    I have been living here for about 8years (maybe) so I rated these apartments a 4 there pretty good but they just need to let us move in to the same apartments in a different area like a 3 bedroom.Sometimes we have 2 bedrooms but i really really need a 3 bedroom 💞💞

    Just moved in. Great value for the space. Apartment was very clean and ready for move-in. Itiera was an A++ leasing agent and extremely helpful throughout the process.

    The staff at Bardin Greene is awesome. The whole team works together to make it happen. I thought Id had mad a bad decision leasing here but they do go out of the way to do Tha applicant right while at the same time following the rules. The maintenance were working 8pm at night making sure me as a new resident we pleased. Thanks Bardin Greene

    I just recently moved out and my experience has always been a pretty good one. As with any apartment complex there’s the good and bad. People are speaking of the recent shooting but that is not the apartment complex fault it’s the resident who shot through the door. The gate got fixed and it’s been closed for a while now. I didn’t have pest problems and when I asked about my water heater it was fixed but I had to wait on the heater to come in. It was fixed and they were very apologetic about the wait. I’m thinking with the new property management in place things will get better because they were always warm and welcoming when I came in.

    Love this community, one of the better ones. Went on a tour with one of the leasing agents around the property to see a 1bed 1bath apt. and it was absolutely incredible! The property here is beautiful and the ladies in office are super helpful, bubbly and very informative. Definitely recommend checking this complex out if you’re moving to the area !!

    I have lived here for 4 years. There are always good and bad in any apartments community. Bardin Greene has definitely had its challenges but my experience has been mostly a good one. Ruth is definitely a highlight in the office. She has been here since I have been. She has always gone above and beyond to be helpful and informative. I have never had issues with bugs. The two negatives I have are the constant smell of weed, and the fact that I still cant pay my rent online due to the accounting dept of the new owners not being able to figure out how to update my ledger.

    I have been a resident of Bardin for a few years now and I have noticed a huge change in the staff. Ruth has managed to always be very friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond to help her residents. She is amazing! She knows how to deal with resident issues and is very professional!

    I would like to say my experience with Terran & Latoya was very great. Majority of the time I called they answered and helped me right away. The whole office was friendly to me and my son and I really appreciate them helping me find a new home. I have only been living here a couple of days but I do not have any complaints as of yet.

    I have been living here for over a year. When I made my application for the departments, Ruth kindly helped me with everything they asked me for. She is very kind and whenever I have needed something she solves it right away. She is very efficient in her work. Thank you Ruth for all you do for your residents.

    OMG!!! I’m currently in a search to find a place to call home for me and my kiddos. I have to give a big shout to the agent that helped me, I’tiera! She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the property. Most of all she was so kind to me and my kiddos. Just know that Bardin Greene is now on top of my list thanks to I’tiera!

    Moved in last August and couldn’t be happier! The area is calm and I have felt extremely safe. The front staff have been wonderful especially Ruth. She’s always a call or email away willing and ready to help! She’s been reliable, flexible, and extremely knowledgeable.

    I just wanted to leave a review because I called and inquired about a two bedroom apartment and a young lady answered by the name of Itiera. Even though she did not have what I was looking for she was very respectful, professional, and helpful.

    We’ve lived here for a year. Sandra and Ruth are very helpful. They always care and address any concerns that we have.The maintenance technicians are very good and friendly, and every time we requested a maintenance it solved in a timely manner.The price for the apartment is reasonable compared to the square footage. They have very spacious apartments.Cons: the only thing we didn’t like was the trash dumpster. They have a dumpster in the middle of the complex and people just throw the trash around the dumpster, people who make that to be blamed. I think it could be better if they move that dumpster out and have a trash valet.

    My family & I have lived here for 5 yrs + and we absolutely love it. From the management to maintenance everyone is great! We are just minutes away from highlands. We love taking evening walks over the new Center st. bridge to catch the sunset. Thank you Bardin Greene staff for making this a peaceful and beautiful place to live.

    I have lived here since Oct. 1,2020 & are really enjoying it.Everyone is so nice in the Office. Ruth & Sandra will readily help if you have a problem with your apartment, it is fixed in an appropriate timely manner!I know my neighbors & we look out for each other! They are nice, friendly & great!You will love it here! 😊💕

    I love Bardin Greene Apartments. Ive lived here for almost 2 years now, and plan on staying until I find a home. Leslie, Sandra, and Ruth are simply amazing in the front office, and the maintenance team is always out in a timely manner when there is an issue. The community is quiet, and clean. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to relocate to the Arlington area. Huge THANKS to all of the Bardin Greene Staff for making my stay here pleasant. 😁

    I lived here several months back and absolutely loved my apartment. The Assistant Manager Sandra and the Manager are both Pro Law Enforcement and amazing. They love to work with their residents.     Im am extremely happy living here! Its quiet,my neighbors are great,maintenance shows up on time, etc. I could go on and on about moving here. Ruth was extremely helpful in getting us in and was always able to get ahold of her. Shes very sweet and good at her job! Love this place and it was a great decision!

    Bardin Greene Apartments are reasonably priced and the customer service was impeccable! Ruth was always polite and ready to help! Not to mention, she was able to spend up the move in process by almost a week! Love it!

    Weve lived here for 2 years, and we love the environment and atmosphere of the place. The office staff are very kind and helpful. If there is an issue, they always try fix it. This is a great location with quick access to The Highlands, the highway and Walmart. They always seem to have apartment community events for the kids. It is a warm, family environment. The gate seems to always be working which is a problem for most apartments. The doggie doo bags are always refilled. The pool is a bit small, but it is always clean. Crown molding, faux wood floors and vaulted ceilings make for a very attractive interior. The exterior is always well-maintained. Having trash picked up MWF is quite helpful.
