    I really love the new management team here. Ms. Farrah go above and beyond , what the past managers have done. I called her about 12:30 AM, Memorial weekend due to a burst pipe in my apartment. She came to my home immediately to make sure me and my family was okay. Ms. Farrah had a team of workers at my apartment at 7:00 AM that Saturday morning taking care of my apartment. There has been a huge change since the new management team has taken over in less than six months. Thank you Ms. Farrah and your team for a job well done!!!!!!!!!

    I am a long term resident of Belfort pines and I have seen many managements come and go. I have to give kudos to the new management AOG And Farrah and the regional manager Juvenal is even better. He comes and visits the property often and they work together. The entire staff. Has become incredibly more professional and communicative. I dont like to give more than needed I just want to say thank you.

    Yes let me start by saying that bellfort pines apartments is a very family-orientated community and that is awesome. Mrs Farrah Vaughner is a very compassionate lady she is the best five Star All around she was very compassionate towards our sons needs with autism and very informative of the apartment complex and surrounding schools and things that we needed to know about. She is a wonderful person to be an acquaintance to and a lovely person to come and talk to if you need information on anything. She was very calming and assuring to us that our son would be well taken care of their and thats the main focus of us having a special needs child. I just want to say that if you second-guess go into bellfort pines apartments rethink it and come back again because Miss Farah is awesome and shell help you with any needs that you have so dont hesitate to ask I would like to thank the owner of the bellfort pines apartments for bringing her on with the community because she is the reason why we want to stay there and again this is from the Mc Cray family . Were going to be delighted to be part of your community

    I am a long term resident and I would like to say omg, the changes are crazy!!! If you just drive through the property, its just crazy how much the new people are doing. Oh and the new manager ms.farrah is the best. She goes sooo hard....

    I have been here for 9 years I have always had a great experience with the office. I have always been respectful to the staff and they have treated me well. When I request maintain assistant they have responded with in a timely manner unless there was something that they had to order to fix in my apartment.Give our staff a A+Mrs. V. Ves.

    I actually like these apartments, the area where they are is not bad. It’s pretty quiet throughout the morning and night. Maintenance it’s quick they clean up around the apartments everyday the ladies in the front are nice and very helpful. There’s stores nearby and also the freeway is right around the corner! Highly recommend!

    06/22/18 Another murder in the complex. They focus more on towing cars and not security for residence. They raised rent because they painted the stairs and put up gate. They dont fix anything kids playground disgusting. Visit at night to see the truth.

    Ive lived here almost a year. These are pretty decent apartments. Besides the cars coming through playing loud music and the fact that theyre so far from stores & restaurants, I havent had any problems.

    I have no problems with them. When l was going through something. I go in the office and found out what l had to do. The ladys in the office are very nice l can always count on them to help me out. And Im about to go on my second yr what them. Thanks ladys.

    This property is very nice the workers are very helpful and friendly I had the experience of dealing with Michala in the office shes such a sweetheart I would recommend anyone who is interested in living here at bellfort pines please come see her she will do all she can to help you get in over here so big shout out to you Michala if you see this just know you are the best and I appreciate your help and support.....
