I recently had the pleasure of touring at this exceptional property, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning surroundings and immaculate attention to detail. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant decor and modern amenities that make you feel right at home. The leasing staff is extremely knowledgeable and are eager to help!I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a top notch experience.

My husband and i love our unit!! Super quiet community and friendly staff. I will say 7 out of the 10 times i called, they did not answer the phones as it seems they only have one or two people in the office at a time but if you leave a message, they get back to you ASAP!!(They get busy!! Give them some slack) I am so happy i chose this property over another traditional apartment complex.

My family and I absolutely LOVE this property. We have been here only a week and have submitted three minor requests that have been completed in LESS than 24hrs. We have never lived on a property where the request was handled so quickly. The residents are so nice, friendly, and quiet. The property is clean and well kept. 5 stars for sure!!!!!!

Barb G, the leasing consultant, is friendly, knowledgable, professional and kind. Helped me through some issues with finesse and patience - the items were resolved quickly. Since Barb came earlier this year, the place has become much more organized and cared for! The apartments are wonderful homes, the complex is clean, services are responsive and there have been events to help build community.

My family and I have been here for almost 4 months. So glad we decided to move here. Place is nice, grounds are well kept, and we love the fact we have a little yard for our dogs! Brittany is amazing! She completely goes out of her way to make sure the whole process of moving was painless! She is very professional and always answers calls or emails promptly! She is the best!

I had to request from Michaela the property manager that I was not moving in to the new apartment, she was very helpful to accommodate my request even though I had already signed the lease agreement, she was very gracious.

Kendall and Brittany are the epitome of professional hands down provided five star world class service on my transaction! So glad to call this place my new home! 😆

I am looking to move in about a year and this location is ideal only because I might be working in Duncanville. I have two dogs, so a yard would be GREAT. While a one bedroom in this community is overpriced considering the location, IN GENERAL, is blah imo. But I digress. My frustration is due to unclear floor plans. There are graphics in the yard area. What IS THAT?! Who cares if a specific floor is not available? I’m looking to move in the far future and I’m planning way ahead. Please put clear floorplan pictures on your website. Different types representations of the same floor plans would be appreciated. I’ll try to remember to check out this property again in a few months to see if better pics of floor plans are posted even if the floorplan isn’t available at that given moment. Show a clear floorplan and simply put *none available. Thanks in advance!

I love living here. House living without all the responsibility. They are a little pricey but well worth it for a quiet neighborhood and wonderful neighbors. Oh and I love having a backyard that someone else cuts for me!

Colin is such a breath of fresh air. He is knowledgeable, funny and exhibits wonderful customer service skills. He goes above and beyond to make sure my rental process and move-in runs smoothly. In all my years of renting, I have never come across someone who works as diligent as him. I truly love this community, but Colin made me love the idea of this community even more.

I met with Gustavo today to see about rates and possibly see a floorplan. I got so much more than I was expecting. Gustavo is amazing! He is extremely humble and tentative. He answer 97% of my questions before I asked. I say 97% because I tend to ask about every possible part of everything and it was refreshing to see Gustavos patience and knowledge of the complex. Its such a plus to know Ill be the first to live in the home I applied for. I also had the pleasure of seeing and meeting a few others who were either interested or already staying there and it was nice to see Gustavos consistent welcoming mannerism with everyone. I am truly looking forward to making Avilla my home.

Nice little homes in a gated community and nice neighborhood that stationed nearby epic Waters and epic recreation which has a lot of sightseeing , most of the homes come with a washer and dryer and a small backyard and blinds
