    I just moved into Avalon Addison Apartments and I am so pleased with my experience so far. The leasing staff and maintenance staff are awesome. Very friendly and professional willing to help you with anything you need. The apartment is exactly what I wanted clean, freshly painted, with new carpet. This is a quiet small community which I really enjoy. Great job to the Avalon Addison staff!!!

    I had the pleasure of touring with Jon and Ramaya and had a wonderful experience at the community. Ramaya was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to provide me with some good recommendations for my future home. The community is very quiet and has a beautiful pool area.I got to meet a couple of the residents while I was out walking and each of them was very friendly, it seems like there is a nice sense of community here..

    Ive lived in this community twice, with two different management companies. Both companies had their issues, but I still chose to return.The location cannot be beat. The apartments are well laid out, with garages. Parking for guests is good. The property is showing its age and maintenance is a big deal. So far the maintenance crew has been extremely good. My AC was in need of repair when I moved in, and the vendor they use did a terrible job installing but the crew on-site worked with their vendor to make sure a tech came back to fix what the installer failed to do. So kudos to everyone (except that installer dude).I feel safe here and like the low-tech feel. There are a lot of modern high-tech smart home communities in Addison so this property feels vintage and authentic. Like a real community. Lots of animal lovers, which means lots of good people!

    I want to start off by saying thank you to John B and Ramaya J for helping my family and I throughout the entire process of moving into our new home. They made my family and I feel so welcomed into the community. The apartment features are so amazing and beautiful, I fell in love with everything. I am very happy to call Avalon Addison our new home. Thank you guys for everything!

    Moved here in April and have really enjoyed it thus far. Overall quiet community, very homey, and maintenance has a fabulous turnaround time. Our unit is so spacious and I always feel safe roaming around by myself. Neighbors as well as office staff have been kind and happy to answer any questions/concerns.

    I just completed my first week as a resident at Avalon Addison. I could not be happier. The property is great as is the location. On the day I moved in I met David and Alejandro in front of my unit. They were very welcoming and offered to help in any way I needed. My unit was clean as a whistle. Very happy.But the true star of the show has been Shunta in the leasing office. From the first time I called, through the on site visit, to the process of getting the lease taken care of, everything up to move day, Shunta was amazing. And since the day I got the keys she has been a friendly face and the person who really makes me feel at home. She’s the best!

    I have lived in this apartment twelve years under three managements. Avalon Addison has been the very best by far. They have made quite a few changes that have enabled things to work much more smoothly. All of the three managers are always professional and make you feel like they really care for you. The maintenance staff is knowledgable and works through problems as soon as they can. I intend to remain here as long as I can.Thank you for making life easy at Avalon Addison.

    So far so good. The office staff has been very nice from the beginning. It seems very quiet. I hear the occasional loud car but everyone there seems to be respectful when leaving the complex. I know my exhaust is a bit on the loud side so i tend to keep off the gas when leaving. The Mx staff has been stellar in my opinion. I mean I could nitpick this apartment to death and i know they would fix it all. But I believe that for what Im getting with the size of the garage and to be in Addison for what i pay isnt that far off scale. Ive found nothing that would warrant giving this place a bad review. Thank you Avalon for a pleasant experience thus far.

    My boyfriend and I just relocated to Dallas and we moved into this apartment complex. The girl in the office was super nice, I think her name is Shawntay. She walked us to the apartment, did the inventory paperwork with us. Normally you do that alone, dat was dope! She was very detailed on the area on where we can shop, and schools for our little ones. The community itself is luxury if I’m comparing to where I moved from. The neighbors are nice, but we don’t see many ppl until the evening when they walk their dogs. Oh and the best part maintenance gave us a new ice maker. I love ice! I can’t remember his name. I would recommend.

    Kudos to the office staff who immediately solved a problem for me today. I opened my garage door to find a golf cart partially blocking my exit. I emailed the office asking for help. Within a few minutes a staff member moved the cart for me. Greatly appreciated the speedy response.

    Management has changed a few times at Avalon Addison in the past couple years but this company is the best weve had so far. Emma, Shunta, Jolynn, David, Julian and Alejandro are a professional, hard working and very friendly team and they have really improved the standards around here.

    I originally moved from Indiana to Texas Fall of 2018. Not having a community or family in Texas, I found Waterford Court Apartments to truly be a safe haven. I felt safe, it was clean, and the staff and maintenance went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, to help me with specific needs that are normally not a responsibility of an apartment complex, and genuinely make me feel at HOME. A puppy was also left by delinquent residents shortly after my move. Waterford Courts is very welcoming and accepting of pets, and offered the puppy to any resident as they didnt want him to go to the shelter. I not only gained a safe haven but my very best little buddy. After 2 years, unfortunately, my job took me elsewhere, but I would recommend Waterford Courts to anyone looking for a home/apartment in the North Dallas area.

    The review below was not for Avalon but for the previous management called Highmark Residential. As soon as I made my issue with my son’s shower known to the new team at Avalon, (specifically David), they got to work on hiring a contractor to repair the roll-in shower for my son. The work has been completed and I am loving it! I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Avalon. This is now a very nice place to live and the new management is very helpful.What Highmark didn’t fix in a year, Avalon fixed very quickly.I think this would be a nice place to live if younever have a problem the excellent maintenance team can’t handle. I had to have a roll in shower put in prior to moving in because my son is in a wheelchair. The cost was $6,000. I paid Lincoln and they selected the contractor. Late in November 2022, I noticed the shower was leaking into my son’s closet. I was told that they needed to get a contractor out (they didn’t use the one that originally installed). A contractor did come out but a couple of months later, still no action. I complained and then another contractor came out. Three contractors have come out but nothing has been done. I call the office and leave voicemails but never get a call back. I send emails but never a response. The ironic thing is that this was under warranty until February 10, 2023. In the meantime, mold has formed and there is always water in the closet that backs up to the shower. It has also ruined the flooring in my son’s bedroom that I paid $400 for.I have been trying to get this resolved since November 2022.You might want to think twice before moving here.

    Ryan and Lindsey are great!! Extremely professional staff, love that my place is fully remodeled. Quiet community with a very nice residents. I did have a few small minor concerns when I moved in, they were addressed and taken care of extremely fast. Maintenance crew is fantastic. Just an overall amazing start to my new home at Waterford Court. Parking is very limited but other than that, I have zero concerns. It is most definitely a 5 star community.

    I just moved out a few months ago after spending about 18 months living in Waterford Court. I have nothing but positive feedback, the community is well maintained and very quiet. The upgrades look great in the apartment and any maintenance issues were addressed very promptly. The management staff - Lindsey has been very responsive and everyone always has a smile when you walk into the office. The only reason I moved was because I bought a home, otherwise I would have been happy to continue to live at Waterford Court.

    I just had Julian from maintenance come over to fix a problem that I had. As usual He was excellent. Julian is always kind, courteous and professional. He is truly an asset to your firm.     I and a roommate have lived at Waterford for over 4 years now and its probably the best apartment I have ever lived in. The sense of community (for me - especially the dog owners) is terrific. We are friends with the Neighbors and do stuff together (we met here). The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment feels more like a small house and with each one being at the opposite ends - it works great for a roommate situation. Maintenance is AMAZING - shout out to Luis. I give it 5 stars.

    We have lived at Waterford Court Apts in Addison, TX twice. Once when we first moved to Addison and most recently when we were selling our house. It is a wonderful place to live! Its a great location close to everything and an easy commute to several employment areas if youre not working in Addison. We enjoyed the complex and community feeling and all that it had to offer. Despite being there during the pandemic, the management at Waterford Court continued to arrange activities to safely engage the residents. It was fun and kept that sense of community in place at a very difficult time. Our apartment was very nice too. The size, amenities, and quality were all very good and the price was very competitive. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent in the Addison area.

    I have been at Waterford Court for about 5 years off and on. My most recent stay is concluding after 2 years. I have seen the new management team come in and things have been flawless ever since. Management is quick to tend to any questions or concerns as is the maintenance team. The changes on property are impressive and have been moving quickly. I am sad to leave but definitely hope to be back one day. This is a great community, and management is truly doing a wonderful job!

    I moved into this place last year based on the reviews I found here. The only reason I left this year is so my fiance and I can move into her parents for a year while we save for a house. Our apartment was beautiful. The attached garage is so convenient and Ryan was always a pleasure to deal with. They did great little events to help us meet our neighbors and any time I had an issue Ryan was prompt to respond and had it fixed usually the same day I placed the report. Not only this, we just LOVED the location. a 2 minute walk through the neighborhood in the back led us to a wonderful little pond with a beautiful walking path around it to walk our dog every day. Ive never had a better experience renting in Dallas.

    I have lived at this address for 11 years, and Shunta is totally a breath of fresh air. As a senior, I appreciate how she has walked me patiently through many obstacles as new management took over. She is kind, caring, and totally tech savvy. She is truly a positive force for what is good and kind.

    This is such a great complex and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to move to the Addison area. Its a very safe and quiet community. Everyone I have met is really nice. I cant speak for maintenance because Ive never had any maintenance issues, but Im sure theyre also great! The neighborhood its in is also very safe and is also down the street from the Addison Athletic Club. The apartments have been remodeled and look very nice. I also love that every apartment comes with either a 1 or 2 car garage.

    My husband and I lived at Waterford Court for a year and a half before recently moving to Austin. We were so sad to leave this property behind! We loved our little apartment with a townhome feel and the friendly community. Lindsey always made us feel welcome when we needed something from the office, and maintenance requests were handled very quickly. It is a safe and quiet community. We wish we could have brought the whole property to Austin with us!! Highly recommend Waterford Court!

    Absolutely amazing apartments, feels like town homes! Super quiet and well managed. Main office responds almost immediately to all requests. Very friendly.The homes themselves are well thought out in terms of space, huge bath tubs, newly renovated kitchens with quartz countertops, and brand new soft-close cabinets!Only complaint is that if you’re staying on the second floor the decking beneath the flooring is very thin so if you walk with your heals or step down hard the neighbors beneath will hear everything

    By far the best complex ive ever stayed at. Extremely attentive and friendly staff. Maintenance is fast (although rarely needed). The complex feels like a neighborhood and is really nice. Lastly, the APTs are extremely well designed. They make use of the space VERY well for a really functional home. If looking for a place in addison, you should stop here. Fantastic!

    We sold our home and then had an unexpected situation arise and found ourselves needing to find an apartment ASAP. We were lucky to have reached out to Waterford Court. Lindsey and Jordan and everyone here have made our move-in smooth and turned the bad hand we were dealt into one we can play with. Highly recommend Waterford Court Apartments!
