Avilla Parkway is great and Angela is awesome! When we moved in last year we had some issues but everything was taken care of, especially after the changes in management. We absolutely loved living here and would definitely recommend it! Janisha was also very helpful. Maintenance was fantastic when we needed anything, they were always very fast and professional. The property is in a great location, it was also very clean and safe. Our dog loved the park and the trails too!

The property is so nice! I love the feeling of home it gives and the fact that the apartments look like an actual suburb community. My boyfriend and I’s application was just approved and we can’t wait to move in! Also Angela at the front office was incredible! She’s so helpful, friendly, and accommodating and we wouldn’t have gotten approved without her. She’s amazing!

I have lived at Avilla Parkway for 16 months and this is the first place I have lived that truly feels like home! This is not apartment living, this is home living! Where else can you rent like an apartment but literally live in a brick home with a small backyard? Avilla!!! The staff is wonderful and any maintenance requests are taken care of right away. Angela and Chaz go above and beyond! Thank you Angela and Chaz for making me feel heard and for making me feel more like a friend than just a renter!

Erica from the office in particular has helped me so much when it comes to this property. She is extremely knowledgeable and assessed me through the process of applying and moving in. If I could give 10000 stars I would. Nicole and Krystal were super fun to work with and went above and beyond for me and my fiancé as we are transitioning from a home to an apartment temporarily. They were extremely patient with us and most of all they were honest and transparent on everything and took the time to explain every little detail. They basically did all the work for us to where all we had to do was sign our paperwork and get our keys. Schedule one tour with these guys and you will see the difference!
