    Bexley Mansfield has been a very safe, welcoming, clean, and quiet apartment community and I have had the best experience with, not only the office staff, but their maintenance staff and grounds keepers have made my stay here very pleasant. The community is very well kept and clean. Staff are very responsive when I have brought concerns or work orders/maintenance requests to their attention. They are pretty much same day in their response time and action(s). I have been very pleased with everything over the last (almost) year that I have stayed here. Again, the community is safe, clean, quiet and very well kept. The office staff even host events in the community that are free entertainment/food/prizes and just altogether a good time. I am very appreciative and have nothing but great things to say about the Bexley Mansfield staff and community.

    My husband and I have been living here for almost two years now and absolutely love it! The office staff and maintenance team always go above and beyond for their residence.Yesterday morning on Valentines when it was freezing temperatures the whole staff was out near the front handing out the cutest goodie bags with breakfast tacos and snacks with the biggest smiles on their faces. They could have easily rescheduled or cancelled due to the weather but they didn’t! That just goes to show how much they are willing to go the extra mile. Would recommend everyone to live here!

    The Bexley Apartments are a great family-oriented place to live. It is a very well-maintained facility with new and upgraded areas like the new gym. Katina and her team are very friendly and are always available to assist our community. Her maintenance team does an excellent job while conducting routine maintenance. Recently Carlos and Jamie helped me get into my garage when my remote was not working. As soon as I informed them, they immediately fixed the problem. I highly recommend this place for people looking for a good community.

    On 02/13/25, I was unable to get my car to start and had nobody to call or assist me. I happen to see Levi and Brandon ride by on the golf- cart while on duty and flagged them down. as it was obvious that they were busy, I kindly asked if they could assist me.Without hesitation, they said sure and went to get a jumper machine. When attempting to use Brandons jumper machine, it didnt charge my car. When attempting to use my jumpers it didnt work. Both Brandon and Levi refused to give up on me and went to get Levis heavy duty cables . After about 20 mins or so of all this, Levi and Brandon were able to get my car started. I was so thankful, and grateful for both of them taking the time to assist me, and not giving up so easily. I just wanted to inform management that they have a couple of good guys on the team who went above and beyond their required duties to help me as a tenant of your properties. Thanks Levi and Brandon!

    For the most part, I enjoy living here. The office staff is accommodating and helpful. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Shout-out to Jamie! Shes always smiling and my dog looooves to give her hugs.

    Hey guys I would love to share my experiences here at Bexsley Mansfield. I move here from Memphis, Tennessee about a year ago . I did my application online . The process went smoothly. I was approved in about less than hour . So I decided to take trip here because I looking for jobs .I said let me stop by to view apartments. At the moment they didn’t have one to show . So I viewed it on computer screen of how it would look. So once I moved they left keys for me in box. From my transition from moving here was good . From maintenance very quick response time on everything. Lawn always well keep , So peaceful and Quiet all the times . I moved from one apartment until another, I give kuddos to Josh he is awesome also Jasmine she’s great to . The manager of the apartment is awesome. I’m very happy to live here at the Bexsley Mansfield. Love the location it’s basically surrounded by everything. So I will be on here all day long going on and on .This is great place to live . You should consider if you looking for Luxury Apartments.

    A variety of floor plans to choose from, 24 hour amenities, and well kept grounds and hallways. Great customer service which felt genuine. Toured with Josh and got the opportunity to meet the other leasing consultant, Jasmine, and the property manager, Katina. Highly recommend anyone to consider calling this place home.

    I am scheduled to move out in a few weeks. Ive lived at Bexley for 14 months. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience. Pros- Phenomenal office staff, quick maintenance turn around, typically quiet, newer/modern community, backyard (some units). Cons- trash and smoking litter, pet waste, current construction projects.Pool area and dog park are well maintained. My favorite thing about this community is that when I take my dogs on walks, I rarely see other people outside. Its different right now with the construction (painting) which I find overwhelming while trying to work from home. I cant compliment the office staff enough. This will probably sound like a fake review but really, living here was a completely different apartment experience. I am moving because I found a house giving me an extra bedroom/bathroom and a full size back yard for 200 less a month in rent. I would move back to Bexley in the future if I found myself needing to return to apartment living.Please dont move here if you smoke. Its non-smoking and some people prefer to live where they can breathe and walk around without cigarette butts and the little plastic pieces from you know what. Ive had trash from smokers wash into my yard after rain and I have to clean up their mess.

    Moving is not the most enjoyable thing to do however I will say that the Bexley Team has made the experience bearable. The office staff and maintenance teams are nice and have been attentive to my specific needs -whether it’s programming garage remotes, assisting with remote entry gate codes or even the answering of my unusual unit requests. Josh & Katina have received the bulk of my queries, thank you both for your patience. Levi & Brandon cared for an AC issue and got me back up and running expeditiously. Living in an apartment home is an adjustment for me but for the most part I am satisfied. I will say that the little things make a difference and I’m thankful for those little things.

    Bexley mansfield is a Awesome place to live at I have an amazing view and when i first moved in everything was super clean no roaches or ants and i love that they take the trash to the dump for you so i wont have to go in the freezing cold 🥶

    I really enjoy the open and green property grounds with the sidewalks and trees. Arturo on the maintenance team is always out there keeping things looking clean and nice, and I like that he is so cheerful going about his job. He and Brandon like to greet my little dog on our walks around the property, and so do Carlos and Jamie.

    This place is kept up so well. I have to say the entire process of moving is a huge problem but Kelsey and Josh have been amazing. They are super quick at responding, beyond friendly and just amazing at their job. I have recommended friends to move here already too.

    My husband and I have been residents at Bexley Mansfield for the past two years and we just signed our lease here for a bigger home for our growing family. Joshua and Lindsey are such great people and communicators and they helped us so much along the way. I totally recommend Bexley Mansfield for anyone looking for luxury living in a quiet community.Side note: I noticed a prior review mentioned a suspicion that the good reviews were coaxed by a promise on cheaper rent… in the two years we have lived here we have never heard of an incentive like this. Bexley is really just a great place and the staff deserve to be recognized for their efforts.

    I closed on my house earlier than expected. I had only two weeks to move out of my house. I called Bexley Mansfield and spoke with Josh and inquired if I could rent for two months. He said yes without hesitation. I broke down and cried, because I did not think I could rent an apartment for such a short period. Josh quickly assured me that they could do it and he turned my crying into laughter. I got to the leasing office the same day and met Kelsey. She, just like Josh was extremely friendly and took me to the apartment. Wow. I later met other team members in the leasing office and I must say they are all fantastic. This is a very nice and clean apartment. I felt very safe on the property. I will recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and friendly place to call home.

    Bexley Mansfield has an excellent Maintenance Team. Carlos and Jamie are the dynamic duo of the Maintenance Team. All requests (which have been minimal because Bexley keeps their property on point) submitted have been handled timely, professionally and with excellence. I never doubt their ability to handle my requests or respond to my requests quickly. My family and I are in transition towards a smaller home purchase and Im very happy that we chose Bexley for our interim residential needs. Carlos and Jamie make our living experience at Bexley that more enjoyable!

    This is my second go around living at Bexley. I love the complex my building is super quiet so far. All of my maintenance concerns big or small are addressed quickly some times same day. I am a little hard to please and moved out of my first apartment here to what I thought was a better property. I am so happy to have returned now that I have a bigger apartment I feel like my living situation is perfect! Lindsay and the staff at the office are very results driven and care about the Residents living here. The office staff is also willing to help and accommodate in anyway possible. They truly are a great example of what hospitality and customer service should be!

    The maintenance guy Will that works the dog park is amazing. He always makes sure that there is trash bags in the dog stations around the property. He is so friendly and speaks to the dogs. Very nice guy.

    Just took a tour of a home recently. Both the individual home and the community seemed clean and peaceful. Josh was knowledgeable, helpful and eager to answer any questions I had. I’m still trying to get settled into my move from out of state and my experience here helped with the anxiety of trying to find a place. Josh showed me multiple options based on what I needed. I would recommend this community to any of my friends.

    Great location. We lived here 10 months. The apartment was fine. If I had any issues they were handled right away. The only reason I gave the apartment 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the windows. They are aluminum and very old. During the freeze in February, the windows did very little to keep any heat in or air out. They are 1 pane and shortly after the freeze, mildew started to build up. This means there is moisture getting in. The windows offered no protection. We did however put plastic up around the windows to keep the heat in and the air out. It helped.The staff was great and the gym and pool were nice as well. We moved here while our home was being built. During my move out inspection they said the apartment looked great. Hopefully I don’t have any unexpected charges later. I would recommend this apartment complex.

    The Staff and Maintenance at The Bexley have great customer service as well as a very fast response and completion rate if its something I need to have fixed. They consistently create ways for our community to be social and the neighbors to bond in a fun, clean, and safe environment, welcoming all ages.     Love these apartments. The complex itself is nice, clean always well kept. Neighbors are courteous and friendly and I have had nothing but great experience with the office and administrative personnel.     I moved in about 2 weeks ago and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bexley Mansfield. I started with a list of 20 apartments in the area and was able to narrow it down to 5 and Belxey by far had the best value. The amenities for the price are the best in the area. The whole move in process was very easy. All of the Leasing office staff are amazing and go above and beyond to answer all my questions. Any issues have been resolved in a very timely manner. I come from living in houses most of my life with the exception of an apartment for 3 years and Bexley feels like home.

    This is a beautiful property and the staff is incredibly helpful and nice. The residents that I have interacted with have been down to earth as well. Some of the balconies overlook the pool area and the sunset which takes away from fighting traffic most of the day. Easily one of the largest on property gyms I have seen and the pool table just makes it that much better and the car ports and garages make everything so much more convenient. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for an apartment to move into.

    These apartments are super Fantastic and the staff is out of this world, Maintenance is very fast and efficient and will work till the job is done. The office staff will definitely take care of any needs that are brought up and are super friendly and fun to talk to as well. It is a very beautiful complex and quiet and clean.

    Can’t say enough about how wonderful the leasing /office staff if at this property! I toured and worked directly with Jade-Marie and she is a huge reason why I chose to lease my next apartment here. The property looked very nice, well manicured and maintained. Jade-Marie took the time to show me around, really made a genuine connection with me and made me feel welcomed (a lot of other places I toured in Mansfield were not this warm and friendly).

    We lived here for two years and it was great! Maintenance was always quick, office staff super nice, and the grounds were always clean. We had issues with new neighbors across the hall, but the office tried their best to resolve it! The parking is an issue so I would just go ahead and pay for covered parking to save yourself the hassle!

    Ive lived here for about 5 months, everything is great. Taylor always takes care of every ridiculous request I have :) Maintenance showed up at my door 20 minutes after I put in my requests, fixed everything and even things I told them about on the spot and they were FAST! The office ladies are always friendly when I speak with them and helpful with anything I may need. I love the new package center! I love that BM is always updating and upgrading as needed. They have 24 hr clubhouse with state of the art Starbucks, a pool table, apple computers, multiple gorgeous pieces of furniture, a kitchen area for catering/entertaining. I love this place, meets all expectations. Thanks yall!

Also, I would like to add that the leasing agents are very helpful and one in particular Ms Callie Haley, should be promoted to management as she has all the qualifications to work at a higher level.     I have lived in these apartments for about 1 1/2 years now and the new management is better than the old management. They are very understanding and they really work around peoples schedules! I love that they have the drop box so we can drop rent off without worrying about anything. I love that they listen to your concerns. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

    I have lived here for about 4 months. I moved in with my boyfriend who has lived here for about a year. There is a lot I can say about Bexley Mansfield, so if you are looking for a detailed description- as my boyfriend and I always do when looking at reviews- than this is the one to read.The apartment itself- the apartments are very clean with a new modern design that have a comfortable layout. We are staying in a one bedroom with clean carpet and vinyl/linoleum flooring and marble countertops-very comfortable for two people. But there are MANY floor plans to choose from that will suit different size families. There is also a convenient patio with an extra storage closet that we use for random things we dont need inside the apartment. Although, there is plenty of storage space inside.The amenities- ugh! Where to begin with this? Lets start with the pool and the gym because those are my favorites. The pool is beautiful! Its lit up at night with multiple fountains and plenty of seating- even chairs that you can sit in while in the water. Plus many lounge recliners for just laying out to get some sun when you want. There are also GRILLS to BBQ on and a covered wicker lounge area with a fire place if you want to have a gathering. Absolutely beautiful.The gym is pretty convenient. I really enjoy working out so I love that there is equipment right here for when I dont want to go to my gym or if my gym is closed. They have decent equipment there and are even getting more to expand the variety. I cant wait!The clubhouse-The clubhouse is stunning. Open anytime with your key fob and enjoy coffee, tea, hot cocoa, or just sit on one of the couches and read a book. There are also some computers and a printer if you need to use it-very convenient also.Kids park and doggy park-- I dont have kids or animals so its not super important to me but Ill describe for the people that it is important to. The kids park is fenced in with some swings and a plastic slide/ jungle gym and seating area for adults.Doggy park- I forgot exactly how this looks but it is by the mail area and the dogs seem to like it. There are lots of sidewalks for dog walking and random things of grass for your pup to piddle when needed.There is also an entry gate to increase privacy that requires a code or a fob to get in.I dont know if there are other amenities because the above are the only things Ive noticed or that are of important to me.. but lets talk staff.The staff here are very friendly. They take their time with me when I come in to talk to them. They are professional and make sure they answer all my questions in a way that I understand. They are also very accommodating, they hold packages at the office when certain things arent able to be delivered to my door. Anita, the new manager, she is great. She is the one that is having more equipment put in because she knows it needs more. She, cares for the genuine happiness of the residents here, and for the over all function of the complex/community as a whole. Also, the maintenance crew are so sweet and helpful. They take great care of things around here and are sooo nice! I enjoy everybody here and am thankful that there are so many great people, because a good team can make all the difference.

    My family and I recently moved to the apartments and for the most part we all have been satisfied and treated respectfully by the staff members, we also had our daughters birthday party in the clubhouse that we were able to book without any problems.     I have lived here for a year and a half. Ryan Wooten is by far the best front office consultant since I have moved in. He has been very responsive and sensitive to my issues, resolving them quickly. He took action to ensure the pool music is turned down or off during the night eliminating excessive noise during overnight hours. He is always courteous and professional to my family and I.     We moved to Bexley about 2 1/2 weeks ago . We love our new home!!!!!But we first visited in April . And it was love at first sight. The staff was so patient and kind and knowledgeable. From April to move-in they have exceeded our expectations. Ladare, Amanda, Nick, Katie and the young lady from Oklahoma and maintenance have been responsive and awesome.Happy to call Baxley home!!

    Took a tour yesterday. Seeking housing in mansfield. Shawanda was amazing. Great listening, attention to detail, and very professional. Nice set up at the apts. Pool, size & dif options on floor pland, and fitness room. Clean and aware of pandemic conditions. Felt wanted and not overwhelming on sales pitch. She asked for my wants and spoke directly to those issues. Thank you. 😊

    Krystal and Taylor were very nice. Today I came to tour the property and Im interested in the Durango with a study, Krystal was very attentive and knowledgeable..     My husband and I toured this apartment complex and the leasing agent Miss Thomas was AWESOME! It was a little disappointing that they didnt have a two bedroom to show but I am glad we checked it out. We have yet to make a decision as to where we are going to live but this complex is very inviting.

    I highly appericate that the maintenance staff is kind and handles work orders quickly! Ive had only two issues that were quickly resolved. One was resolved the same day. The other the next morning. The office staff is also helpful. Thank you!

    Just move on military order from California and finding an apartment was a struggle but Bexley mansfield apartment made it happened. I cant thank enough the staff at Bexley for making my move smooth and easy, specially throughout covid 19 epidemic.
