I moved in in January 2024 and it was the best decision I ever made. The villas are so nice and modern and convenient. All of the amenities are taken care of. I don’t have to worry about maintenance anymore and I love that. All the staff are wonderful. They’re very accommodating and they work with you to make sure if there’s a problem that is taken care of right away. Can’t wait for the amenity center to be completed! We have been treated so well since moving to Avenida … I highly recommended it !

I moved into a Villa the end of January. Such a nice transition from home ownership! I am meeting new people and enjoying the many fun functions Avenida hosts. I am looking forward to many more when the amenity center, gardens, dog park, pickle ball court (although that one might not be for me) and pool are open this summer. Everyone in management is friendly and welcoming. I love it!

It was a long journey to find this perfect place to live in that I needed. Everyone’s services are so professional, kind & pleasant. Charlie is being so helpful to make residents safe & pleasant. He is a hard worker all day long. Construction designs are amazing. Floor plan, all the features are so conveniently build & roomy. Well done.Getting to know the residents with an ongoing activities were fun, friendly & pleasant like ‘Cheers’Security with gate, quiet & peaceful.Just right place 55+Villa is a beautiful packages to live in…

We absolutely love Avenida and their vision for an active community. We were one of the first to move into a villa and the staff has been prompt and attentive to our suggestions and concerns. Bob May and Karen Peel (Avenida Partners) have made us feel that we matter and truly want their residents to live happily “55alive”!

I can’t wait to move into my brand new apartment! I first visited this fall and all the ladies, Susan, Karen, and Tennille were so helpful. Since then, Avenida has held fun events so the depositors can meet and get to know each other.What I appreciate the most is the caring and kindness that has been shown by management. They really CARE about seniors and have gone to great lengths to ensure our move ins will be as stress free as possible!! Ladies keep up the good work!

Are you looking for a new home? I was several months ago. I am thankful I visited Avenida. The staff is so warm, caring and welcoming. I could tell Susan, Tennille and Karen love what they do and really care about meeting my needs. I can’t wait to move into my new apartment. It already feels like home because I have met so many other people who have already moved into the beautiful villas and others who will be moving into the apartments. Come see for yourself!

The staff is very positive, friendly and enthusiastic. Any questions or issues, they are extremely responsive. The villas are roomy, comfortable and beautiful. Gatherings are planned in order to bring existing and future residents together so we can get to know each other until the building is completed..It is a quiet, peaceful and safe environment. We are absolutely thankful we made the decision to move here.

Avenida Carrollton is a luxurious active adult community close to shopping and restaurants. Thanks to Karen, Susan and Tennille for always providing outstanding customer service. Avenida has hosted many fun events so we can meet and get know each other. If you’re looking for a new home, come visit this Avenida community for fun, friends and to be part of the family.

Fabulous community! Apartments, Villas w/attached garages, efficient floor plans, gated, quiet surroundings, and so much more. Tennille and Susan will help you find just the right unit. It took us 6 years to find to find a complex like this one.

I love Avenida Carrollton! The construction looks top quality and all the features are very appealing. The staff is THE BEST--Susan, Tenille, and Karen. They have been so customer-friendly and have answered all my questions in a timely manner. I cannot wait to move in!

Was trying to move in but opening schedule and my lease end didnt coincide. Planning to move there in the future very professional staff. They go the extra mile.Very lovely ladies too!
