    I’ve lived here for quite some time and dispute the area. The apartment and management have been very welcoming. The manager and her assistant have been so helpful and proving that they are there to help each and every tenant.any time I have an issue or maintenance request it gets done quick. As I see a lot of comment on roaches and dirty property. That’s total on the people who live here because clearly they don’t clean up after them self and expect the maintenance ppl to do it..

    Ive been here for 8 months and I can say that Im enjoying my experience here so far. Friendly staff, beautiful apartment complex at affordable pricing! We just had a xmas get together where the community came together for food and ticket raffles and I couldnt feel any more welcomed here.I hope they keep up the good work!

    Me and my family have been living here for almost 9 years. The property is clean, quiet and friendly. The management is great over here if you have a problem or a concern about something they fix it immediately. The manager Ms. Belen and Ms. Brianna are AWESOME !!!! They both are quick to respond to anything that goes wrong on the property. They have fun activities and back to school drives for the kids in the the apartments.You can tell that they TRULY do care about there property and all the residents who live here.

    I used to be in these apartments and it was good, but although there were some bad things in here I would like to say. First, there was so many roaches in the winter. Usually in the kitchen part, and it was kind of annoying. Second of all, there was this one time where my apartments were FILLED with spray paint. Some people literally spray painted my whole part of the apartments. Besides these things, the apartments werent so bad. The staff was pretty nice, although every once in a while there would be some arguments. But overall, these apartments are pretty good if you are looking for a decent area with nice people.

    THIS IS HOME and we are all family from administration to tenants with all points between. The leasing staff made the initial process so inviting and took the time to make sure I understood all the details that I couldn’t wait to sign my lease. Everyone I’ve come in contact with on the property are friendly and respectful making it a great place for families of all sizes.

    Fatima, Belen, Oscar & Barbara are the best! They have given me nothing but first class, friendly service as a tenant from day 1. I have been living here for almost a year and havent had any problems with the office nor the property. The property is close to the high school and middle school (so convenient for my teenagers!). The property is also well kept, nice and clean. I love my 2 bedroom layout. The only thing is that the property is too small for a pool. :(

    Entire surrounding area is ghetto. Gunshots are a common occurrence in the surrounding areas. These apartments are the only decent ones for a couple miles. If you can get accepted at their discounted rates, 100% worth living here, just be wary of the surrounding area since it’s ghettoWould recommend living on the 3rd floor as the floors are paper thin. If you have upstairs neighbors who stay up late, good luck sleeping.

    I lived here for about 5 years or more..Honestly the only good quality apartments in this area and the maintanance/leasing office is on top of their game. I recently moved out due to bottom floor neighbors hitting the floor day and night nomatter the time so apartment living was not workig out for my family and I ..but what do you expect when you live at apartments bottom floor neighbor?😂 anyways the property stays clean and the roaches that is cus some people are to lazy to walked to the dumpster with their trash or dont clean their place..If you get the chance to lease here you are fortunate tbh cus the rest of the properties around the area they claim to be luxury living but they are not

    I love here it is the best place to be vary cill and calm the only thing that bother me is the roach but the other stoff those not bother me if you wont to come here i recamaend that you tell them spray the house with roach spray before you go in the home.

    They are very quiet apartments, I have lived there for 5 years and I dont want to leave there, their maintenance is excellent and the treatment of the apartment residents by the office staff is also excellent.

    Very good, these days when we were without electricity, they provided us with ice, water and an air-conditioned bus so that we could get some air from the heat inside the apartments.
