Upon touring I was reading reviews but I just asked questions and they put me at ease. Kim and Loretta are amazing and made sure that I was taken care of. The apartments are beautiful and I met the maintenance they were nice and helpful too! It was nice meeting the team they really made me feel at home and I’m super excited to move in!

I have only been here for about a year. Everything has improved tremendously since the apartment manager Loretta took over the apartments. The office staff is alwayshelpful and kind. Everything is well kept and clean. Maintenance men are great as well. Our service requests are now handled quickly and efficiently. Great improvements!

The maintenance men are on top of the game, if something were to happen to our apartment they will be there to fix it immediately. I had the pleasure of meeting Boni and his friendly service and can do attitude exceeded our expectations and got our apartment back to normal. Update! I recommend future residence live here. Fantastic property. Fantastic staff in the office. Fantastic maintenance staff. Especially boni fix my A/C Asap! He doesn’t hesitate. He gets it done before the end of the day. Great gym to workout for your health. Can’t wait for the swimming pool this summer. Great area restaurants near by. Enough parking lot for visitors. Keep up the great work Azul staff.

Moved in 2 months ago, and have loved calling azul my new home. Ever since viewing azul the first time with my husband the staff in office has always been so helpful. The maintenance team keeps the property clean and my kids love using the basketball court.

Been here 2 months now and have had a wonderful living experience. Ms. Winters was our agent and sold us on the apartment and community. Elizabeth and Kevin have all been amazing as well. I appreciate that work orders get addressed promptly. From food trucks to events they host helps to call Azul home and the new renovations and community upgrades coming along are looking great. Let me just start off by saying I have loved this place from day 1 and it has just grown! The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The energy is so welcoming and warm. Gage was very helpful through the short process to get me situated. It’s a nice and commutable area that’s quite as well with a lot of outdoor space and community areas as well.

I have been a resident for almost 10 years and have seen my share of poor management . Finally they gave us a management team that we can actually step in the office and get a heart warming greet. What a a breathe of fresh air!!! Ive had nothing but good experiences with the whole staff. They are very professional and actually take action on your maintenance request. This is one of the best experiences Ive had at any complex. The property is kept clean and beautiful - the new blue paint looks amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Kelley is awesome, shes a straight shooter who runs a tight ship, but shes also very kind and accommodating. Maintenance stays on top of things from the moment of move-in to the moment of move-out. You can tell that they genuinely care about their residents. On top of all this, I really do believe Azul is a great value for the money. Its not overpriced as some of the other complexes in the medical area tend to be. Definitely, definitely check it out!!!

I have lived here for 5 months, and it has been one of the best 5 months of my life. The new manager has been nothing but nice, the maintenance supervisor Rick gets things done, if i call on a weekend it’ll be done first thing on Monday. The staff is super friendly and always on top of everything. Azul Apartments is definitely a place i would recommend living at.

Weve been living here for 3 years now, management before who was Kelly told us before we moved in our unit itwould be the remodeled ones... and it wasnt. They never repainted the unit, old appliances, etc. luckily with my OCD Ive kept the place clean but when new management came Elizabeth had them repaint what I wanted just trimmings and switch out the blinds, had someone come and clean our carpets, just fix little things here and there on top we just got a brand new AC unit a few weeks ago. Since living here for a while I would love for new management bc apparently now Elizabeth is gone.. and idk what happened to Kevin.. but for new management to step up in trying to add a new dumpster, (Ive never seen a complex have one dumpster area) which is why ours always gets full then looks so ghetto when theres trash on the side by the exit gate all weekend long.. new appliances to residents whove been here a while, (especially bc Ive seen on the Azul website new appliances on their model photos) maybe upgrade the gate code stand, and repainting in the whole unit bc apparently now they can schedule that for us and I have been told its a whole different color that is much better. Ive actually lived here before 6 years ago and everything looks somewhat the same. When I came back with my own little family my kids love it. Our neighbors are awesome, our kiddos all became so close. So it is a good neighborhood and complex just little things do need some changing.

Azul is a great place to live. The office staff is amazing. Kelley the manager always has her door open if needed. There are tons of resident events, give aways , and competitions! The maintenance staff is also great! They are so fast and I never have to call twice about my work order. I am really happy here and will be staying as long as possible.

I had a great experience living at the Azul apartments. From the leasing process, to the move-out process, the office management and agents were very helpful and caring. I appreciate the standard of living the office expects from its residents, and it could be seen in every aspect of my dealing with their expertise. Maintenance was always responsive, and handled every need that arose with professionalism and prompt execution. A great place for anyone I would say, and 10/10 would recommend. Again, so happy to have lived in a place that offers welcoming and professional care. As well as a reliable place to call home.

My family and I enjoy living @ Azul especially under the new management. Not that we have a lot of maintenance issues; however the few times they were needed the turn around time was either the same day or the following day of inputting a ticket. The leasing staff, especially the Assistant Manager Ms. Elizabeth, has been wonderful and always available when needed. The apartment complex is well kept and has a sparkling and clean pool that my family enjoys during those hot days as well as a Fitness center. And with security living on property and a phone call away helps me feel safe and secured. Let me also say the complex is in a primo spot which when you have a family is also important to know. You have both an elementary and middle within walking distance and youre a drive away form either HEB, Wal-Mart, Walgreens and a variety of restaurants. Please note that I didnt receive any compensation for this review yet wanted to provide because I moved to San Antonio for job purposes and the reviews is what help me determined where my family would live so I wanted to be able to provide that for someone else that maybe currently looking.

I give the Azul 5⭐️ And I have lived here almost two years. My experience has been fantastic without a doubt. The few times we have needed something Maitnence takes care of it. Everyone in the office is super kind and helpful and easy to work with. Kelly the apartment manager is always willing to listen when we have had any type of concern she has always done everything in her available power to fix the issue. It is a safe area I feel safe day and night. They put on awesome events for their residents which all of us families love and appreciate. It’s really nice how Kelly and her staff work hard to make our apartment complex into a little community that brings families together. I love my home and couldn’t ask for a better place while we are here. ❤️ Thank You Kelly and Ludy and the rest of your team for being so great.

Thank you to the amazing office staff. They are always so polite and attentive to our needs. Manager always comes out to greet everyone with a big smile and always full of energy. When we place our minor work orders the maintenance team takes care of them the same day and never complain always have a GREAT attitude. I LOVE living here and recommend this place to anyone.

So happy that I live here. I have never lived at a place where the office staff is so welcoming. Kelley and Ludy have been here since I moved in over 2 years ago, they have always been very sweet and helpful. Kelley plans these great events every month. There are contests to win money off your rent those are always fun. Joel has been here since I moved in also and he is very polite and respectful when he comes to fix things. Kristen is the new girl in the office and she is always friendly when I come in to pick up packages. I would recommend Azul to anyone. The staff here is always going above and beyond to make you feel welcome and my apartment is great.

Awesome staff, starting from the front office to the maintenance guys. Great apartments, awesome floor plans and layout of the facilities. Have been here since 2011 and have had no problems. Only thing I had trouble with was AC not blowing cold, maintenance took care of it within hours. Highly recommend living here.

I loved my apartment! Great floor plan. The staff did a great job, with different events, to get neighbors to know each other. I rented here because of the pool. It was great for my son and I have it so close. We even grill hot dogs! This is by far the best apartments I have lived.

We are extremely happy with our new home here at Azul. Kelly the manager was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The maintenance man has been just as helpful with anything we’ve needed and is very prompt. The property is very well kept and beautiful. The neighbors are great as well too. Very quiet and relaxing. We love our new home!

First and foremost I’d like to say Kashianna and Kevin are amazing, Kevin does an amazing job at keeping the property in amazing condition I honestly believe within time he will make azul bigger and better than a lot of other properties if not already and Kashianna does a wonderful job at not only keeping up good communication with everyone but also she does an amazing job at giving tours around the property she does not fail to show us everything this property has to offer, she is super friendly and respectful and a unique character the property definitely needed. Overall I will definitely be moving here soon and I will definitely tell others to come live here as well all thanks to Kashianna and Kevin. I have lived on this property over 5 uears and management has changed a few times. The latest Management has by far been the BEST. They have updated the property painted exteriors, upgraded pool and picnic areas. And for years none of the equipment in gym worked. They put in new equipment. The maintenance staff is awesome and responsive. Kelly has so many resident activities outside of the normal holiday events most apartments provide their residents. And yes we have parking and trash issues but some things are beyond managements control. But what they can fix they do. Apartments are homey and of good quality.

Ive lived here for 9 months now and seeing some of the reviews I dont see any of those issues happening, except the dogs not being cleaned up after from time to time, unless its just my building. Its pretty quiet here for the most part. People usually keep to themselves around here. The only issue Ive had so far is the AC unit. I love it cold but I usually kept it at a 70~ temp. The unit tends to freeze up every so often which can be such a drag in the Texas heat. Ive had to have a shower head replaced and a kitchen light. Other then that not too shabby.Edit: 2019 After living there for almost 2 years, it wasnt a bad experience. Owners did change however it still was a nice place to live. Work orders can tend to take a long time, but ultimately we did find something better. Its also close to a bunch of food places which was a bonus but the traffic can be bad on getting out.

Just want to say we have an amazing office staff, from the manager, assistant manager and leasing agent. The maintenance staff is great too. Anytime you need something the office staff handles it with pure professionalism.All work orders have been handled in a very timely manner. I love how they put together thing for the residence whether its a food truck, a movie night at the pool, chili off or the amazingly fun christmas party. They make you feel like you are part of a big family. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for all they do. Love the community. If youre looking for a great complex look no more.

5/5! No issues living here at Azul. Clean property with a great set up. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic the amenities were not utilized but the pool remained clean as well as the work out area. During the 2021 Winter Storm Azul acted promptly to get repairs and service issues fixed. I have had nothing but good experiences and giving up my 1 bedroom here at Azul was only because of my out of state move because of my job. Thank you to everyone at Azul, residents and employees for keeping this a nice quiet place that kept me feeling safe and secure.

I’ve never had such amazing customer service while living in an apartment! The staff really does everything to make you feel at home. I put a work order in for a clogged drained over the Christmas weekend and was expecting to have to wait until Monday to get it fixed, and They had it done within the hour! I was so grateful because I had family over for the holidays. Needless to say the staff makes things happen! Definitely recommend moving in.

I dont usually write reviews but I had to today! I am moving from out of town soon to San Antonio and decided to visit Azul Apartment Homes when I came across them on apartmentlist.com. I just have to rave about the leasing professional who helped me as well as the office in general. The leasing profession her name was Cailee and she was so friendly and outgoing she truly made me feel at home and welcomed. I also loved the feel of the office and staff. Although I still have some time until I move and have not made a concrete decision the Azul is at the top of my list.

Made our family move super easy and non stressful. We have been communicating over the phone for a week prior to our 20 hour drive to San Antonio and I must say they made me feel at home already. When we got here they welcomed our kids as if they where there kids. They made it a priority to have us in and out when it came to the paper work knowing we just made a long drive. Must say beautiful cozy units and live that they have events every couple of weeks definitely a family complex.

Kellie and Ludy have been great at making me feel welcome since day one of signing my lease. Maintenance issue, although never major, have always been addressed in a prompt and professional manner, I haven’t had any roach or bug problems , which means that 1.) Pest control is doing a darn good job and 2.) Neighbors are fairly clean as well. Also cops are constantly patrolling through the area so that’s a plus!

Kelley, Ludy, and Yvette are an exceptional team. I haven’t had any major issues since moving in months ago. Maintenance gets done in a timely manner, they answer all questions when asked over the phone, and they still try to involve residents with virtual events (like patio decoration contests) during this pandemic. Even their courtesy patrol takes care of things in a timely manner, if needed. From the bottom of my heart, I can’t wait to renew here for many more years to come!

Living in apartments things will never be perfect, somethings are out of their hands. Such as how other residents are and how they take care of their own areas. Anytime I do have a complaint the office gets to it right away. Anytime I have maintaince issues the nice maintenance man gets to ASAP. Every time I go into the office I am greated by the lovely leasing agent Kristen. If she isn’t able to help me Kelly or Ludy are always there to help. Since I have moved in they have upgraded somethings like the pool area, gym and etc. The upgraded amenities are beautiful. Several times a month they have a good truck come and other resident activities going on. Overall this is a great complex to live in.

We only lived there for a year and I must say it was the best place Ive rented. The staff was amazing the grounds was always clean. Management was especially helpful and so nice. They did so many different activities during the summer for the kids. Had parties for the kids and different contest to get money off the rent. Honestly the staff is extremely helpful and always willing to do the best they can. The complex itself is clean and never had an experience with bad neighbors. Security makes its rounds at night till the morning. Love It here due to the fact its quiet and the office staff is very welcoming and that overall makes it easier in general.

On 1/18/2020, I had a seizure while I was driving and trying to turn into the parking lot for Azul Apartments, where I too live. I didn’t successfully get to turn into the parking lot. Instead, my seizure caused me to go through the property line gates and landing on a neighbors patio. The patio gate and property damage were done. Yes, in case MaMoun was concerned for the drivers well-being, I am okay. All damage is repairable but my body was pretty drained. The management was so kind to me, despite the accident. Many times Kelly told me not to worry about it, don’t cry, Insurance would do their thing, to worry about me and my daughter. This is one of the safest complexes I have ever lived in. Any thing we’ve needed repaired, maintenance tended too promptly and timely. Thank you Kelly, Ludy and Iris.

I have been living here for 8 months now and I do like living here but there are a few things I think they need to address. Its very hard to sleep when people decide to move into their apartments at 1am-2am so all you hear is banging from them taking their stuff upstairs. They dont keep track of the reserved parking. There is this person that continues to park their vehicle(s) including their trailer and take up three reserved parking spots on a regular basis and its obvious theyre not suppose to be parking there because I see them park in regular spots when available. Its upsetting to the people who do pay for parking when others who dont pay are allowed to park. Other than this I have no other issues.

At first the complex management company was subpar at best and i could not get office staff to get things done either in my appartment or on the grounds (Reason for 4 stars instead of 5).With the change in management companies (2016?) and office staff I have found grounds are in better shape, my appartment is better maintained and office staff are more professional and willing to help when needed.My overall experiance/satisfaction is quite high due to your current staff (Kelley, Ludy) They are doing a great job.James Snell--3102

So I’ve lived here for about a decade now. I’ve seen this place sold and go under new management several times and by far this team is the best management team especially Kelly and Ludy! I’ve lived in bldg 10,8,2 and now bldg 3 and I even moved to Austin for a year and when I came back I immediately came back here because I knew how well managed the Apt’s were. Everyone complains about the dumpster and honestly it’s probably those people complaining that don’t know how to correctly operate our dumpster and why the trash piles up. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CLOSE THE DAMN DUMPSTER DOOR 3 times guys it’s not hard. Also for everyone complaining about parking they use to have strict parking here and everyone complained about it so I think that’s why they changed it. Back in the day everyone who didn’t have a pass had to park on that side street and go through the back gate and if you dared to park inside without a pass you best believe they towed you within minutes. I prefer my friends (who are female) to not have to walk on a dark side street and go through the back of my complex to come and visit me so I’m okay with the current parking situation it’s better than it used to be. For the money you pay for rent you get your moneys worth because they are always holding events for the residents and not lame ones they actually take time to plan these events and don’t just throw some candy in a bowl and say yay it’s a fiesta party. They have been working really hard on getting these Apts back to what they used to be when I first moved in almost 10 years ago with the upgrades to Apts, the little dog additions y’all added on to some Apts, and the new paint and pool furniture they really are making this property beautiful and back to its former glory. Greystar really ruined this community and when kelly and ludy got here they basically were give a sh*t show and a year later they are basically don’t completely renovating. Amazing ladies and of course I can’t say anything bad about our maintenance men! They are awesome too!For the person that said kelly won’t help you in a life crisis you ARE SO WRONG my mother used to live in bldg 2 before she passed away in November 2017. Her lease was up at the end of November and she never signed a new lease but she never but her notice in either so technically they should have made us pay for the next two months and pay any move out costs. Kelly didn’t charge me a penny she gave me extra time to remove my mother’s belongings and didn’t charge me any cleaning costs. Ludy and Kelly were there for me when I lost my mother and I’ll never forget it and I’ll never be able to express into words how grateful I am they made my mother’s life easy and how understanding they were. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
