    This apartment complex is so nice. It’s always clean. The luxury is luxurying . Krystie is amazing. She is the leasing manager. She helped me out with all that I needed as well as the assistant manager Katherine they both do a great job. I love my new apartment.

    No complaints. The apartment complex is nice and quiet. I worked with Krystie and she was phenomenal. From the leasing process to the move in process. Worked with me the whole time. Highly recommend. The property manager, I dont recall her name, however, she was incredibly sweet and helped get me moved in immediately.

    Lili , Alina and Kristy were extremely helpful and professional for the leasing process. They made finding a new place to live (which can be stressful) super easy and smooth. I am super excited to move into this place it is one of the coolest places Ive seen around Houston . All of the amenities including the gym and the pool are amazing and I am looking forward to living here.The management are all amazing especially. They make sure that all issues are handled very promptly and the property is always super clean and well maintained.I would highly recommend the Bella Palazzo property to anyone an everyone I know.

    I’ve been living at Bella Palazzo Apartments for about a year now, and it’s been a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, close to shops and parks. Lilly, the new manager, is incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure residents feel at home, and shes very caring and sweet, if you have concerns, shes always there to assist. Alena, her assistant, is just as great—quick to assist with any questions or maintenance requests. The sense of community here is wonderful. I highly recommend Bella Palazzo to anyone looking for a new place to live!

    Since ive moved in I can definitely say amazing hands down! Shout out to management Team their on top of everything they actually care about their tenants and I love it very clean and Quite complex. Maintenance is always on top of things customer services is top tier if you want to feel at home luxury but affordable this is definitely the place to lease.

    Lily is the manager here and I want to make it clear this property have not seen a better manager than what we have now and I will say this if she ever leaves I will consider moving out. Everything is top-notch you can’t please everybody but she does a damn good job of making sure this property is A1 and I just moved in here and I am a picky selective individual, but everything was well taken care of, the owners make sure you keep Lily as the manager here this property goes to the next level in the spirit of excellence

    It’s unfortunate I can’t give 3.5 stars because I truly think these apartments have potential. I’ll start with the pros: my apartment is SUPER spacious, no odors, no roaches, no gnats/fruit flies, no drama, quiet, outside bugs stay outside bugs, the apartment wasn’t different from the one I toured before I moved in, and most importantly I feel safe and after 3 apartments since moving to Houston I’ll take the wins where I can get them. Now the cons: my carpet was supposed to be new per the leasing agent I worked with for almost a month and a half but they attempted to do a carpet cleaning but the carpet is full of dog/cat hair and it has a terrible stench, my cabinets do have bubbles BUT it’s not extremely noticeable, my cabinets have some nails sticking out which i had to hit in with a knife because i have a toddler, and lastly the communication is TERRIBLE which unfortunately is the main reason for the 3 star rating. My car was towed and I was never told there was parking registration nor was I given the app until a week AFTER the towing so yeah not liking or loving that but as for my apartment I absolutely love it.Update: 6 months of being here. I love it. The community is really up and coming and staff does try to fix issues even if it takes a couple of tries. I would recommend them because they definitely try to improve the experience, they have office activities, and they know your name which is always amazing when you have an office staff that communicates to you like a person and not just a tenant. If I had friends I would recommend them. Do your due diligence, ask questions, and enjoy the margaritas/amazing maintenance, and awesome leasing and management staff. Oh and I love the clean pool and always open gym

    Im so happy we have a new manager LILLY she lives on property, met her the other day and SHE DOES NOT PLAY and Im so happy shes there to help clean this mess up she reminds me of the first manager we had, been at Bella for 4 years and Lilly is just like her which is a good thing.And I cant say enough of good thing about Mr. Guillimo hes the best always taking care of us thank you for all you do.But we truly found out who lives in these apartment when the electricity went out, someone let there dog crap right in front of the elevator and didnt even bother to pick it up how lazy do you have to be to not pick up your own dogs crap.But things are looking up thanks to LILLY!

    Bella Palazzo has been my home for six (6) months now, and I love it! This is a nice quiet neighborhood! The property manager is super friendly! Maintenance is great! Nothing goes wrong in my apartment, but if anything does, Maintenance is quick to fix it! I love the fact that we have our parking spots! I love living here! This place is also pet friendly! The residents here are sociable! I highly recommend it!

    Bella Pallazo is one apartment I would stay in over and over again, I love the clean surroundings from the walkway to the elevator and the parking lots. The pool is always neat and clean one doesnt even know when maintenance is done cos whenever you go there its looking very clean and inviting.     The ladies in the office at Bella Palazzo have been nothing but a breathe of fresh air!! I work a lot and they have made my transition moving here so effortlessly. They always kept me updated and communicated every step of the way. They are all aware on being on the same page and they will not stop until their jobs are complete. Kim, Zaidita, Tara, and Jeanette are the glue to keeping everything running so smoothly. The apartments are beautiful inside and out like other staff members who also work here. My neighbors are quite and clean and parking is very easy. I am so grateful to have lucked up on such perfect apartments!

    I came across this place as it was being built a couple of months ago. I fell in love with the place right away! The reception area and office is immaculate. The leasing managers always greet everyone with a smile. Ms. Terry, the manager was so cordial and courteous to give me a tour of the apartment twice as we were very indecisive. I came back the 3rd time with my friends and they showed me around again for the last time. They are just the most awesome people and they’re very helpful! Ms Terry offered to help me get my wedding ring back from the sink hole in my old apartment. She didn’t have to, but that’s going above and beyond.When my internet and cable connection were having problems, they called the main provider right away and followed through with me until we got the issue resolved. It amazes me how they have not kicked me out yet because I’m always at their office.:)Also, package delivery is so secure because they keep it in their office. I have multiple package deliveries every day and they patiently call me to have it picked up, sometimes they even go to my apartment and help me unload the stuff. Exceptional service, great people and a nice place to live— could not ask for more.

    I absolutely love this place. I love the different activities they have for the residents. The Zumba class are so fun! The office people are really nice and welcoming they take care of everything on time if there is any issues. I highly recommend these apartments!!!

    I’ve lived here for 2 years and I love it! Terra, Kim and Jeanetta are the best management team! They are always kind and took care of thing I needed. I love the amenities here, coffee bar was my favorite! I also love the fact that they have elevators because I wanted an upper level and I don’t have to tote things up and down the stairs! They also have security patrol at night and HPD officer that lives there and is extremely friendly! Never had any trouble with security, or parking. I feel safe and confident having family and friends over, or even just stepping out at night. The apartments are new and modern design is awesome! Maintenance takes care of anything you just have to ask. No bug problems at all whatsoever!! Valet trash is also great and they pick up every night which is even better. I used the club room a couple times for events, it was affordable and very accommodating. I also really like the Luxer One package service, it’s safe and convenient! The great management team handled anything I ever needed which gives me a peace of mind. Totally recommend living here!

And the only thing I can say is I’m literally amazed, everything is cleaned and organized, and not to mention the office ladies are the sweetest and always their to help you out whenever you need it!!     I have lived in this apartment complex for over one year. I must say ever since new manager (KIM) has taken over, a lot of good changes and improvements has happened. She has been working hard and taking every details/issue under consideration. She has always been welcoming, answering questions and resolving problems that has been brought to her attention very promptly. She is detailed, caring and very helpful. The property (grounds, facilities) are cleaner and more well kept. Being a good neighbor and following rules and policies would contribute to making a place a better home for everyone to live in. I would like to express my gratitude to property manager (KIM) again for all the hard work and time she spends to make this place a better home for everybody.

    I had the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of meeting Aida Rivero at this AMAZING apartment complex, and although the apartment she showed me was “my dream” unit- the experience I had with HER was what made me post this review. This lady was the epitome of customer service EXCELLENCE, compassion, beautiful spirit, knowledgeable, and personable all in one AMAZING soul. She provided resources (that no other leasing agent did) Information on schools, utilities EVERYTHING!! I’m relocating from Chicago and now I’m better informed because of her! Honestly I made a friend here, and if you’re in the market for a beautiful apartment with an amazing leasing consultant.     Amazing experience this past week as soon as I walked in the door! Vanessa Gutierrez and Tara was absolutely amazing! Vanessa helped me the entire time! Tara was very busy assisting another person that was also look to lease. I saw and heard her work a couple things at once literally! She was very knowledgeable based on what I saw and heard. Now, back to Vanessa she made sure my husband was very well accommodated due to him being disabiled she took her time with us with now rush or worries. She made sure all my questions were answered and what she didnt know she found out. Trust me I had a lot of questions. I understand bad reviews mostly come from people that had an issues for whatever reason but so far Im good with my experience and I will be telling everyone about this complex!!! I even stopped in two other days to walk through again on my own to see the gym, yago room, club house, pool area again and drive the parking lot and sat and watch the activity. I was pleased. I know things happen but its how you respond and deal with it... So I have to say my review is an A+ I shall and will continue to leave review monthly per my experiences its only fare. I recommend trying it for yourself. Take all the reviews into your consideration but remember most people report the bad and normally they want things their way... Thats my opinion.     I heard about Bella Palazzo apartments through my locator and I was completely amazed after visiting! Staff was personable and took time to make sure all of my questions were answered. Amenities are wonderful and the apartments are brand new which I loved!

    Hello, I am a doctor at this clinic and I decided to do this review because I live in this condominium and I really love the hygiene and organization, the tranquility that exists is amazing, not to mention that it has very good options such as the gym, the truth is the treatment by part of the managers is very good and for its quality it has quite affordable prices 🙏🙏

    I would say best place to live.Bella Pallazo is one apartment I would stay in over and over again, I love the clean surroundings from the walkway to the elevator and the parking lots. The pool is always neat and clean one doesnt even know when maintenance is done cos whenever you go there its looking very clean and inviting. And then the workers at the leasing office are all friendly, best community to have

    Thus far I’m ok with it I really wanted a two bedroom but we settle on a one due to that it’s too pricey for the square footage however Melody made it pleasant for us any issues she’s on top of it quickly and Raul is great for being by himself but not looking to renew I can lease or buy a house for the price that we paying and Monica is just awesome very helpful.
