I initially toured this place exactly one year ago. It’s been a tough ride, but definitely worth it. At first I was told different things about move in date/leasing office, amenities, etc. It did frustrate me at first but you have to know that there’s a price you pay for living in a newly built apartment complex. I’m about to finish my first month here at Belt & Main and I LOVE it. The apartment is very homey, the leasing staff are professionals who truly take your issues into consideration. I called a few times over some minor maintenance issues and they were fixed the next day before noon. You will never move into an apartment and have no issues, what matters the most is having a staff and people who you can truly count on for safety, well being, and services. I was skeptical about this apartment at first, but it is truly the best decision I ever made and would 100% recommend to a friend.

I moved in about a month ago and everything has been top notch including the service from Lovelyn and the front office staff. Highlight of the building for me is easily the valet trash system which keeps trash out of the halls. The building will ideally see less bugs, last much longer, and smell much nicer because of this!
