I have lived here since hurricane Harvey. It is in a great location and the apartments use the space wisely. It has gone through a lot of transitions over the years. Our current manager, Jessica, has gotten so many positive things done in a short period of time. We have cameras in the garage, lights in the halls have been updated, the halls and community spaces have been painted and we do have security that patrols at night.

My recent visit to Braeswood Place was a highly positive experience, largely due to the professionalism and courtesy of leasing agent Jade. Her thorough explanations and friendly demeanor created a comfortable and informative environment, significantly contributing to my decision to become a resident of the Braeswood community. As a first-time apartment renter, I particularly appreciated Jades guidance and the reassurance she provided, alleviating any anxieties I had about the process. I am confident that my experience as a resident will be equally positive.

After two months I want to give a shout out to Braeswood Place Apartments, in particular, their office/leasing staff and Diego, who leads their maintenance team. After moving in, I reported several minor items that needed to be fixed which were all fixed within 24 hours. Also, an intermittent mysterious issue, with persistence and incredible determination by Diego, was quickly solved. After living in a house for the past 45+ years, my recent experience moving into Braeswood Place Apartments has, so far, exceeded all of my expectations and I would highly recommend they be on your list if you are looking for a luxury apartment in SW Houston.

I just moved into this condominium and I really like the place. The area is very pleasant and quiet, perfect for my family. I received excellent attention from the management, especially from Keli, Cici, and Jessica, who were extremely helpful and attentive throughout the entire moving process.I am very satisfied with my choice and would recommend this condominium to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed environment.

Ive been enjoying the living experience here at Braeswood Place for about 9 months. The staff is friendly and are always ready to assist. Maintenance requests have been prompt and professional and the property is kept clean and well-maintained.I gave 4.5 stars because I would like to see more quality community events for the residence to enjoy.

I lived here for 15 months and had a pleasant experience. The location is wonderful. Maintenance was very quick if I had any problems. The office staff was always friendly. The amenities were nice, we especially enjoyed the pool and gym. I felt safe here and had no issues with safety; our cars were safe. It was quiet. The other residents were nice, there are quite a few older residents (I’m old too) and families. We had no issues with moving out. I had to move to another area of Houston or I would’ve stayed here. We enjoyed our time here.

Its a nice, beautiful place. The office staff is very friendly. Its worth the price. Its in a great location. I honestly love it here. My only problem is the cell service. I never have signal in my apt but they are working on it. Theres granite top counters, garden tub, trash valet, dog run. Theres a media room, gym, pool, and business center. The courtyards are beautiful and constantly maintained. The bayou is right across the street. Its overall a great place to live.

I have really enjoyed living here. The location is perfect. Close to the downtown and convenient to shopping. Braes Bayou makes for the perfect biking trail all the way to Herman Park or farther if desired.The management is top notch. Always courteous and responsive to any call. Maintenance is also managed well. The facility is very clean.Parking is tight. If you have a truck, as I have, and park in the middle of the spot, you will have less than a foot on either side. Everyone has dedicated parking with extra space on the roof or in the basement, which flooded during Harvey, but the apartments did not floodWhy a 4 star and not a 5, there is always room for improvement.

Replied to service request quickly, repairs completed and clean up after service. Location and apartment layouts are great. It all stops there. Management leaves a lot to be desired. Some clean up needed in the stairwells, hallways and garage. Not what an apartment at this level should look like.

I have lived here for one year and absolutely love it! The quality of the place is amazing, and they really do pay attention to the small details. Amenities are nice. I wish the pool was a little deeper (only 3 ft), but I honestly never have the time to use it anyway. Maintenance is super quick with requests - usually taken care of the same day or next day. Staff is friendly and helpful, and theyll have resident appreciation events occasionally (breakfast, taco night, etc.). Walls are a little thin, but most of the time its not a problem since its a fairly quiet community. Im only moving to be closer to school since the bus system can be very unreliable.

LOVE this place! Its a quiet community with mostly professionals and retired folks. You get an assigned parking spot, so no fighting for parking. Guests park on the roof. The office staff is very friendly and maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. The apartment itself is awesome! Spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. Beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Thoughtful design. An added bonus is the office staff also throw community events every now and then, such as breakfast on the go, Christmas door/patio decoration contest, etc.

I have lived in Braeswood Place Apartments for 4 years. Certainly I could choose to move, there are many other choices around. But this is home. Its home because of the way I am treated. Not a just another renter but as a friend. Service here is wonderful and any problem taken care of in a timely fashion. The amenities are the finest and the location cannot be beat. Ten minutes to Medical Center, 5 to US 610 10 to US 59 and no more than 15 to Galleria. I wont promise anything about time on parking.I guess you can tell that Braeswood Place Apartments is where I choose to be and here Ill stay!

Moved from League City to this area and I love it My neighbors are great, and everyone I see in the hallways are friendly. The leasing office is awesome and helpful. Maintenance is top notch and answer work orders by the next day. No complains, I am very happy here. I also enjoy all the restaurants near Herman park, Rice, and Montrose.

Braeswood Place has undoubtedly been one of my favorite apartment complexes that I have lived in. First, I had a positive and pleasant move-in experience due to the extensive helpfulness and kindness of my leasing agent, Lisa. She really went above and beyond in helping me, and Im so thankful that Braeswood Place has such amiable and professional staff members.After the move-in experience, Ive increasingly appreciated the convenience of both the location and amenities at Braeswood Place. In just a few minutes, you can drive to the Medical Center or a grocery store or a gas station or even a shopping center (a nice one at that). There is even a Walgreens adjacent to the apartment complex that you can walk to for any quick need or want. Regarding convenient amenities, its so nice to have elevators, valet living trash services, and even the parking garage that shields you from any bad weather on the way to your car.Ive also enjoyed sitting in the peaceful courtyard and going on such pleasant walks in the surrounding neighborhood and nearby Brays Bayou trail. The aesthetics of this community, supplemented by the community events that are put on by Braeswood Place, have truly provided me with comfort and serenity that balances out the busyness of the city.In short, I love calling Braeswood Place my home. Id highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Ive lived at Braeswood Place for almost three years. Its a quiet community where everyone seems to keep the same hours. Tia and Carl in the office, and Jose and staff in maintenance, are all kind, professional, and helpful. The location is perfect with many options for routes to work. Its also nice being so close to Brays Bayou with its walking / riding trails. Despite being so close to the bayou, we went through two major floods (May 2015 & April 2016) completely unscathed - no damage to property, cars, anything!

Im a student so I move a lot and visited many apartments and this place is by far the best property in terms of both the quality of the apartment itself and the management. The property looked very clean and nice. I talked to a lady named Emily and she was super friendly, down to earth, and professional. Im very picky when it comes to looking for a new home and she did everything to make sure that Im aware of every single options that were close to my needs. Since the unit that I was interested in was still occupied by another resident, she showed me several units that was similar to that units in terms of interial structure and floor level. Tia was also very friendly and helpful. I never write reviews but I felt so thankful for all the things theyve done for me I had to write this!

Living at Braeswood Place for the last year has been a great experience and a great intro to Houston. I found this building just driving past one day, on my way to another apartment, and I loved it. Tia in the front office, and Carl as well, are friendly and helpful, the service requests have always been completed in a very timing manner, and the property is well-maintained.

I lived at Braeswood Place for only one semester while I attended the University of Houston. It was about 20 minutes away from campus, and even during rush hour I didnt have to deal with much traffic if I took Old Spanish Trail. I had a good experience: the staff were friendly and helpful, the majority of the tenants were genuinely nice, the gym, pool, and business center were always available, and it was always quiet.

Ive only lived here for a few months and I have to say Im truly enjoying my experience. I moved into the complex site unseen from NYC. Tia, the Asst Manager, was extremely professional and helpful every step of the way. She even gave me a virtual tour of the property via FaceTime!I have had a couple of issues HOWEVER each one was always handled with the upmost care and attentiveness until the issue was FULLY RESOLVED (and they have, indeed, been fully resolved!!!). Every email and phone call was responded to in a timely manner. They have an open door policy and are very welcoming at all times. They even give special care to my puppy (shes a senior dog but shes still a puppy to me) and that means the world to me.Braeswood Place is truly a gem. Its conveniently located next to EVERYTHING, the property is an oasis and well maintained, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Uhhhh theres FREE COFFEE of various flavors in the leasing office OMGGGG the pool is small but never crowded. If I can afford to renew my lease next year I definitely will LOL luxury apartments come with luxury price tags! But its worth it!!! ❤

Amenities are wonderful, everything is clean, workout room is well kept, pool adds nice ambience and sound when sitting in your living room, and there is plenty of parknig in the garage for everyone. We recommend these apartments. Great facilities, very nice and quiet area, resolutive and friendly staff. Additionally, the entertainment service of Sarah and David, who organize three monthly events, creates a very positive atmosphere. When you move to a different country or city, find events where you can meet your neigbourgt is great! I do believe that getting to know your community IS really good! David and Sarah are always available to give extra help, information, and take care of the human side if the community. I wish all the apartaments had this live events. It was definitely a great decision choose to live here.

Clean, well maintained complex. The halls to the apartments could use a little care but clean. Fans were on and temps outside were chilly making the hallways very brisk, cold! Trash and recycling pickup from doorway convenient!

Great amenities if thats what youre looking for. The prices increased with the labor day flood of 2016 and the rates are also hiked up in general due to its location in a good school district. Otherwise, neighbors are generally quite and the maintenance staff is great.
