We love living at Avilla! Erin helped us with all the paperwork and stuff. My dogs love the dog areas and they are located right by a school so it’s great area to live in! Plus you’re right by Buccees! They are so helpful with maintenance and repairs. An we enjoy all there amenities! Go to Erin! She’s the Best!

Holy crap where to start. The backyard, absolutely a game changer for my Black Lab and my kiddo for his play set. The front staff: Erin, Jennifer, and Lisa. All went to bat for our family in ways that not just felt professional but they actually cared listening about the old place and how it was managed. I cant recommend Avilla Reserve enough. It feels like home. Its managed and ran with pride. The company actually cares how its perceived by its tenants. It just overall is a place our house hold is grateful to call our home.

I love living here the atmosphere is quiet and the dog parks are excellent! The staff is excellent especially Erin she is always there to help and very pleasant! She is very professional and just a wonderful addition to the team at Avilla Reserve!

Just moved into Avilla Reserve in Justin Tx. Really love they are “individual” apartment homes. Erin at the leasing office went above and beyond to ensure my move was smooth and painless! Kudos to her for helpful and friendly nature.

I just recently moved here and I am so incredibly pleased with the beauty of the area, the pleasant neighbors, the well kept landscape, and the cozy home feel this place offers! At night it is so quiet and peaceful and everything is well lit, I feel so safe here. What really has been such a blessing though is the top notch and attentive service that Daniel has provided me with. His professionalism, kindness, and knowledge has been much appreciated and valued. I had to navigate through some obstacles getting into my new home but Daniel made the transition smooth and so so worth it. It’s truly such a special place to live so please if you do decide to come, come with good vibes :)

My family and I lived here and it was an awesome experience! The community is very well kept and quiet. The inside of the units are beautiful. Everyone in the office is always so kind and professional! Bright is one of the maintenance staff guys and he’s the best. I recommend this community for your next home, you won’t regret it!

Overall I like living here. I just renewed my lease. The houses are nice and modern, and the two bedroom has excellent natural lighting in the living room and kitchen. I love working from my laptop in the kitchen for this reason. It really does rent like an apartment and live like a home. I had some issues with the management and maintenance when I first moved in a year ago, but I think they got new management in the last couple of months. Jasmine in the office is very nice and personable. The noise from the planes and highway is a little bit of an adjustment, but not so much that I dont want to live here. I do wish they had some community events I think that would be fun.

My fiance and I recently moved in and although we had a tiny bit of a rocky start due to changing locations towards the last minute, everything has been great. Bright is such a nice guy, very hardworking and quick to fix/repair anything that is needed. Andrea did everything she could to make things right for us as well. We are very happy here! Definitely a great place to start out :)

I’ve owned houses the last 35 years. First time we’ve rented and we are very picky. We wanted a more simple life and no maintenance. Avila has exceeded all of our expectations. Service is amazing and almost instant. Staff is amazing and the grounds are kept clean. Nicole, Andrea and James have gone above and beyond. You don’t typically get that from a management company as I’ve seen my kids struggle with large lease companies. Love it here. We looked everywhere and I know we made the right decision. Love that you get a yard and so many cool amenities.

Cannot highly recommend this property enough. Oh my goodness. After 10 years of living in apartments, the lives like a house, rents like an apartment format of this complex is heaven sent. Especially with how well everything is maintained and with how friendly the staff are.Haley helped us with every aspect of our tour, application process, and move-in and is seeiously a superstar. We were just coming out of a horrifically terrible apartment experience, and she was a huge breath of fresh air. The manager is equally wonderful. We had a missing package the other day, and she went above and beyond to drive us to a house with the same # as ours but different street name because the delivery drivers get it mixed up often.Again, weve lived in 10+ complexes over the last 10 years in dfw, and this is by far the best experience weve ever had. So thankful to call the Avilla Reserve home.❤️

We just moved in after selling our house and waiting to buy a new one. This was a GREAT decision. Its the first apartment Ive ever had that lives exactly like a home. No shared walls. No one above you. Four sides windows so its light and bright. Even a perfectly sized, maintenance free private fenced back yard. And the office team is very responsive and helpful. If you want to rent but dont want to live like youre renting, this is your place.

I’ve been living here since September and I love it here! I love the homes and the staff is great and really helpful. It is affordable considering the cost of rent in surrounding areas, plus you get a backyard (even if it is small). Has good amenities, parking is tough at night but it’s a small complex so it’s not a bad walk if you have to park a block away. It’s quiet, never have to worry about noise. Overall a great place to live!

Avilla reserve is an amazing concept! It is clean and well kept. Andrea made scheduling our move in so easy and worked with us while we worked to sell our house. We moved from a large single family home to enjoy this simple lifestyle with amenities that are taken care of for you. We would definitely recommend moving here!

The only reason why I give it a 4 star reaction is due to manger Nicloe and the other staff in the office and James and other maintenance staff the people are wonderful and great. But as for the residents there are more bad than good and it seams to be the younger crowd the pool area it always the same thing people getting drunk and kids running around I would love to enjoy the hot tub due to a major injury I had over a yr and half ago but when I can got there its always has some people or some that is getting drunk or rowdy or they have to close that area down because of someone being reresposable with either there drinking or trash or children. I do agree that the prices are high and not being able to use the amenities 90% of the time I have lived here thats really bad. I work alot of hours and early mornings to late afternoons so I know I have limits on times but still we are all adults ack like it. Management they do a great job on trying to handle all situations as fast as they can. Ive have signed a new lease once but Im not sure if I will sign a new one again. So if you have read this far yes Ill give a 5 star rating for the Management and Maintenance they are awsome but 3 star for the high rent it the times and market values I know im in the construction side of the housing well see if they bring it down now that the housing is crashing. As far as the residents I will not give a star rating.

Avilla would be an awesome place to live. The condos does not have connecting units, so privacy would be great. You have your own private backyard, with high wood fence, which would be perfect for a family pet. They dont have very many amenities, but the pool looks awesome, and it has a hot tub attached, and a grilling area. The rent is somewhat high, due to the location, and the square footage, my thoughts, but the condos are lovely...

Property is top of the line. The homes are very high quality and the private backyards are very nice and easy keeper with the artificial grass and rock. The staff are all helpful and friendly!
