I loved living here! The apartments are spacious, comfortable and really nice. Cindy, the property manager, is professional, knowledgeable, kind, funny and always ready to help. Richard, the maintenance person, is amazing, hard working, personable and helpful. If I ever move back to Big Spring I wont live anywhere but here.

I am a current residence here at bent tree apartments. I have lived here since November 2017 and so far i enjoy it. When i first moved in i wasnt fond of the property manager she was not manager material and the maintenance guys were horrible didnt know what they were doing and literally did nothing to fix stuff.Then they brought in Brittany Pool and Anthony and they made a 360 and have done such a great job keeping up with this place. Now the complex is older so if your looking for new then this isnt for you , but if your looking for great staff, quiet environment, and family friendly complex then this is for you. Anytime i pick an apartment i always go based off of reviews.

We been here a year and havent had any major issues, our heater went out recently and the maintenance man was on top of the job as soon as we put in the work order, they even called out the professionals and had our heater fixed the same day. I really like living here, its a decent price for a 1 bedroom apartment and definitely 20 steps up from the Barcelona Apartments. The bent tree is like a luxury apartment compared to the Barcelonas. The only thing i dont underatand is the parking???... The parking spots used to be assigned by apartment number but I guess some people cant read and now we all have to pay a 10 dollars a month for a parking spot. We are allowed to call a tow truck :) so whoever parks in my spot that I pay for I will be Towing your car.Other than that I like living at Bent Tree Apatments, its really nice. :)

Staff here is amazing! Ms. New is always so attentive and helpful! Seriously helped us all after the fire. Billy also so great! Always fixes things the right way and never has to come back and re do it!

Dont take it from the comment Jocelyn Roberts this property is professional the manager is always in office she never yells to anybody you can ask anybody here that shes so sweet and if you ever meet Cindy youll know what Im talking about
