Whether it’s answering questions or resolving concerns, they’re always professional, friendly, and quick to help.It’s rare to find a place that feels this comfortable and well-cared-for. Been living in this property for 3 years now, sad to leave but I bought a home but i will miss the amenities the property, and most of all the customer service of Kathalyn Daranda shes been so great since i arrived back in 2022 and she has helped me through everything, always responds to my emails and so friendly and always willing to help. The property has managed to build it self up throughout the years i recommend this property and if so look for Kathalyn Daranda.

Bellrock Memorial offers a comfortable and convenient living experience in Houston. The apartments are well-maintained with modern amenities, and the staff is always helpful and responsive. The community itself is clean and well-kept, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and recreation.A special shoutout to the maintenance supervisor, Sergio Tranquillo, who is always prompt and professional in addressing any maintenance issues. His dedication to ensuring resident satisfaction is truly commendable.

We lived at Bellrock Memorial from August 2022 - July 2024.After almost two years of living there, I can honestly say, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and will miss it.The location was top tier (my favorite part).There are tons of food/entertainment options nearby.The gym has a really nice stair master.I always felt safe on my morning runs in the area.And the most recent management (Greystar) who took over, came in and made things much better than they were.Joseph Turner (the Community Manager) is usually onsite and available. Hes personable, all about improving the community, and actually listens to the feedback from residents. In addition to this, he made our move-out and home-buying process so much easier (by responding timely and providing our lender with the items they requested), and we could not be more thankful to have had him as our community manager.He and his team are communicative, enforce rules, and actually try to keep the community safe and in good shape.10/10 would recommend.

This apartment complex is beautiful! I toured here with Alexandria and she was so helpful and informative about the area. I’m moving from austin and she was filling me in on all the things to do around the neighborhood. So excited to call this apartment my new home. Thank you for making my move an easy one

I was mentally this review a couple months ago. Matthew was the best worker ever he used to work here, but I think he now works at Avasa Spring Branch by Ventura and their suite too, but this place only concern that I had with gunshots and people staring stealing tires

Overall a great community. The only troubles Ive experienced are those that are standard with any apartment living experience (occasionally loud neighbors, nothing crazy). I feel as though many of the negative reviews here are just complaints of issues that you find in any apartment building.Ernesto- the maintenance guy is always smiling and very pleasant. All my service requests are completed super fast.Edi- always on top of communication and always a pleasure to speak with. George is also super helpful!Jackie- just met the new front desk manager. She is very high energy and really makes you feel welcome.I also really enjoy the amenities like fresh coffee and the package system. Its so quick and easy. I also have a gorgeous view of the pool. Overall I feel happy and safe here.

Ernesto and Martin on the maintenance team are great! Quick, thorough, and personable.The complex is great! The Team in the Office is attentive, patient, and work fast. They always are quick to resolve any hiccups I have and clarify anything I’m confused about. The apartments are clean, quiet, pest free, modern, and in a great location! Highly recommend renting here! Going on year 2!

I’ve lived here since Feb 2023. I renewed and possibly will again.I feel safe and it’s a good location for the money. There’s adequate parking. I have not had any issues with packages. The management to GreyStar has helped.Overall, my unit meets my expectations.My biggest issue is the gym as it is small and someone keeps stealing the weights. It’s best to get a membership at LA fitness down the street.However, the fact new management has addressed the issue and promptly resolved it twice in 2 months. That warrants my 5 stars.

Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request, I have received a prompt response. The office staff thoroughly ensured that I had an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting, and I strongly recommend living at Bellrock Memorial.

I recommend coming in and checking the property out and getting yourself a personal tour if can. Don’t let reviews mislead you. I would say if I had to put a service request in which is not often, maintenance would hop on it quick. The property is right next to a Walmart, different food places, LA Fitness, Movie theatre, etc. and not to mention you can hop right on the freeway for work if needed. I enjoy it.

Bellrock Memorial is a great place to rent at. Location wise it’s very convenient to a lot of restaurants and other venues. Right around the corner from the Marqe everything you need and more is very close by. Ashley the property manager and her team are awesome! No complaints at all, I recommend everyone come check them out!

The complex overall is a great choice! Very accessible to many areas in Houston, and the size of the apartment is comfortable. My few frustrations as a resident is that the gates are broken often, and guests are not parking in designated areas. But overall, location, price and responsiveness from maintenance team has been great!

The front desk is very helpful - I am renting thru Hallolanding and I had issues that I left the phone that has Latch app that allows access to the apartment and locked the door. Katherine and her team were super helpful connecting with Hallolanding folks to provide temprory access to my apartment.

This review is only based off my tour.I came in unscheduled on Saturday and George was kind enough to give me a tour.Very nice and looks new. Luckily the model apartment was near the office and we didn’t have to go to another building because they do not have go-carts to tour their grounds which will be needed as the summer comes and no one (including staff, elderly or disabled) should have to walk in that baking sun!Although I did end up signing a lease elsewhere as this was a little further away than I wanted it to be. If you work in the energy corridor and want to be close to the city as well, this is a great location for you.Also keep in mind that there is a fire station right next door to the apartment so depending on which building you’re in that may be an issue for you. Random but figured I’d add this too. As I was pulling in so we’re a few cop cars as well. Not sure what was happening but area seems quiet.Thank you George 😀

The staff is very friendly. Service requests are completed in a timely manner. I love the amenities, especially the outdoor game area and the coffee. The areas of improvement include the maintenance of the south gate, which has been damaged from time to time. This place is located in central area, which makes general commuting convenient. Overall, Ive enjoyed my time here and hope to stay a while longer.

Tour the community and applied the process was significantly seem less. The office staff is by far the best one here in Spring Branch/ heights area. After visiting multiple apartments in efforts to finding a new home. Belleock Memorial instantly made me feel Welcomed 10/10 highly recommended .

This property is beautiful and well manage. I’ve been hear since Nov 2022 and it under new management now and the staff is wonderful, polite and helpful. Maintenance department responds in a very timely fashion and repair and answered swiftly! I highly recommend paying them a visit it well worth it.

Not all heroes wear capes. Gabriel Ruiz is amazing! My AC unit went out over the weekend & he made sure to get it fixed first thing Monday morning. He’s very attentive of residents & always makes it feel like a priority! Love him!

I visited the community to view a 1 bedroom and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The apartments are brand new which is why I decided to stop by. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you! I almost let them scare me away and I’m so glad I came to see for myself. I love Bellrock memorial! I moved in about a month ago and so far I love it here! The office staff is very friendly and the maintenance man is as well. Any minor issues I have had were solved right away and Eboni was a big help with the move in process. The application process was simple and smooth. I’m so happy with my decision to move here
