We just moved in and we are so extremely satisfied with everything. The apartment was impeccably cleaned. The move in was easy. Kendall was our leasing agent and handled all of our questions and requests. Javier came out on Sunday to charge our ac. I have not met any other staff yet but these employees are the best and we cant wait to meet our neighbors and the rest of the team at Avilla Northside. Thank you so much for taking care of us so promptly and professionally. The Walters.

I came here looking for an apartment while my house was being built, Bri helped me and took her time to explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions I had. The community was very nice and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home!

I am very blessed right now to have a home for me and my family. Gustavo is amazing how he took the time to get us processed and approved. His personality and customer service is excellent. I strongly believe in great customer service and he makes a great fit for a leasing agent. I really did not think this could happen for me and my family. I got two great news the same day. I got hired at a new job after long process of disability and 4 surgeries in 2018.The second news that put icing on the cake was Gustavo calling me and telling us that I got approved today. With all the medical bills that I racked up last year this is truly truly a blessing! Thank you Gustavo and Avilla Management for assisting us.

Just moved in a little over 2 weeks ago. Me and my fiancé (and our 2 dogs) love it here so far. Move in was easy and management was accommodating with our move in date and told us everything we needed to know/get done prior to move in. Colin and Brittany have been helpful, friendly, and professional. The premises are maintained well, and they seem pretty strict on living/outdoor area conditions which is great (in my opinion) because everyone is held accountable for doing their part to keep the property nice. Also, its a quiet community which is nice (compared to some of the loud/college like communities we looked at before!). We hope to live here for a while.

Amazing staff. Dee has been amazing to work with. I look forward to living here soon. My husband and I have been in between staying at a apartment or buying a home and Avilla home is the right in between that we need. Having the comfort of having a home and still have maintenance available if anything needs to be replaced is great! These are beautiful homes for a good price!

We never knew that a neighborhood like Avilla Northside existed. You really need to see this community to believe what it has to offer. It is truly a jewel tucked away and you really need to see it for yourself. It’s an apartment that looks like a house. You don’t have to worry about another person’s wall or floor next to you or above you. These are detached apartment homes that make you feel that you are actually a homeowner with your own private space or lot having a porch and your own yard. Even more exciting, we were able to choose our apartment home that we liked for the exterior and interior. The homes are not all alike, which makes this a positive feature. We are so excited about the opportunity to live here. We thank God for allowing us to find a place that we had been praying for, because we wanted our own home. We feel so blessed and we have not stopped smiling yet, because we just LOVE this place. There are luxury amenities galore which impressed us.What’s more amazing is Gustavo who manages Avilla Northside property. We just fell in love with Gustavo who took the time to answer all of our questions. He made us feel so welcomed during our visit. What a GREAT personality that Gustavo has that makes you feel like you are special and valued. In addition, he is the kind of manager that you would want to manage your property. It shows that he loves his job and this community. His managerial skills and professionalism make him the kind of leadership needed to run a property like Avilla Northside. I love living here, even though I barely made a year, I love it. It is quite, my neighbors are friendly and they have a lovely trail to walk your dogs. The house is up-to-date on modern day living with stainless still appliances, high ceiling and front porch and a nice backyard.

With thoughtful follow-up that resolved a pressing issue, Thomas has a great personality and commitment to taking the work seriously, thoroughly impressed me.In so many things in life, when it rains, it pours. Heavy rains this past year meant that a leak formed from the room into my ceiling of my apartment, a concern because experiencing rain indoors is not the way the shelter of one’s apartment is to work. While this inconvenient fact did not seem to be a matter of much concern for the previous management companies that were charged with helping me.I am so grateful for the exemplary work that led to my satisfaction and renewed comfort in my home; as we begin 2021 after a challenging year by any metric.With warm wishes and much respect,Harry Tigue

I would like to thank our NEW management team, Addison, Brittany and Noe for making our move into our new home wonderful! From making sure everything was move in ready, to maintenance coming out to an after hours call. We have been so pleased with everyone at Avilla! Thank you so much for everything. If you are searching for a new place, I would definitely recommend Avilla Northside! 5 Stars here!!

The office staff, Addison and Brittany, have been great. They are responsive to issues we may have and there have been minor issues since this community is new and most new residents are living in new homes that have never been occupied. We have had a few issues and the maintenance director, Noe, has been here within an hour to see these issues are corrected. He is very conscientous and helpful.We love the valet trash pickup, the beautiful landscaping, optional garages or covered parking, and the dog run with the dog station to dispose of waste, and the security of living in a gated community but that comes with an *.There are a couple of unresolved issues I know the staff is working on. The guest codes at the gate do not work. Whether that is a mechanical or programming issue I am not sure but I am confident the staff is working to correct it.Another issue with the security gate is the amount of time it is left open and turned off. We are paying for the security here and it should be a high priority to keep it working and closed.These are defined as luxury homes but they did cut some corners during construction. I have never lived in a new home that did not have towel bars and towel rings at the vanities until we moved here. This is not a problem with the staff but it is a problem with the property owners. We were told if we want towel bars and towel rings we would have to purchase them ourself and they would install them for us. I might expect that in some cheesy lower rent property but certainly not in a luxury rental property.As I said earlier the property is beautifully landscaped but the back yards were poorly developed since they did nothing but dump gravel in each units back yard. When it rains the gravel washes. We had about 2 1/2 to 3 of water standing in our yard after the last rain which almost came into the house. We were told we could plant grass or put down artificial turf if we wanted to but again, these are luxury properties and it should not be the tennants responsibility to do landscaping or yardwork.The property has only 2 amenities and that is a pool and a small putting green. We found that unusual since most luxury properties have a small workout facility.All in all this has been a great place to live so far and the staff has been as professional and courteous as you could expect anywhere. The problem issues I have described are certainly things that should be corrected. Time will tell but I would still recommend this community. It is very clean and quiet with a good staff. It is left to property owners to turn this into a true luxury community. We are certainly paying the luxury rates.

Javier Rafael is the maintenance man at our location and he is more than an employee of Avilla. He treats everyone he comes in contact with as if they are family. His response time is impeccable and he considers each problem to the same level of importance that the leasee does. We have had to use the services of Javier several times and each time was better than the last. Thank you Javier.

I’ve lived at avilla now almost 13 months, Id say once Javier the maintenance man started working here just few months ago he completely turn this place around and it looks like $1 million Bucks he’s the hardest working man, always on time and things are done to perfection. Not only that he does everything with a smile on his face!!! Avilla / Avilla management owes this man a thank you and much more!

I want to give a big shout out to the management at Avilla Northside! They have been doing a much better job of communicating with the residents in the neighborhood than the last management company. In fact, last week, during the extreme cold and power outages, they were in touch with us every day. Thank you!!!

BEST COMPLEX EVER!!!!!!! It doesnt feel like you live in an apartment, its just like having your little own home, with wonderful neighbors around.. and even a putting green lol. Our boy also loves his backyard!
