very willing to help me and my son with all of our needs. She gets things done!Addresses all our maintenance requests quickly.Communicates very well. No nonsense and very honest. My son and I absolutely love Rae!Jonathan was lovely and so was Ashley. The new team Rae now has is also super nice!! Great addition to our little family here.Jennifer is our community manager, and she has been nothing but kind to me and my son, accommodated my requests and has shown us respect and support.Overall, by far the best apartment living experience I have ever had!

    Rea is an absolute gem to work with. She is very kind, informative and helpful during the leasing process. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are top notch! Private yards, two story gym with lots of equipment, beautiful pool. Washer and dryer in the unit, gourmet kitchen..very clean property.. What more could we ask for!

    Shai is hands down the best leasing employee! She was so helpful and showed us exactly what we were looking for! We are not from the Frisco area and she so kindly gave us so much information about what is in the area and around the complex for us. We viewed 7 other apartments and came straight back to this one the next day to sign a lease! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are so state of the art and sleek. We can’t wait to move in! Go see Shai ASAP

    I am SOOO happy I found Brea Frisco!! I can’t say enough good things about my move-in experience and time here so far. The leasing office is by far the most helpful, communicative, and on-it crew I’ve ever rented from, and I’ve lived in seven different apartment complexes. Rae especially went above and beyond to make my move in experience a breeze. She’s simply the best and so is Brea Frisco!!

    **Updated Review**I recently had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff at Brea Frisco apartments. When I approached them to address an issue, I was met with unprofessional behavior as the person on duty laughed while I explained my concerns. This lack of empathy and professionalism is simply unacceptable.Furthermore, it seems that once you become a resident, the level of attention and service drops significantly. Current residents are left unattended while the focus shifts solely to attracting new residents. This neglect of existing residents is incredibly disappointing and reflects poorly on the managements priorities.Overall, I cannot recommend Brea Frisco apartments due to the disrespectful behavior of the front desk staff and the neglect of current residents once theyve signed their lease.However, today I met with assistant manager Shai Williams, and she completely changed my perspective. She listened attentively, noted all my issues, and addressed them with remarkable professionalism and politeness. Shai’s exceptional service and dedication to resolving my concerns are commendable and truly stand out. She went above and beyond to ensure that I felt heard and valued as a resident, displaying a level of care and empathy that is rare and greatly appreciated. I truly recommend Shai for her patience and for thoroughly addressing the issues. Because of Shai, I am updating my rating to five stars. She is the best and deserves recognition for her outstanding work and commitment to resident satisfaction.

    Brea Frisco has been such an absolute amazing experience for me! Luis has definitely made our process so easy and he has been incredibly helpful throughout this whole process. This apartment complex is beyond gorgeous and I absolutely love how detailed they leave all the restrooms, gym and the pet spa. There are many perks living here and it is definitely well over taken care of! Our neighbors have been so warm and welcoming too. Definitely a 10/10 here at Brea Frisco!

    Awesome experience. I was there to take a tour for 2 bedroom apartment and agent there name Jonathan was nothing but friendly and welcoming. Gave us a tour of the apartment and guided us through everything and explained everything and made the whole process very quick and easy. Beautiful apartments and very luxurious.

    Stopped by Brea in Frisco and the property manager Taylor Deleon was very helpful! She was super busy yet stopped what she was doing to answer a few questions I had. I wanted some information about the property and possibly locate for work. I recommend if you are looking for a place in the area come see her!

    Moving into the Brea has been the best moving experience so far. Luis has been super helpful and was very patient with us. I could not have asked for a better experience. On top of the move in experience, living at the Brea is like a resort. There are so many amenities here and the staff keeps them super clean. I have never lived in another apartment where they care so much about their complex. Overall, I would recommend moving here to all my friends, you just cannot beat the Brea!

    The Brea apartments are the best apartments I have ever lived at! The entire staff has been absolutely amazing and are soooo sweet. My situation on urgently needing to move out of my old apartments to a new and safe place has been found at The Brea without a doubt. I love all of the amenities from the movie room, the amazing gym, awesome game room, great business center. Everyone is so great at informing us of everything going on and making sure if we have a maintenance or pest control request it is done in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend the Brea enough to everyone! Absolutely love it!Don’t even bother looking anywhere else after looking at The Brea!Thank you for making such a great place for my husband, my dog, and I to call home!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Jonathan and I must say my experience wouldn’t have been the same without him. Home searching is always dreadful for me so finding an agent that made everything seamless and easy was something so unexpectedly amazing. I couldn’t be more thankful for my home or the comfort of feeling of having someone that will take care of me with any concern I may have, I don’t say this lightly Jonathan is certainly the person to work with here at Brea Frisco.     I am so glad we moved here. This place is absolutely amazing and the staff and leasing agents are extremely friendly, and very welcoming. I love the brand new apartments. The amenities are awesome, especially the Gym and Sync room. Very spacious floorplans and the entire property is meticulously maintained. I would like to give a special shout out to Laura, Rebecca, Angelica and Lindsay. They were very patient with me in addressing my queries from my first inquiry about the property when it was still undergoing construction, till the day I moved in months later. BREA Frisco is a great place to raise a family. Me and my wife couldnt be happier! Thank you ladies for your assistance. Its good to be home.

    This team, the maintenance staff, and the Community Manager have been dealt numerous challenges at this property. They walked in to an enormous community wide infestation of gnats that was left by Davis Development. The property was extremely dirty and the mounds of garbage had not been picked up for almost one month. The interior corridors, sidewalks, and parking lots were all dirty. The theater room had a broken trash door, sconces out, and the actual screen didn’t turn on. In the fitness center, two cardio machines were inoperable. Landscaping was designed with excessive mulch in some areas which didn’t allow for proper drainage and caused it to flood when it rained. The list goes on and on. This team has taken on huge obstacles. Within the past three months I’ve seen tremendous improvement. I can confidently say this staff cares and takes concerns to heart. I’ve seen them go above and beyond, work hard, and have mastered the top priorities - cleanliness, waste, gnats, and completing maintenance work-orders in a timely manner. Life is way too short not to give people a chance, time to rectify matters, prove themselves, and have open dialogue about unresolved issues. Thank you Taylor, Team Brea Frisco, and Elias for stepping in and turning this property around. The residents and I appreciate you!

    A gracious shout out to Taylor (property manager) and Dakota (assistant property manager) for being professional, caring, helpful , responsive, accountable and concerned about their tenants and property. Kudos to the leasing agents as well.Before, Brea Greystar came on board, I was experiencing issues with gnats. When Brea Greystar came on board, I spoke with Dakota and Taylor regarding these issues and I’m glad to say- the gnat issue was resolved in a timely manner. I appreciate the quality and work ethic the office brings especially Taylor and Dakota. I feel the property team wants to make sure the tenants are happy and try their best to make sure the buildings are running smoothly for Brea tenants but sometimes things happen. Thank you Taylor and Brea Greystar staff for displaying great customer service. I enjoy the amenities here at Brea Frisco whenever I use them. Nothing in life is perfect. If your looking for an apartment home to move too, I recommend Brea Frisco.

    WOW! What a lovely property. I popped in to visit the Community Manager to do some marketing and promote my business. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and polite. Taylor was a joy to speak with and very professional. I highly recommend this beautiful community and all that it has to offer.

    PLEASE dont let the OLD reviews fool you yes we are right next to a pond and a farm owner. But this is a nice gated community that has a nice movie theater for you and your loved ones. Swimming pool for when it gets hot. Business rooms for when you nee to get away from the family and handle a call. Weight room for when your wife upsets you and need to let some steam off. Dog spa to get you and your dog a spa. VERY welcomed open arms. The residents quite and stay too themselves, yes its on the bit expensive side but its 100% worth Calvin & Rae are the 2 people that you can count and will 100% guarantee you will be satisfied and happy and your new and extended stay in the lovely open arms of the Brea Frisco

    I have been visiting many Apartments North of Dallas to see if I can be outside of the city BUT close enough to Dallas should I need to drive in to work when not officing from home. I LOVED BREA FRISCO. Even the scenic drive in on the highway was beautiful.Taylor DeLeon is who greeted me on site and I instantly felt welcomed. Her bright smile and being excited to let me see a stunning property was not the common welcome I have recieved at other properties. Nice suprise! I didnt have an appointment but I was acommadated anyway and met other Brea Frisco team membes, Dakota and Jeffrey - ALSO AMAZING. Brea is secluded enough to able to sit on your balcony for more iconic views and a short drive to entertainment off the highway if you want to get out for the evening. CLEAN property, not even a stray straw wrapper could be found blowing around the property. I was so impressed, I cancelled my other appointments for the day. This is where I want to be!

    REVIEW UPDATE: I would like to update my previous 3 star rating to 5 stars, primarily for the prompt response to my earlier review by Property Manager Lindsay. Lindsay called and showed genuine concern for my unpleasant move-in experience and was awesome in getting my service order completed as well as generously compensating me for my move-in troubles that stemmed from not having elevator access. She was very understanding & apologetic and thats the kind of response demonstrative of good management. I can be patient about the elevator knowing that they are doing all within their power to get it up and running (and I will eat that .95 monthly ;). Thanks!This is a honest review as a new tenant of the newly build apts. @ Brea Frisco. I am sharing my experience as to aide others in their decision making process. On the surface, Brea Frisco is an esthetically appealing complex with all the typical bells & whistles of higher end apartment living, however my experience as an actual tenant has been nothing short of a migraine. First, when I came to view my apt. back in Nov. I noticed that the elevators were down in my building (Im on the 4th floor) and I was assured they would be ready by my move-in date (a month later). I came to pick up my keys on move-in day and was told the elevators were still down. Now this information should have been told to me sooner knowing that I was on the top floor, so I could either push back my move in or adjust my hired help plans. Instead, I only found out when I casually asked about them prior to leaving with my keys. This lead to a 4 story hike of an entire apartment worth of furniture (just imagine). Nothing was offered for this imposition. The apt. had many cosmetic imperfections however since I am just renting, I didnt make a fuss. I placed a work order for the very cold air draft that was forcefully blowing into my home due to a gap between the front door and the floor and had requested a weather strip. As of this email (4 days later), I have yet to get my work order acknowledged. Whats bugging me the most is the service fee of .95 just to pay your rent from your own bank account! I could see a credit card requiring a service fee, but my own checking account!? Ive never heard of this as there is no fee from my bank to withdraw directly from my account so what is this for? When I inquired with office staff, I could not get a straight answer. I will say that thus far the office staff has been very friendly in person and I do like my apartment overall. However, between my trekking up & down 4 stories everyday until the elevator is running (Im now told it wont be for another 2wks), the lack of responsiveness to my service request, and this arbitrary service fee for my rent, Im a little leery.

    Brea Frisco did a fantastic job with all of the finishes in the apartments. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and all of the staff is so welcoming and friendly! Modern and unique amenities that are beautiful and sets them apart from other communities! I highly recommend!

    BREA FRISCO IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!! DO NOT waste your time looking elsewhere (like I did!!) EVERYONE at Brea are VERY PROFESSIONAL, NICE, WELCOMING & VERY PATIENT, with the whole process of moving there. IT REALLY FEELS LIKE FAMILY!! As they stated, “we’re all family at Brea”.
