After 15 lovely months, we shifted our of Avilla as we relocated to a different city!Just received the refund on our security deposit today.We loved everything about our stay at Avilla(especially the private backyard).I always found the staff very responsive to any tickets we raised. They were also kind enough to extend our stay period by 3 weeks before our shift out.I can surely say we all miss the place...

I had the pleasure of working with Janisha, the manager and Doris Sutton, the leasing agent at Avilla Grove. They were both Very helpful and went out of their way to give me all the information I needed. The maintenance on site also go out of their way to help as well. Could not ask for a better experience.

So far the new management has been amazing!! I am a new resident and have been having plumbings issues for about a month or so now. Every time there has been an issue they are always so so quick to get here and have done everything they can to resolve the problem. Just today, Basheer A. has come to the rescue and has stopped by my unit multiple times to help with the issue and I also spoke to an awesome lady on the phone who was able to provide multiple solutions to ensure I am comfortable and taken care of!! Basheer even brought my sweet puppy treats, and a tennis ball (her favorite)! Truly they have made a pretty sucky situation great and have been awesome!!

Avilla Grove is beautiful. I love my new home. Chaz made the entire process of seeing the home. He was very caring and patient through the entire application process and also very accommodating. I have received everything I need to make my home move in ready. Thank you Chaz!

We moved here a few months ago and love it. I saw some bad reviews but I can say we are extremely happy to call this place home. Maintenance is nice and will fix things in a timely manner. Getting in touch with the office can be tricky, but with new management I am thinking this will get better!

I have been living at Avilla Grove for a year now and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The community atmosphere here is warm and welcoming, making it feel like a true home from the moment I moved in. I met a lady named Laurie Cason in the office that I truly enjoyed talking with. She was very helpful and it is always a pleasant experience dealing with her. She is incredibly friendly and responsive.

Katrina and Shae were very patient and accommodating. They were waiting to get my approval and it was late in the evening but I wanted to move in that evening. They didnt receive my approval until 5pm. Even though they closed at 5:30pm they waited to assist with my move in. I love how clean the property grounds are. The cleanness says a lot about the management team. Its very quite and easy access to everything. Its truly like having your own home without the property tax. lol

Avilla has exceeded my expectations since moving in. The team members, including Shae, Nicole, Lavonne, and Carie from the maintenance team, have been outstanding in their service and attentiveness.The apartments (small homes really) are modern, spacious, and well-designed, providing a luxurious living experience. The serene environment, coupled with well-maintained grounds and a sparkling pool, creates a peaceful retreat that truly feels like home.

While I don’t rent from them, they went out of their day to save my dog and even went as far as giving her cold water, shade, and a lawn in one of their vacant homes to stay safely until we got to her. Forever grateful 🙏

My boyfriend and I toured these homes over the weekend and had an amazing experience. Katrinna was working the office and was extremely friendly, inviting and personal. Despite it being a very busy Saturday for her, she answered all of our questions and we did not feel rushed at all. During our tour, there were other residents at the pool, walking with their dogs and children and EVERYONE was very friendly. We felt very welcomed the minute we entered the community. We hope we can call this home very soon!!!!

I am beyond excited to be living in this community. I was a resident at the Avilla Parkway location and absolutely loved it. When I heard about this location opening and it being right off of Preston Road I knew I wanted to move here once my lease was up. I was also extremely happy to see that when I went to tour and inquire on this location I was greeted by the same familiar faces from the Parkway location! Nicole and Bri were very accommodating to me and and beyond helpful. This property is beautiful and I look forward to being part of this community!

I absolutely love it here, so nice and comfortable living. Katrina and staff were truly professional, kind, and attentive to my questions and needs. Although they we busy with showings Katrina and staff didnt miss a beat.Great Job !!!
