Me and my fiance have lived here for almost a year and we have LOVED it. We have been so thankful to have India helping us with all our questions and concerns when we moved to a bigger unit. We were scheduled to move during the snow storms, which is stressful enough. She was so accommodating and made the situation less stressful. We highly recommend this complex to our friends and family. India, youre the best!! -

I’ve lived here at Avilla Springs in Melissa for a year already and don’t really have any rants or raves, which is a plus when living in an apartment complex. That being said, they have a new office lady named India, and she’s a game changer! That girl goes above and beyond and doesn’t stop until your needs have been met and then some more. She reminds me of when I used to work at Southwest Airlines and the hospitality their employees show on a daily. Avilla Springs definitely is winning with her on their team and makes my life way easier when things that need attention at home take place. I give 5 stars for India!!! -

So far I am loving living at Avilla Springs.The community has great landscaping and is very quiet and peaceful.India at the front office has also been especially helpful facilitating any request or concerns. -

This is an AMAZING community to live in. It starts with the leasing office. I had such a wonderful experience working with them. My leasing agent was Melissa and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. Every interaction while going through the leasing process was like talking to a great friend! She really took the time to personalize the experience for me and my son and was a wealth of knowledge about the school system and so much more. Katie and Megan were also awesome about getting everything approved and making sure everything was ready for move in day!The neighborhood is kept up very well. It’s quiet and the neighbors are really friendly. They have community events which gives you the opportunity to meet more people. The homes are really nice on the inside and outside and it’s great to have a backyard. Landscapers take care of the front and back of your home. The location is great and the area is really growing. Melissa High School is right across the street from the back of the community which is super convenient for us and will be great for Friday Night Lights!I highly recommend Avila Springs to anyone looking for an amazing home in a great community with a phenomenal staff! -

My favorite place I’ve ever lived. Definitely calling this place home for a long time. Maintenance is very responsive. Isai always comes and fixes anything we need and is so cheerful, he definitely needs a raise! -

We’ve been at the newly built Avilla Springs apartment homes community since early summer and wanted to share a huge shout out to our managing staff and maintenance crew. It was recently Maintenance Appreciation week- thanks to Carrie and Crew for each time you’ve responded in a timely manner regarding anything I needed as a new resident, which included fixing one of our backyard sprinklers and responding to an electrical issue. I love my home facing the green belt and how the trees tower over our backyard - it feels like a real home for our family and that brings me such joy. I LOVE our pool and jacuzzi and the community friends we have met so far, and we are connecting with so many Cardinals - Go Red, Black and White! Our move experience was made seamless by our leasing consultant, Melissa, who was so compassionate during my very hectic move process. Our Manager Meghan has responded to any concerns I’ve had and has hosted a very fun community pool brunch this month that was a blast. Looking forward to more community events and school starting soon with Friday Night Lights :) -

Avilla Springs’ office staff and maintenance team truly care about their residents. While moving, starting a new job, and juggling every day necessitates, the entire Avilla Springs team has been like family. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. With advice from the best places to eat, upcoming events, being HUGE supporters of Melissa ISD, and every time there has been ANY concern or issue they have handled it immediately and/or have had their ROCKSTAR maintenance team get it taken care of!!! They have the biggest heart for teachers and truly take care of them! If you’re looking for a place to call home, this is it! -

I have lived here for a year and absolutely LOVE it. The staff, Meghan and Katie and Parker I have had the pleasure of working with. They truly care for each resident and making sure they are getting what they need. Meghan and Katie have gone above and beyond for my family specifically to make sure we are taken care of! If there is anything they can do to help, they will! Highly recommend these villas! You get your own back yard and its a little house! The neighbors are awesome! You wont be disappointed. -

We have lived here since September last year & we have had a great experience! We wanted to make sure & leave a review tonight though because of Carie with maintenance 💪🏻 We had a pretty major issue with our AC tonight when we got home and she was here fixing it for us in no time. It meant a lot especially since we have 3 kiddos & the issue was causing it to be really warm. Thank you so much Carie 😊 -

Avilla Springs’ office staff and maintenance staff are AMAZING!!! After selling my home and moving into Avilla Springs, my first apartment I have ever lived in, plus the way they take care of their residents, they have made me never want to be a homeowner again!!! -

Avila Homes is truly a hidden gem in a growing and developing area, making it an even more exciting place to call home. My experience has been nothing short of amazing thanks to Ms. India Anderson. From the very beginning, she demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a genuine commitment to making the leasing process seamless.
