    My family and I are apartment hunting since my office is moving to Leander later this year. Beth was very accommodating and answered all our questions, and Beth definitely put Aven Ridge at the top of our list for our move this Winter.1/11/25 Update: We did move in and their maintenance and staff are amazing, have had water heater issues where the internal.breaker trips. They replaced it and solved the issue very quickly.I did drop a star (to no fault of the complex) because Ive noticed a lot of the neighbors are very trashy, throwing food over their balconies, and just throwing trash around the dumpster without caring if they make it or not. Overall still a quiet place to live with a bunch of amenities close by and easy access to the Toll.

    These apartments are beautiful. They have luxury interiors, washer & dryers in every home, detached garages & more. The amenities include an indoor and outdoor game room, state of the art fitness center and an amazing pool area.Not to mention the convenience of Leanders new downtown district Nothline , metro rail and numerous eateries and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes.The leasing, management and maintenance are top notch. You cant go wrong making Aven Ridge your home.

    I wouldnt call this place Luxury living. There is a gym, a pool & a dog park. The people around here have dogs & fail to pick up after themselves, so watch where youre stepping. The Bryson neighborhood is also on to those who walk their dogs from Aven Ridge & complain constantly because again, these residents are not good dog owners. The parking situation is HORRIBLE. We were the first to move into our apartment after it was built & we got hit with so many annoying things to keep up with as time went on. The fridge made a horrible raddling noise like it was trying hard to cool down, sometimes shaking the floors. The dishwasher was always backed up & never worked properly. There were so many dings in the walls & wood chipped on the doors around the place after the construction workers were done. Our windows never fully shut. The spout from the ceiling oozed yellow water all the time. When moving out, we cleaned the apartment from the top to the bottom. Everything was spotless! We were told they would come in, deep clean & that the carpets would not be brought up & replaced, we would NOT be charged with the basic cleaning. In the end we got hit with ridiculous charges. One lady in the front office told us we did an amazing job if we were only charged for the cleaning of the carpets & painting of the walls. She even admitted that those who worked there and recently moved out ALSO got hit with outrageous charges & didnt see her deposit back. To us it sounded like they needed to redo what the builders messed up & those moving out are going to cover that cost. When asked to see pictures or proof that we had stains, the assistant manager showed my husband pictures and agreed that we should not of been charged so much. The walls were clean and the carpet showed basic wear and tear. I also showed my pictures & said it was the basic wear & tear of living there for 2 1/2 years. The cheap carpet is not my problem. All of the cleanings should have been basic things the APARTMENT should take care of for their next tenant. If youre thinking Well I am super clean &this isnt going to happen to me I thought the same. I am not the only one who has been hit with this scam Greystar is running. Ive recently talked to others who have moved out and they all have the same story as me. Ive also warned some who are still living there to just be mindful. EDIT: The manager Jenna did work with us to change the damage charges that we did not agree on. We do appreciate her help.

    Have been a resident here for a year and a half and just signed up for another year. Special thanks to Sabella and Beth in the front office, been through a bunch the last few years and the offices help has been more than kind and helpful with all thats went on. Have had good neighbors here and the apartments are up to par. Pretty decent views from the balconies and its not surrounded on all sides by commercial or residential property so the complex has some seclusion to it and lack of city noise. Worth the consideration if your looking for an apartment. Appreciate everything Aven Ridge

    This property is stellar, the apartments are clean and spacious. The complex is managed well and the amenities are top notch. The staff are what makes Aven ridge next level. Sabella is kind and very open to working with all tenants no matter the situation and Jenna is definitely someone you want behind you when troubles arise. If I could do more than 5 stars I would.

    Fantastic front office service! Jenna was so sweet and accommodating when we dropped in for an unscheduled tour. My husband and I went to fill out our applications and the other two front desk ladies were so patient and helpful. The gym is 24/7 and a dream. Spacious living space, especially compared to other apts for the price.

    We absolutely love the Aven Ridge Apartment Complex. Everyone is so nice and the apartments have beautiful amenities and stone counters in the kitchen. We haven lived here since early August of 2023. The staff is super helpful and is super accommodating whenever you have a personal problem.

    I toured with Jenna and cannot recommend this place enough! She was extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home. This place is gorgeous and worth a view. Beautiful community, great atmosphere, and extremely accessible to anywhere you need to go.

    My family and I have been living here for almost 6 months and this by far has been our favorite complex we’ve lived in. Yolanda made the whole process of applying and moving here so easy, I truly have no complaints. The apartments are stunning with the best natural lighting.The maintenance team is always on their A game. I’ve only needed assistance twice and they’ve came and solved the problem all in less than 24 hours of me putting in the request. They’re always so knowledgeable and explain everything in ways I’ll understand. Great group!Don’t even get me started on the staffing office! Every single person I’ve met is extremely kind! They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the doors. Their communication with the community is unmatched! They’re so involved with us also. Since living here we’ve enjoyed holiday parties, turkey raffle, movie night, breakfast tacos on our way to work, ice cream truck, bingo night and more. They do so much to give back to us and it doesn’t go unnoticed.We’ve really enjoyed living here in this beautiful community!

    Jenna, Sabella & Beth are honestly amazing! They are compassionate and ready to help with a smile anytime I come to the office with a need. Maintenance is on top of any request I have, usually same day. Super convenient my school, ACC SG & the mall is right around the corner. All amenities are amazing, I cannot recommend this Aven Ridge enough, 2 of my friends have already joined me in renting homes here!

    Amazing place! The staff is also so nice and helpful. I had a tour with Sabella and she answered all of my questions even when I had so many; shes one of the reasons I decided to apply. BONUS; the resident events they have are a blast!!!

    We LOVE Aven Ridge! The office staff is top notch and so helpful and kind, we have met SO many kind neighbors and kids that love our dog like their own, the location and balcony views are something out of a vacation view! Also, the sound proofing through the walls and ceiling is something I’ve never seen before. Our dog is petrified of thunder storms and we can’t hear them at all here, it is incredible!!!The only downside has been the parking but simply put this has nothing to do with the managers and current work staff. It wasn’t thought out when purchasing the lot. But even with having to walk, it is worth it! This place is safe and welcoming!!!Not a day goes by that I am not so thankful that we moved here!!!

    I love this property. Gym is nice & 24/7, pool is beautiful, and it’s a fairly quiet community. I work from home so I’m here 99% of the time…the only “noise” I ever hear may come from residents enjoying the pool but never any issues to complain about since I moved in last August….parking is horrible but management is cleaning that up so hope to see some improvement with the new team.

    My little family and our little dog moved in recently, to our brand new apartment, the office girls and staff have been outstanding! Our neighbors are very friendly & we are 5-7 minutes away from pretty much anything else we need! HEB! Dining! Walmart! Trails! Only 30-45 minute drive into Austin & after months of relentless searching and wearing myself out, I asked for help, Christy Lee with A+ Apartment Locators, landed us this amazing home & We love it! So happy we’re here!

    I love my apartment and neighbors are so friendly. Very happy with leasing staff always willing to answer questions and help. I am, however, upset with smokers who throw their cigarette butts all around the property. I dont care if you smoke, but the world is not your ashtray!

    I enjoy the luxury and comfort, Gym fits my needs. Walk in the evening are pleasure. Maintenance staff are very responsive and timely. Just the noise from above otherwise it’s 5 star

    Ive been really impressed with my experience living here, and a big part of that is the exceptional staff. They genuinely care about making this place great, and it shows in everything they do. From handling maintenance issues promptly to organizing community events, they always do it with a smile on their faces. Its rare to find such dedication, and it truly makes living here an amazing experience.The location is incredibly convenient, and the apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained. The amenities—like the gym, pool, study spaces and free coffee—are fantastic. But honestly, the staff is what makes this place stand out. Beth, Dessica, and Jenna are always so friendly and helpful, and maintenance is super quick. Plus, they host fun events that make it easy to meet new people and feel part of the community.Highly recommend this place!
