    Avenue 900 is a beautiful place to live. I really enjoyed living there, I really didnt want to move, but I had to in order to have a Two Bedroom Apt. Skylar The Assistant Leasing Manager is AWESOME AWESOME, AWESOME. He went above and beyond and did everything he could to try and get me into a two bedroom Apt. he is always trying to help Tenants in some type of way. He is very easy to deal with and treat people with respect. The Maintenance team is Great, they are always on their job, especially dealing with me, because I was known as the work order Queen lol. Overall the Staff there at Ave 900 is Great.

    I am writing this review after living here for 13 months and completing my lease. I had an incredible experience living in this apartment community! From day one, it felt like home, thanks to the amazing staff and the well-maintained property.First and foremost, Carly and Skylar are fantastic! They truly care about the residents, always greeting us with a smile and taking the time to listen whenever we had questions or concerns. Their warmth and professionalism made a world of difference in our stay.Maintenance was outstanding! In over a year, we only needed assistance twiceā€”once for an air filter change and another time for light bulbs. Both requests were handled promptly and efficiently, which speaks volumes about how well this community is managed.We had the privilege of living in the main building, right next to the leasing office, which gave us easy access to the gym, swimming pool, and mailroomā€”such a convenience! Despite being close to the office, our apartment was peaceful and quiet, with absolutely no disturbances.The unit itself was in pristine condition when we moved in, and we made sure to maintain it just as well so the next residents could enjoy the same high-quality living experience. It was spacious, filled with natural light from the large windows, and had a welcoming, cozy feel.One minor issue we noticed during our stay was that the entrance gates were often broken. However, I believe this was due to some residents not using them responsibly. To their credit, management always worked quickly to fix the issue, but it might be worth considering a more durable or upgraded gate system to prevent ongoing problems.Location-wise, this apartment is perfectly situatedā€”right by the freeway, close to the airport, with Kroger and Aldi just five minutes away. Plus, thereā€™s a fantastic Indian restaurant nearby that we absolutely loved!Unfortunately, we had to move due to the commute to work, but if it werenā€™t for that, we would have happily renewed our lease. If youā€™re looking for a well-managed, quiet, and convenient place to call home, I highly recommend this community!

    I recently had the pleasure of touring this wonderful community. Avenue 900 offers spacious floorplans and gorgeous amenities. Skylar was also very professional and able to answer any questions I had regarding the community and area. I would highly recommend leasing here!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Artesha while searching for a new home, and I couldnt be more impressed with her professionalism and dedication. From the very beginning, she was attentive, responsive, and genuinely interested in finding the perfect place for me. She took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget, ensuring that every property she showed me was a good fit.What stood out most was the staffs friendly and approachable demeanor. No question was too small, and they were always available to provide helpful information even when Artesha stepped away to help another prospect.If youre looking for a leasing agent who is not only professional and efficient but also truly cares about helping you find the right home, I highly recommend Artesha, actually the entire staff! They made a typically overwhelming process smooth and even enjoyable. Five stars!

    Staff are great. Apartments are nice and updated. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. My dogs love both the dog parks which are easily accessible from pretty much anywhere. They have plenty of room to run and even running water. Most people pick up after their pets but even still, someone comes by to do it each week regardless. FYI $400 non refundable deposit per pet plus pet rent was a little hard to swallow. Otherwise Itā€™s been pretty nice here.

    We are in our 3rd year of residing at Ave 900 and we love it! Carly stays on top of any issues and the maintenance team is unmatched! We left the complex for a few months (save for a house), but missed it so much, we came right back! Would highly recommend!

    I moved to Avenue 900 nearly a month ago and I have been very pleased with the unit, the facility, the fitness center, and staff. Skylar made the move-in process very easy. I checked out a few places before deciding on Avenue 900, and very pleased with my decision to move here. Close to the airport and shopping.

    I live on the third floor and simply love my space! It is comfortable and homely. I barely hear my neighbors to the right or left. Took my children to the pool and they met new friends. The neighbors with dogs have been friendly even the furry neighbors are nice. You dont see that everywhere trust me. The location to the main freeways are great. I would highly recommend.I like to let the staff know thank you for helping me make this decision to move here you guys are amazing!

    My experience moving into Avenue 900 was so smooth and easy, thanks to Valerie! Valerie has great customer service and will go above and beyond for her tenants. She treats you more like a friend than a leasing agent sitting behind a desk signing contracts. Iā€™m very much looking forward to seeing her in the office to ask a question, because I know she will help me with a smile and solve any problems for me.

    Just moved in and so far so great! Apartment is super nice and amenities are awesome as well! I want to give a shoutout to the front office they have been awesome and specifically Jasmine! My first time having to move somewhere on my own and She made sure I had everything I needed throughout the application process and answered all my questions or confusions I had almost immediately! Jasmine and all other staff members genuinely care and make the stressful moving process as easy as possible! Thank you guys!

    So itā€™s 4 years later and letā€™s just say I loved my experience back in 2018-2019 living here. I moved back into another unit November 2022 last year. I want to thank Carlie for being just an amazing property manager. Literally anytime I come into the office sheā€™s so pleasant and helpful! It truly helps has made living here amazing! I highly recommend anyone looking to live in a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly kind souls as your leasing agents this is your new home!Avenue 900 was definitely a great place to live! From the moment I signed my lease I felt at home. I truly enjoyed living here itā€™s a clean and safe property, amazing neighborhood and quiet peaceful living! The staff were always kind and helpful if it were not for relocating for work I would have stayed another year! Again go see the girls that run this seamless property you wonā€™t regret it!     Very friendly and quick to respond to any problems or maintenance needs. The amenities are really nice and I especially enjoy the large fitness area and coffee in the office. They even have dog trats for my dog .

    This is a wonderful place to live! The apartment is exactly what we wanted and the office staff is so friendly and helpful. The dog parks are fantastic for our Daisy. We love living here and were enjoying every minute of it.Whats awesome is that they are constantly improving our apartment and always make you feel welcomed in the community. About 3-4 times a month they hold special events in the community room at the office for the residents.Thank you Avenue 900 for making our first home an amazing experience!- Christina

    I recently moved here in November thanks to Rachel and the awesome leasing office staff. Rachel went above and beyond with making me confident in the decision to lease here. Rates are very reasonable. The community is clean, quiet, and in a great location. The design of the apartments to the impeccable high ceilings are to die for. I plan on staying here for awhile. The only downfall is the limited resident parking. Everything else is awesome!

    This was the best experience Iā€™ve had when finding a new apartment. I had such a terrible experience previously where I lived so this was a fresh breath of air. Valerie is freaking awesome. She made the entire process smooth and effortless. If it wasnā€™t for her I probably wouldā€™ve moved somewhere else but she was so kind and truthful and knew what I was looking for. She insisted I reach out for any questions or concerns I had. I literally called her 6-8 times within a 15 minute period because I kept having questions through the application process and she had no signs of losing patience.     I have been a resident at Avenue 900. Iā€™d have to say the community is absolutely beautiful. Resort style living. The apartments are as pictured .The swinging pool area is gorgeous.Office staff are attentive and professional.Maintenance staff are punctual and professional as well .Please review and consider extra fees as all complexes will have for trash , garage or covered parking , water and sewer .There are two large designated dog parks for dog owners . Residents are friendly . Beautiful community center and business center .Package delivery system with Luxor system to receive packages .Gated community, great location.Supportive office staff and excellent maintenance staff.

    I have been living here at Avenue 900 for quite some time now, and have been through multiple management changes. I must say that the most recent management team is awesome. Carly, the manager is exceptional, she is a great listener and has always addressed any concerns that my wife and I have had. She is truly an asset to the company. Brandi also has been great and we do miss her, as I havent seen her in a while. However, Rachel is such a wonderful addition as well and is always willing to help. My wife and I have toured many apartments throughout the years and none have came close to Avenue 900s great community and staff. They are the best you will find in this area. These ladies have made living here absolutely enjoyable and, for that I give Avenue 900 a 5 star.

    My boyfriend and I just left from touring the apartments and we left very satisfied. The assistant community manger Jasmine did an amazing job showing us around and helping to find a floor plan.     If I was going off my very first impression; Id give a 0 star review!!!The leasing agent Valarie was EXTREMELY rude!!! I saw her come into the room and I said hi; she didnt speak or even acknowledge me standing there. Wouldnt even look my way!!Jasmine the assistant manager spoke and gave me the leasing information. She was extremely helpful and apologized for the other agents behavior.Im a flight attendant and this property was #1 on my list; but if the other staff is anything like Valarie was, I wont lease a home here! I deal with difficult people every day at work, I refuse to come home and deal with them too!

    Great apartment complex so far! The management/leasing team is very accommodating and very friendly. The apartments are well kept and maintenance are fast and gets the job done. The pool and other amenities are superb. Easy access to all the major highways in the area which is a plus. However I do have issue with the parking situation here at Avenue 900. Definitely not enough spots within the complex. If you come home late (after 7 or 8pm), youll most likely resort to street parking outside of the community which can be a pain. And hey management! Time to clean the hallways! But everything else have been superb!

    This apartment complex is gorgeous! It has great amenities (especially the resort style pool) and location is so close to airport, which is perfect if you travel as often as I do. Lastly, management is top notch in maintaining it a luxury apartment living.

    Great apartments, great security, great people. Never had a problem with folks here. Everyone is always nice, walking the dog, or going out with kids. Super safe area!Staff: Emily is the bomb! Always on top of it, and always with amazing customer service. She needs to be promoted for her awesomeness. No joke!

    This is overall a great place to live. The apartments are nice and modern but it does come at quite the cost. The rent here is very expensive, although I have seen worse. The management is NICE and it does feel like they try but they are often a bit frustrating when it comes to getting things done. I discovered a giant wasp nest outside my bedroom window and it took management about 5 weeks to get rid of it. The propane grills are often out of gas, but thatā€™s not a big deal. The annoying thing is parking. Thereā€™s definitely not enough parking to accommodate all the residents so it gets completely full. If you come home from work after 8pm youā€™re definitely gonna have to walk across the community to your apartment from whatever spot youā€™re lucky to find. We have had issues about the trash being picked up but they have improved a lot on that. We have had some issues with bugs (especially wasps in the summer) but it hasnā€™t really been a problem. No roaches at least so thatā€™s good. Overall good place to live but I donā€™t know if I will renew.Also special shoutout to Emily in the leasing office. She is absolutely excellent and really does a great job at pretty much anything and she makes us feel like important/valued resident

    Excellent! First time visiting this property and I must brag about the amazing hospitality I received from CARLEY, she was amazing. Greeted with a friendly smile and seated immediately. I understand that I am looking to move-in at a later date; I want to move in sooner. Her personality alone was inviting and respectful. As we toured multiple units I was impressed with her knowledge of the community (not scripted ) actual knowledge! Added bonus she cares for the upkeep no trash left around. She takes pride in being on the property (hear it in her voice). Overall I am very impressed and thankful for her customer service. I recommend this community fullheartedly. The management company Alliance did a great service bringing her on. Ask for Carley and Thank me later.P.S. The day I visit was her birthday so, that shows dedication in my book! Happy BIRTHDAY Carley!

    Ive been living for a month now and so far, this has been the best place Ive ever lived. Both Naomi and Khrystal were a delight and made the move in process smooth.The complex is beautiful and quiet. Besides the regular usage of the dog park, an entertaining view, there isnt too much activity outside of the expected. Add that to the amenities and a beautiful sky view and you have yourselves a winner for sure!

    My experience with Avenue 900 has been nothing but positive over the last 4 years! The staff including manager and assistant manager Carley and Khrystal are very professional, courteous and attentive to their residents. The company was also very understanding during the height of Covid, which I greatly appreciate. I would be remiss if I didnt mention how well the gym and pool areas are maintained. I literally see the gym every day and appreciate its maintenance and cleanliness, especially during Covid!I would highly recommend this property if youre looking for a great place to call home! Its also conveniently located whether you work in Dallas or Ft. Worth or anywhere in between.

    Avenue 900 is some of the best apartments in the area. The property is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. The current management team, Crystal, Brandi and Rachel do an outstanding job and were a pleasure to deal with. Also, Mark and the maintenance team are fantastic and work hard daily to keep apartments working and the property clean. The only cons I can think after living there over four years are some of the residents donā€™t take care of their living area and the property. Which is not the Avenue 900 teams fault. Thanks Avenue 900 for all your hard work!

    I have lived here for 6months and so far I love it. I love my home and everything about it. I live the remote system they have here, where everything you need to do is online (work orders, rent, etc) and the work is completed asap. The only maintenance I had to request for was the garage disposal one day it stopped and that has been it so far. The community is amazing and they do a splendid job keeping the environment clean. I must say I love the valley trash service and the occassional community events.Keep up the great work Avenue 900.

    What a great apartment the new management has really stepped it up. there is parking enforcement and they are talking about putting in more dogie stations, still need to spend more time cleaning the hallways and enforcing cleaning up after your pet. over all a good experience.

    After looking at approximately 10 apartments in the area the staff at Avenue 900 were the most professional staff I encountered. Emily was patient through the whole process and answered all the questioned that I had. The grounds around the complex were very well maintained. The amenities offered at Avenue 900 are the best in the area, with a large and clean gym. This will be my first time renting an apartment and I have no doubt my experience with Avenue 900 will be great!

    We absolutely loved living at Avenue 900 for 2 years. We lived in a couple different floor plans because we couldnā€™t make up our mind, they have plenty of floor plans to choose from. Management was excellent they changed once during our stay but quality of service did not go down. Any issues we had were handled quickly. Only negative was parking rules for guests changed and it was a little difficult to have people over. The community is lovely but a little high priced for the location. We only moved because we relocated. Overall I would recommend.

    The apartment was very clean and new.I didnt have a single issue with the apartment or the appliances. The management Carley and Valarie were more than awesome.Theyre very friendly and make you feel home. I would definitely recommend it.

    I really loved living at Avenue 900 for the most part - it was a great location in a new up and coming area. The apartment and complex had amazing facilities and I loved living in a nearly new apartment (I think one person had lived here previously). Things we sometimes take for granted like HVAC and water heater were all in perfect working order, and the apartment extras, like the farmhouse sink, kitchen lights, light granite, and washer/ dryer included were amazing! My only issues were the gates in and out of the apartment were broken for 70% of the time I lived here and the move in/ out process had issues. I was told that if I paid for the paint I could have the walls painted any color I wanted. This was approved as apart of my move-in process. When I went to move out, I was told this was an issue. Even though the apartment complex painted walls in the apartment (same person who painted and documented on an Avenue 900 work order said he had no idea what I was talking about and was lying because it was against policy) for me, when I was trying to move out I was told I was now responsible for paying to have the walls repainted. I had to provide ample evidence that Avenue 900 painted my walls and was aware of this modification to my apartment before receiving my full deposit back. Luckily I was aware this could be a problem so I kept ample evidence, such as emails and voicemails, but Ive seen other reviews with the same issue. I can only speak for my building but things were generally quiet - I either had really quiet neighbors, no neighbors at all, or the apartments were that soundproof. I had heard issues of noise, break-ins, and roaches but cant attest to them in the building I was in. The dog park areas was amazing - there was a small and large dog park and thankfully very well maintained by apartment and staff. There were also very well kept walking paths with doggy stops along the way in the neighborhood. I would recommend these apartments - I only moved as the amount my rent increased was similar to living in downtown Dallas where I work. I know the new American Airlines HQ is coming in so its to be expected, but it made more sense to live next door to work and pay less. These generally are great apartments (I moved out a year ago so I feel like my review isnt biased on my move in/ move out experience nor do I have any grudges against the place), and definitely would recommend to those living in the DFW area.I really felt safe as a single woman with a small dog, walking around the complex and neighborhood, and truly loved my apartment.

    Couldnt be happier with our decision to move into these apartments.The whole place is very modern and everyone that we have interacted with in the office has been super helpful throughout the process of moving in. They provided great incentives to accommodate us moving in and we are excited to call this place home. To be honest, we looked at this apartment last year and went somewhere else instead which was a big mistake! Dont make the same mistake we did by missing an excellent opportunity with this complex.

    After moving into an apartment that was roach infested my boyfriend and I became very nervous to search for any other apartment. We came to ave 900 and loved what we saw. We got to see the exact apartment that we would be moving into and got to look for the roommates that we didnā€™t want before even applying for the apartment.. Great news! None in sight. The staff was wonderful. My boyfriend met with Jeff originally and then when I came in town we met Jordan who understood our concerns completely and did not judge when we were searching the apartment like crazy. Weā€™re very excited to start our new journey with Ave 900!

    I spent 1 week looking and touring apartments in Euless before going to Avenue 900. I can only say that they blew most of the competition away in terms of quality, security and even value when you consider the perks of living in a gated community with a great gym, pool and overall feel of the complex. Emily was really friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. The complex seemed clean and well taken care of. I am very excited to move in!

    Loved living here. Sad I had to leave. Very quiet for a community so close to the airport. Well built apartments. Deducting one star because hallways and stairs in most buildings got pretty filthy. Emily in the front office is incredibly friendly and helpful. While the other two are helpful, they didnt come across quite as friendly. Would only deduct half a star for these but that doesnt seem to be an option.

    This is honestly one of the best apartments Iā€™ve dealt with in my life. Although we are paying more for a smaller apartment than what I have now, all I can say is that Emily and Colton have made it an awesome experience so far (and we havenā€™t even moved in yet, thatā€™s later this week). Theyā€™ve gone above and beyond to accommodate my extremely busy schedule when it comes to moving in and I canā€™t wait to live here. Kudos to the awesome staff at Avenue900

    I moved here from Uptown about 6 months ago and just LOVE IT!!!!! The community is new and beautiful (similar to where I was in Uptown but half the cost), gym is massive, pool is stunning, and the location is great with an awesome friendly staff!!!!!     We were among the first residents of Avenue 900. The first few weeks after we moved in, there were only few cars parked outside and it felt a bit scary but soon it became an up and running community. Avenue 900, like any other place, has its own pros and cons. I will try to be fair and explain pros and cons:Pros:1- It is just build recently and everything is new. So other than a small thing we didnt have any maintenance issues.2- The pool area is very nice and people are mindful.3- Community center is a nice place with free Starbucks coffee and a good quality printer.4- The complex is gated and gates are closed most of the time. It feels safe inside even after midnight. You dont see many strangers around.5- Trash service is really good. They pick up trash 5 days a week on time and they give you trash bag after pick up. A paid service but they do it very well.6- Washer and dryer are included.7- They always send the account statement on time and there are not so much surprises on the charges.8- They take care of the big mail packages; they send email asking for pick up. Also for those USPS deliveries that need signature, they sign it and later on, get your signature before pick it up.9- Not sure they still do that or not but they had a very nice welcome package the first day we moved in.10- Its location is rather good in terms of traffic; it is close to 183 and 360 highways.11- We had a very good feeling about the residents. We didnt have any bad experience with other residents.12- They have a good online payment system and paying rent with checking/saving account is free.13- There is no extra charges for the gate keys. It was nice to see that they dont come up with surprise charges at the time of signing the lease contract.14- The complex is in the coverage area of both Time warner and ATT for internet services.15- They have some community events such as Potluck and they email reminders about the events.16- AC/Heat boiler and washer and dryer are all new and energy friendly and you do not need to expect a bad elec. bill.17- The gym is really good.Cons:1- The layouts are modern but many of them, dont have a separate kitchen and dining room areas. Everything is merged which might not seem like a big issue at first but to us it was.2- The neighborhood is not fully built yet. If you like to walk/run around in the street, many parts dont have sidewalks yet. Also,you cant find many good shopping plazas close by.3- venue 900 is at the SW of DFW airport, close to one of the take off routes. You could hear takeoff noise of a big aircraft clearly inside the apartment but the good news is that it doesnt happen that much.4- They have a very good dog park but it kind of motivates people to let their dogs walk around unleashed from park to their apartment. Sometimes the dogs are really aggressive.5- Sometime the office staff and manager do not confirm each others; it happened to us two times and the last one about the move out time was close to become a situation. The worst part was that the manager did not take responsibility for his staffs promise but eventually they handled it friendly and professionally.6- They dont have enough parking lots for residents and their guests. We had two cars and sometimes it was too hard to find a spot after 8-9 pm. Also, many of them are covered which makes it harder to find one.7- Its hard to find a flower in Avenue 900! (Might be too much expectation)8- Avenue 900 does not appear correctly in Ubers maps. It confuses Uber drivers most of the time and sends them to the back street. It might be fixed by now :)9- Dont expect a spectacular view out of your windows.10- Although they have a very nice coffee machine, there is always something missing; cups, sugar or cream. It was hard to find all of them at the same time.11- You cannot count on community center for study or work. The TV is always on making a lot of noise and they dont have free wifi there. You will need to connect to your own internet which also has some complications.

    Avenue 900 has to be one of the best places to live in the H-E-B area. The entire front office (Brandi, Carley, Morgan and Rachel) and the amenities are fantastic. They are up front with the fees that are on top of rent, but a majority of these go towarda the upkeep of the community and the City of Euless. A lot of complaints I hear around the complex have to do with parking, but youā€™re going to have trouble parking at any apartment complex if you get home late at night! I cannot wait to extend my lease!

    When you pay a certain price for things, you expect a certain quality to come along with that price tag. While this community is visually beautiful and has wonderful amenities, under the surface there are a lot of issues. My requests are handled, but I am annoyed that I even have to have the requests that I do have. The office staff has finally stayed the same for a while and I do feel like they are trying.

    Wife and I toured the place with Jordan and had a great experience. Looking at a 1 bedroom 775sq ft. $1200. Price jumped to $1210 a few days later, but Jordan honored the original $1200 price. Apartment weā€™re in looks great: double sinks in bathroom, 2 closests, good size bedroom, built-in table inside kitchen and 2 dog parks right outside.
