    Iā€™ve been here 1.5 years and the new management team has improved my experience tremendously: Jason, Travis, and Ariel are a breath of fresh air.Always pleasant, helpful, are able to make logical decisions, and they work well as a unit. Working with any one of them is consistently a positive experience.If youā€™ve lived in apartments, youā€™ll know a 5-star management team when you work with one.*4 stars due to thin walls, and complicated building access.*

    This is one of the best complexes Iā€™ve lived in!! I donā€™t understand why the reviews are low!!!!The front office staff is very friendly and GENUINELY understanding. Travis, Ariel and Jason have always been so beyond sweet/ patient with me (even when I donā€™t really deserve itšŸ«¢). The overall community is quiet and well maintained.Personally, I strongly dislike children because of their volumeā€¦ I understand, kids are kids, BUT if youā€™re like me- youā€™ll be happy knowing there arenā€™t many children here!Miguel, the maintenance man, is 100/10 (he even met my dad and they love each other). After 3-4 months of living here, I can confidently recommend this complex to anyone. *Fingers crossed my lease renewal next year isnā€™t too crazy because I donā€™t ever want to leave!

    Maintenance is amazing. Theyā€™re efficient and very helpful. Giving them 5 stars because of maintenanceThe staff is super friendly. The units are nice, amenities are great and the gym has everything youā€™d need for a basic fitness routine.Editing the review* I live on the first floor and my phone signal is not the best when I receive calls. Also, I can hear any movement my upstairs neighbors make.

    I needed an immediate move in and the process happened in the same day. Got to move in the next morning. Travis was a great help in the process. Over all nice apartment, nice amenities, good location.

    Bexley SoCo is going to be my next home in March! Bexely SoCo from the start is above and beyond. Travis and the leasing team are such a vibe; so friendly with great personalities that make me want to stay.I originally moved to a different complex in Austin based on online interactions with leasing agents and the management companies size/reputation. I ended up feeling like a source of revenue rather than a valued resident. Bexely SoCo feels like an actual community rather than a business transaction.

    Troi was such a great front desk manager. She was so fast and up to task on everything. Definitely do miss her presence at this location. Apt is overall clean/safe and everyone there is very eager to help for any trouble. One of my best living experiences hands down at an apt complex.

    Miguel & maintainence crew are great - always here within 1 business day of any reported needs for inside my apartment. Unheard of in most apartment buildings here in Austin. Gym equipment not fixed as quickly though.

    The amenities are well-maintained, the finishes are comfortable and luxurious, and front desk staff and maintenance crew are always so responsive, helpful, and pleasant! Especially Miguel and Ambria ā—”Ģˆ The location is top-notch, and surprisingly walkable. I work from home so I spend most of my time at my apartment, and dont have to leave far for a third space to work, walk my dog at the spacious parks, or get a good workout in. I never want to leave, lol. I love living at the Bexley SoCo!I docked one star because my unit is right next to the dumpster and is facing South Congress, and the garbage truck comes at 3:00am on Friday nights for some reason? My only complaint is noise, but thats to be expected living on a busy ATX street.

    Been here at Bexley/Society SoCo for just under two years now. Overall Iā€™m happy living here!The complex is generally well maintained (especially the offices and pool area), the maintenance and pest control requests get responded to quickly, the location is generally very nice, and the staff is all super kind. Itā€™s kinda just easy to live here. none of the issues that do pop up are ever so annoying that itā€™s actually impacting my day to day life in a major way.The negatives? There is kind of a list. The parking lot gates here are broken/inoperable about half of the time. Thatā€™s not an exaggeration. There are two lights in the parking lot that constantly flash during the night, and have been that way for months (one shines immediately into my bedroom window). I found a baby snake in my closet the first month I lived here in June 2021. Noise complaints arenā€™t easily addressedā€¦ you have to prove the noise exists to the staff something like 3 times before they even issue a notice to the neighbor. The walk-up gates to access the breezeway are usually just open. Maintenance always leaves your apartment unlocked after exiting your apartment. Parking can be tightā€¦ there have been a couple of occasions where Iā€™ve had to find parking outside the development because of a full lot. Oh and if you receive a package that isnā€™t through the USPS and the complex has run out of empty parcel pending lockers, the delivery worker will leave it outside your door and this package WILL be stolen (my neighbor has installed her own ring doorbell in our hallway bc of this very problem). My doormat was stolen once too. Only other negative I can think of is that if you are in your front room/kitchen, all of your conversations will be clearly audible outside, in the breezeway.These are all kinda minor gripes, but have just built up from being here for so long. Again, the good usually outweighs the bad here.(Update 2/12/2024: Another minor gripe- apparently any resident who receives a key fob after Summer 2023 is unable to enter the property using the entry gate on South Congressā€¦ No eta of when this will be fixed bc of issues with the city, I was told. Iā€™ve been unable to use the gate for over 7 months now.)(Update 7/16/24: South Congress access gate is still very much brokenā€¦ itā€™s been a year now)(Update 11/13/24: We now have an app to open the gates- so I can finally use both entrances again!)

    Hands down one of the best moving/living experiences Iā€™ve had with an apartment.The leasing office are some of the sweetest and most attentive people. The entire process was so easy and seamless that it almost seemed too good to be true haha.The apartments themselves are beautiful, and overall just a great community. 10/10 experience.

    Ariel and Troi in the leasing office are the TRUE reason I chose Bexley SoCo as my next home. I moved from San Diego and the gals helped me every step of the way. From a virtual FaceTime walkthrough, to assisting me with all my questions and even an after hours move in. I absolutely appreciate the staff and maintenance. Miguel is my go to for any fix it needs I have. I felt so comfortable and happy choosing Bexley SoCo that I extended the lease before I even moved in!!! Best community to live in with quick access to everything in Austin.

    Bexley SoCo has been home for a year and a half now. The entire staff, including maintenance, is friendly and personable! Ambria, the Property Manager, has been the most supportive PM Iā€™ve ever dealt with. She does her job professionally and with integrity and I feel confident approaching her and her leasing staff on any matter.Thank you for all yā€™all have done!

    I enjoyed my time living at Bexley with my husband when I did a year ago as newly weds. I moved due to finding a place with more square footage and other amenities. I miss the gym though! I liked how the complex is a smaller community with two buildings and the finishes were modern and updated. I still would recommend this place to friends.

    Moved in December, the office staff is very friendly. From the first time seeing the property to now a current resident really love their cheerful and positive attitudes. Had a couple maintenance requests and they were quick to resolve them. The property is quite and the residents are very friendly as they always give a nice smile or wave when you see them (even while wearing a mask you can see they are smiling). Most tenants have dogs and are all friendly and well Mannered. Really enjoy living here and would recommend anyone to take some time to meet the office staff and take a look!

    This apartment/community is exceptional! The place is well kept, peaceful, modern, has numerous amenities, and the units are spacious and new. Furthermore, the management goes above and beyond for the residents. I specifically want to highlight Ivoone at the office, who provided excellent customer experience through my personal situation. She was quick to respond, answered all my questions, was accommodating, friendly, and a great representation of this wonderful place. Overall, this is the best apartment I have lived in Austin and its surrounding areas. Its location is central to several restaurants/stores, downtown, parks, and more. I am so happy to have called this home!

    Love everything about Bexley soco and have had the pleasure of staying there. I love the amenities in the very nice people in the front especially Troi. I feel super safe and think the building is in great condition.

    Overall I had a great experience at Bexley Soco and the management/maintenance team during my time there from April 2021 to May 2022, and only left due to leaving Texas. All my service requests were addressed swiftly, and everyone on the team I worked with was very professional. I really enjoyed the large amount of parks/running trails in the neighborhood, and had no issues with sound/safety in my top-floor unit. I greatly enjoyed the gym/pool, and never had major crowding issues beyond a few regulars. A number of community members were challenging from a cleanliness/self-awareness standpoint (ie beer cans in the pool, dog poop, etc) but the team did a good job cleaning up after them. They also held very fun events on a monthly basis.The only issues were that some of the facility issues in the gym/office area werent addressed rapidly, such as the printer, broken gym equipment, and a hard to use outdoor TV setup.

    Iā€™ve been here for a little over a month and I love it so far! Itā€™s a very clean & safe community. I also feel like itā€™s very well built because I rarely ever hear my neighbors. Since these are brand new apartments, I did have a few issues when I first moved in but the front office and maintenance staff handled everything so quickly & easily so no complaints here! This is a great location and I couldnā€™t be happier with my choice to live here.

    Modern & open floor plans with 11 foot ceilings & 9 foot door frames. Ceiling height & floor plan layout makes SoCoā€™s 1 bed / 1 bath feel roomy, spacious, & refined. Pool looks incredible & gym has everything you need to get a good workout in.Sounds like building ownership / management changed over not too long ago, during a Pandemicā€¦so read the 1-2 star reviews with a grain of salt.The Office staff has been responsive, attentive, and welcoming the entire time Iv been here.Stephanie in the front office has been incredible throughout my entire experience here, thank you!

    Society SoCo is a great place to live! These brand new apartments are near to downtown, UT, St. Edwards, fast food venues, South Park Meadows mall and the new HEB on I-35 and Slaughter.The apartments are beautiful, well designed and well laid out. The pool, gym, meeting rooms, play area and dog runs are excellent.Residents are respectful and friendly. The manager, April and staff, Brooke and Arielle handle all issues professionally and efficiently. They made my transition to apartment living so easy and frankly their friendly service solidified my decision to choose to live here. The maintenance department is attentive to issues that need to be fixed and do so in a timely manner.I highly recommend living in Society SoCo Apartments!

    Ive been here since we were called society soco and can honestly say, this is a beautiful complex. New management change has been awkward and stressful, but Joe and Ivoone have been really, really great and you can tell they really care. I love my apartment; the dog park is great, amenities are decently kept. We have had some recent crime issues and the management company is installing cameras; people complain about parking, but its been easy for me to have friends over as they can park anywhere, without worry of being towed unlike my old complex where I had to go to the office the day before, get a paper and place it in their car window which was highly inconvenient. Sure, costs more than other places; but its peaceful here. My apartment and life is full of light, and its been a great place to live and heal through a difficult time in my life. 5/5

    The place is amazing and has so much to offer their residents. But what really sets them apart, and puts their customer service and experience above and beyond are the property managers, ESPECIALLY Brooke Rowley. Sheā€™s so outgoing and such a positive person. Her energy got us excited about living at Society Soco. After looking at MANY properties, she made this HANDS DOWN the best and easiest choice. Weā€™re so excited to move in! Thank you, Brooke.

    Society SoCo Apartments are the best in more ways than one! My maintenance request was taken care of within 1 day of submission. Joe, the maintenance director takes care of issues asap. I hadnt even realized the issue (disposal sound) was resolved until I received an e-mail.I have been here since last summer and love my apartment! Management is so friendly and accommodating!

    Moved into Society SoCo in November and love to community! The staff are super professional, responsive, helpful, and friendly. The apartment building itself is clean and quiet with quality interiors. The gym and dog park are my favorite amenities and Iā€™m so happy I moved here after searching near and far! Itā€™s been a lovely place to live so far.

    The leasing staff here is amazing - quick shout out to April for being so welcoming and willing to answer each and every question I had! Apartment complex is brand new and while there is still some construction (i.e. pool and rain garden coming soon) it looks like itll be stunning! Apartments themselves are great and spacious!

    I love this Property and the staff. Make sure and ask for Arielle When you walk into the leasing office, she will take really good care of you! Ive worked with her multiple times and she does an amazing job making you feel at home while also getting the details perfect! Leasing here is a good choice.

    The staff is always helpful and the leasing process was smooth. The community is safe but the only thing we currently have issues with is the fob system to the access gates are always broken. Anyone off the street can walk into the community from the access gates. But this could just be new building issues. Other than this the community is wonderful and I highly recommend living here.

    Iā€™ve been here for a month so far and I absolutely love it. Residents are friendly, safe community, the leasing office is helpful/communicative.Itā€™s also 2 miles from Southpark Meadows, 2 miles from 290, and down the street from 35 which is a huge plus!
