    Just moved in with my family and the process was so smooth. We are loving our new home. I do wish there was more open parking because there’s only about 3-4 spots and if they are taken you have to drive around to find one, so you kinda have to get covered parking to secure you a spot, but other than that, the move was smooth and we are getting cozy in our home.

    I’m into month 11 now at Avilla. The property itself is pretty. I love the pool area. The maintenance person who works here is very nice and does a great job. The villa layout is nice as well. The small back yard comes in handy too.I did have an issue but the new Property Manager has been very attentive to my issues and is working with me to find solutions so I can have a better experience living in Avilla. I’m thankful that they care about their tenants and listen to our concerns and are quick to find solutions. Thank you Avilla for caring about your residents. Especially in such difficult times.

    The moving process was so smooth. The manager ensured that I was able to move in on the day I requested even with such short notice. The community is quiet and always well maintained. My dog loves the dog park. I highly recommend moving here 🩷

    I moved into Avilla back in November of 2024. So, I’m fairly new here. I absolutely love my apartment and the property overall. Breklyn and Bren made my move in seamless and any issues that arose was immediately addressed. If maintenance needs to come out it’s done as soon as possible, and you’re not waiting for days on end. So, glad I made the decision to move here.

    Breklyn bagwell gave me a great experience on my tour and helping me find a nice home to move to the neighborhood it’s very quiet and peaceful I don’t know how to even ask for a better home. Service was good the maintenance is great they come in time , trash valet comes pick up my trash very lovely homes to move to try it out but to get the great experience I had ask for breklyn very nice woman that would get the job done correctly !!

    I am excited a true luxury community has moved into the area! I love that they are going to be homes instead of apartments! I can’t wait to move in! I’ll be commuting from Forney to Dallas for work. I can’t tell you how happy I am to get a home with an awesome backyard and privacy! I won’t have to tip toe around my home or worry about anyone upstairs deciding to try jazzercise at 2am! My pup is going to enjoy the yard! So totally worth the money!

    Ive lived here going on 4 months. This community by far is one of the if not the BEST maintained inside/outside that Ive ever seen. The staff go above & beyond, friendly, outstanding customer skills. Extremely pet friendly. Come by for a tour, let them know Sarge referred you; see ya around on the grounds or their covered BBQ areas..

    We took a tour on Tuesday of this week with Carly (please excuse me if I spelled it wrong) and she was great! We immediately loved the community and applied the same day! She made the application process seamless for us and was available to answer all my questions and help me navigate through it all. The units are very up to date, very clean and the whole community is extremely well kept! We are very excited to move in!! Would definitely recommend.

    Recently, I stopped by the community without an appointment and was fortunate to meet Ryan, the community manager. Despite my spontaneous visit, Ryan was incredibly helpful and took the time to provide me with information about availability and the various community amenities. He was not only polite but also very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. Thanks to his excellent service, I am definitely planning to return for an official tour of the community. If youre considering this property or the area, I highly recommend reaching out to Ryan for assistance. He made a great first impression!

    Absolutely love this property - I do apartment locating so I see tons of properties and I personally live here because I cant say enough goods things about Avilla Oakridge!! Management is great (shoutout Ryan!!), they are always quick to address any work orders, communication is great and the property is well kept! I have lived here for over a year and a half now and have no plans of leaving (-:

    This is great place to live! Scott the lead manager does an excellent job and is upfront about everything. I’ve been living here for just about a yr now (moved in 4/15/22) and it been great and very quiet. Maintenance crew is on top of everything with the everyday care of the property and if you ever need anything taken care of by them, they show up fast with a solution and fix whatever it is they’re there to do. The trash pic up at the front door is a plus. Also the place is conveniently located with a few shopping malls and restaurants within a 5min drive.

    Such an Awesome Staff! Ryan is on top of things at Avilla. This manager goes the extra mile... like staying late to arriving early. So excited to have Karley back on deck after giving birth to her beautiful daughter. We are even most grateful to have Ms.DeAnn as our new Leasing Consultant. Ms. D has a warm spirit and an Awesome Smile its a Joy to be greeted as such!Oh... lets not forget Don (lead maintenance) which is always working with a smile. Oops... one more team member... that would be Cedric who is willing to give help to All!. Thanks, Avilla Oakridge- Forney!!!

    Cutest little community. And Scott is so nice. Was having a technical issue when submitting the application and he stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour to figure out what the issue was!!!

    These units are essentially tiny homes with your own private backyard! They are beautifully designed and in a very quiet location. The manager, Scott, has been a pleasure to work with before, during, and after our tour of the property.
