The combination of a supportive management team, a diligent maintenance crew, and the vibrant community has made living here a truly rewarding experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Baypoint Apartments to anyone looking for a place that feels like home, supported by a team that goes above and beyond to ensure the best living experience possible.The views are amazing, and the green belt behind the building is the best place to enjoy a daily walk or jog, last but not least there are two beautiful pools to enjoy.In short we intend to make Baypoint our home for many more years to come.

Over all management, staff have been great and completing there end on updates with repairs needed or just in general on how they handle a great number of people on this property for all there needs, cant satisfy or make everyone happy. I have one thing to say is that overall my stay has been great and satisfying with all other circumstances that are out of everyones hand like unexpected situations. Keep up the good work.

It was always a beautiful day at Baypoint Apartments. The option of living anywhere else when I was in town just would not do. There is great staff when you communicate and the option for bay living cannot be beat. Baypoint has been a great community to live. Tabatha and the ladies up front are great to work with. We got a new private fishing pier this past year. It has been great to have in our back yards. Pet friendly environment too.

The time was taken on short notice to show me a couple units with different layouts on a Saturday afternoon and the approval process was simple and moved fast. Since I was moving from out of town, it made it easy for me to eliminate other options and not have time wasted on scheduling other viewings etc. Jeri in the office was so helpful and responded quickly or called me back timely with info. I highly recommend not just the facility but the process. :)

I do think there are some management kinks that need to be worked out for sure. But that’s anywhere. However I ABSOLUTELY love my apartment. Been here a year in two different units. 1st apartment was fine. I liked it for the time being. Some complaints like any normal apartment but my neighbors were awesome. My 2nd apartment has just been my place of peace. I freaking love it. My view every day is the water. My kids love it. It’s like being on vacation everyday. Mornings are the best. My kitchen is fantastic. I thought being on 2nd floor was not gonna be fun, but it’s better than 1st floor. My washer had an issue a week after move in and the maintenance supervisor was super friendly and took care of it. I wish I remembered his name. If renewals are standard or reasonable you guys got me in the same unit for years cause moving sucks and I found my home.

Love this place. The view is beautiful, the amenities are great, from the pool, jacuzzi, weight room, the staff are excellent. Jeri has been huge help the maintenance is always quick and friendly. Updated addition:Good to know some improvements are being made concerning the package room. Maybe it wouldn’t be too bad an idea to allow door delivery. Maintenance is still a massive problem.______________Original review:One of the nicest complexes in this part of town. So far the staff has been kind and taken care of my needs (most of them). Compared to some of the other reviews here, I guess I’ve rather been on the good side of things.My only complaints are the inconvenience of the package room and maintenance requests. Package room is not organized, and packages not placed where they should be - guess shipping carriers are to blame for some of this but they probably need some talking to. Maintenance requests through the website don’t seem to be working (at least for me).Other than that, good experience so far, I do recommend!

The manager Tabitha is the sweetest, most hardworking manager I EVER had at an apartment. She makes sure my work orders are done fast, and is such a joy to talk too. Apartment was clean and beautiful when I moved in, and she answered all my questions. Made the move in process really simple. Already referring my friends to live here!

Gloria and I have lived at Baypoint since November of 2022. We enjoy the Apartments and the Beautiful Grounds. Whitley, our Fur Baby and I love the Bark park by the Bay and walking the grounds. The office staff of Tabatha, Rachel, Destinee and Geri are very courteous, efficient and always prompt with a smile! The maintenance staff of Randy, Alex, Danny and Miguel and courteous and very helpful and attentive to all of our requests! The residents and complex neighbors are always kind and helpful. So incredibly happy with my move in experience and how easy this move in process was. Lisa and Jonathon were absolutely amazing and helped with everything and anything even down to finding an electric company so I didn’t have to stress anything else. So far Baypoint has been amazing! I truly hope they continue to be this great for the next few years that I am here. The staff is great and friendly and they really try their hardest to make your experience at Baypoint unforgettable. I havent meet the maintenance crew yet, but they do need to hire a few more individuals for such a large apartment complex. Another downside is that some of the residents are very inconsiderate in regards to where they like to dump their trash, which they do so infront of other peoples door, hence my door. Thank you to whoever did that your mess will be waiting for you to get cleaned up! Other than those two issues its been pretty neat so far, the maintenance crew keeps the grounds cleaned and looking amazingly. Thank you to all the employees and staff!

I have been living at Baypoint for over a year now and it is the best apartment complex I have lived at so far. The apartments have great floor plans with modern appliances and the staff go out of their way to accomodate residents. The beautiful views from the property are an added bonus and there are great amenities on site, specially if you are a pet parent (dog parks, pet spa and walking tracks). Overall, this is a great place to live at for a decent price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in this part of this City.

I dont live here yet. Wish I did! Staff very accommodating, but staff always is when you are a potential renter. Supposedly, they have 8 maintenance staff so great ratio. Clean grounds, beautiful pool overlooking bay and another central. Apartments are average size, have laminate floors, granite countertops. Two stories. Im waiting til Fall and looking for ground floor.

The manager Janet is great and helps resolve any issues you may have in a timely manner. The front office staff are nice and friendly. I love my apartment and it feels homely. You do hear some noise from the street but nothing too loud. I would recommend the place to friends and family. Love the amenities and monthly calendar of events they do for the residents.

Sendera Bay Point apartments is an excellent place to live. My wife and I have been living here for a few months. Our experience has been outstanding with superb service. When we first met the managers they were very receptive and worked diligently on getting the type of apartment we wanted. Any time we have a question or issue it gets resolved expediciously and in the most professional manner. The manager Steven heard and understood an issue we had and stayed true to his word. This includes the maintenance personnel. We always get a proper greeting in the complex. The maintenance man Joe took care of our minor issues as if they were his own. I even told him about an little issue not on the work order and he took care of it without question. I do recommend Sendera Bay Point apartments to anyone who wants to live in a resort style, comfortable, secure complex. All the facilities and grounds are always neat and clean. Im glad we moved here. Thank you Sendera Bay Point Apartments for making us feel at home.

This place was so nice! Lots of pilots, other military, students and families living here. Maintenance was pretty good about responding in 1-2 days(not including weekends). It did get a little loud a times and annoying neighbors with motorcycles kept us up at night but it was an AMAZING place to stay. Never felt unsafe walking from my car at night especially with a security living at the apartments available 24 hours. Very nice property owner and CERTAIN ladies in the front desk are more than helpful!

All maintanance requests are taken care of promptly and there are great amenities on site. My apartment has a beautiful bay view and a gorgeous floor plan. I toured this complex this past weekend because my current lease at another complex is ending and I really need to move. Baypoint Apts is beautiful- I kinda felt like I was at a resort! Pool area is really nice! And the apartments are very new and modern. The appliances are all updated and new (not like my current apt!) I am definitely hoping to move here as soon as I can. A nice plus was the leasing person Aaron- he was incredibly nice and courteous and knowledgeable. I wish more apt complexes were like this one. It has everything!

Overall, nice apartment complex, a decent variety of housing options. I lived there beginning in 2014. The staff was friendly, for the most part. The prices are higher - most likely because of its proximity to the beach and military base. I enjoyed my experience in Corpus Christi, and Baypoint was a large part of my happiness there.

Ive been living here since 10/2012 and now its close to February, no rats, no bugs, I leave my glass door open frequently, neighbors are quiet and i work nights and sleep at daytime. Its a little pricey but you get what you pay for and it is nice. NO COMPLAINTS. The management staff has been accommodating since day one. I drove from CA and needed a place to move into that day. They had one and got it polished up and got me right in. They have breakfast on Saturdays and a 24 hour gym, 2 pools, w/d hook up, garages, right on the bay (strong breeze) I do like it here. Not like the rest of TX.

My husband and I moved in February of 2013 and have found these apartments are awesome. Management is very professional and quick to fix anything problems you might have. The bay is beautiful with nice breeze. We werent intending on even looking at these apartments because of some of the reviews. Im glad we did. I dont believe some of the reviews Ive read about this complex. Not true. I would recommend these to anyone looking for an ocean view.

Update: Soon after I moved out, a new management was put in place and all the previous employees of the complex are no longer there. Relating to my point #7, I was sent an email by the new management informing me that I was being refunded almost 2/3 of the bill I paid because a basis for those charges could not be found.The fact that the new management took their time to review my account and refund me a fair amount speaks volumes to the integrity of the new management and since the apartments themselves were always really nice, I am increasing my rating based on the new management.While my apartment was nice, there were some issues with the complex as a whole that were barely bearable and some that were just disgusting.The staff at the complex is wonderful and I really didnt have any issues with the people there but heres why I give this complex only 2 stars1) No notification for package delivery from the front office. Yes most things have tracking but first tracking is often delayed and second not everything does have tracking. I did miss an important package once because of the office.2) Carpet was dirty and very worn when I first moved in. The bath tub and several other things were very dirty from the previous tenant and I was never able to fully clean them.3) For all the trash and pest control fees, I saw a cockroach on weekly basis. I regularly asked the pest control to spray my apartment but after a week or so, the cockroaches would return. This was disgusting. Ive never had such a regular issue with pest.4) Security concerns. My mailbox was broken into. The police officer who I talked to about the issue said the complex was leasing out the first month for free, which attracted shady people to rent for one month, stash houses at no cost to themselves. This brought even more shady people in the complex. There were full out brawls in the pool area and people who were clearly not residents who would regularly use the pools on their own. The gates were left open on more nights than they were closed. Even when they were closed, someone can easily walk by them in the massive gaps in the gates. Safety is just not strong point of the complex.5) Lots of amenities and fees that actually dont go anywhere. Pest control being one. The one site massage therapist who I dont think actually exists. Lots of fees in general that other complexes are either fully open about in their stated rent or when they do charge, you can at least see the service being completed - like pest control.6) Parking - that issue needs to be fixed. Its crazy that often times I would have to park on the other side of the complex from my apartment. There are multiple cars that have been parked in the same spot for literally months and havent been moved once but the complex doesnt do anything about them. Whether the issue is solved by assigned parking or some other method, I shouldnt so regularly have a hard time finding parking near my apartment. Ive never had this issue anywhere else that Ive lived.7) When I moved out, 2 months later I was sent a ridiculous bill for things like regular carpet cleaning which is something other complexes dont charge for, and considering my carpet was already dirty from when I moved in, Im not sure it the cleaning ever happened. I was charged $227 for something but even the lady from greystar management who I talked to about the charge could not explain what it was for except that thats just the way the accounting system worked - thats just a stupid reason. I ended up just paying the bill because I didnt want to deal with the hassle and stress and time of fighting the charge from another state but Texas is a very resident friendly state and had I fought the charge at regulatory agency level, Im sure I wouldve been able to get those charges reduced.Overall I would say the rent price does not match what you get living there. Yes on the outside they are nice apartments but after living there for over a year, there are too many smaller issues that added up made living here frustrating.

Gotta say that I dont know what experience Ari Ruiz is having. I have lived at Sendera BayPoint since 12/14 and I love it. Attached is a pictures of my view. There is nowhere else that I could live with the view I have for the amount I pay.I have always found maintenance and office staff to be available and responsive when I have put in requests. If it was something that couldnt be fixed immediately, they have worked through with me to resolve whatever issue I have had.The complex is quiet and secure. I often work out early in the morning or at night due to my schedule and have always felt secure. Residents for the most part are friendly.The grounds are beautiful, kept up and for the most part meticulous. Where I do agree with Mr. Ruiz is in regards to the dog poop. On that note, one cannot hold Sendera responsible for that. All that blame goes to irresponsible and inconsiderate pet parents who dont care about other residents in the complex. Where I disagree with Mr. Ruiz is that I do see the maintenance staff cleaning up after them...which we as residents have to pay for! I dont even have a dog, but have to pay for the time it takes to assign someone to pick up the dog poop because a resident with a dog felt it was beneath them.I have been a homeowner for well over 20 years and was very concerned about returning to a temporary leasing situation until we purchase our new home. My husband and I have been more than satisfied with living at Sendera.

Ive been a resident here at Sendera Baypoint Apartments since 2014. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Veronica, who is, sadly, no longer working there anymore...However, Sabrina is the most helpful now. I advise you to speak with her for all your concerns. I will point out the con, then the pros.CON:-NONE!! :DPROS: Anytime I needed something, they were prompt and accurate. They are very good at keeping me up to date. They are very tentative. The property is always clean, and beautiful. The pool stays maintained. Im a swimmer, so thats important to me. I hardly see pet waste on the grounds...the tenants really pick up after their pets. Thats a bonus. I dont have any problems with lost packages or mail. Their system of receiving your packages is very organized. It is pricey, but you are on the water. These apartments are beautiful, and come with a masseuse, volleyball court, and two pools. So, you get what you pay for. Parking is never a problem for me. No theft issues or loud people. I have NEVER seen a rat, and ROACHES EXIST people...but these apartments are not infested with them. You are by the water and trees...GET OVER THE ONE, TWO OR EVEN THREE YOU MAY SEE! JUST STOMP ON THE BASTARD AND GO ABOUT YOUR DAY!With that being said (Which was a lot)...Im rating them a 5 out of 5 due to the CON above. lol. I still live here...I still love it here...and would recommend them to others.

I stayed at Baypoint in the past 2003-5, and my experience was so awesome that I am considering moving back to the property when I relocate from Austin to CC.Yesterday I visited the property for a pre-scheduled tour, as soon as I walked into the leasing center, it was very obvious that the property has been remodeled quite a bit since I was a resident.I was greeted by Kylie Hauge, Kylie is the best !!Kylie was very polite, professional, efficient, and personable. After she preformed the intake process of confirming which unit would be available that fit my requirements, and she walked me through the online application submittal process, which was very intuitive and user-friendly, she patiently took me on a tour of a few representative units, explaining all of the important features and options that are available.Initially, I was interested in the Posada model, but as we were walking the property I noticed some units that had a wrap-around balcony, and Kylie informed me that that model was the Paloma, and we went back to the office and she checked her inventory to see if a Paloma would be available within my move-in date range and there was one !!!Kylie took me to a 3rd floor Paloma unit and I fell in love !!!Kylie and I returned to the office, and she updated my application from being directed to a Posada to the Paloma modelKylie, thank you so very much for making my apt hunting experience unexpectedly pleasant.I hope all goes well with my application processing and I am once again a Baypoint resident !!

This is one of my favorite complexes in Corpus. My best friend rented the huge 3 bedroom layout overlooking the water and I always wanted to live there! I no longer live in corpus, but if I ever do again I will 100% rent front Baypoint. Specifically the 3 bedroom layout. It feels like a house more than apartment.

I lived at Sendera Baypoint from September 1914 through March 1916. I had a newly remodeled apartment with a gorgeous view of the bay. I loved the apartment and the great location of the complex, which is close to shopping, restaurants, and is only a short drive to the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience as a resident, and found all the neighbors to be friendly and respectful of each other. The office leasing and management staff were always responsive to my needs and to any maintenance requests I submitted. When I recently found myself in a situation which required me to relocate to Austin, I reached out to the Sendera Baypoint manager, Stephen, and told him about my situation. When I asked Stephen for suggestions as to how we might be able to deal with the fact that my lease still had several months remaining, he assisted me with contacting another apartment complex in Austin which is owned by the same group that owns Sendera Baypoint. With Stephens assistance and through considerations offered by the Austin property and the owners, I was able to make the transition to the Austin property at a reasonable and affordable cost, which enabled me to afford all the other relocation expenses. This level of resident assistance is difficult to find in todays market, and I am very grateful for all the consideration provided to me by Sendera Baypoints management and by the owners. I highly recommend Sendera Baypoint as a great place to live in beautiful Corpus Chirsti!

I am revising my review of Baypoint Apartments. I originally posted a most unfavorable review just a couple of days ago. My dissatisfaction stemmed from poor communication and a very mismanaged initial move in. After reaching out to Greystar and the onsite apartments Assistant Manager, we were able to reach a most favorable resolution. Within 2 days of contacting Greystar, Tommie and Bianca had assisted in providing resolutions to the issues of our concern. Our complaints and concerns had been heard and a swift resolution followed. I would like to thank both Tommie Ann, with Greystar, and Bianca at Baypoint for your full and complete assistance in addressing all of our issues and concerns. The expedient resolution is an example of their endeavors to guarantee that tenant satisfaction is their priority. Had the incidents never occurred, a 5 star rating would be assigned. If I could rate Greystar I would rate Tommie greater than 5 star. In all fairness, Baypoint has some much needed improvements ahead, but they are at least making a great effort at making those improvements. We appreciate all that you have done to address our concerns and thank you for making things right.

Very helpful staff so far and I love the apartment. The overall vibe is pleasant. The view is one of the best around that Ive seen so far too.
