Alex recently helped my roommate and I find an apartment in West Campus. He was very thorough in his search for us, and helpful through the whole process. He took our criteria seriously and listened to thoughts throughout the search. He was also available for contact with any questions we had after we had decided on our apartment. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a UT apartment to use Austin Residence.

Alex made finding an apartment in Austin incredibly easy! He knew the area, knew the apartments, and took all of my criteria into account when picking places to tour. Since I was new to the apartment finding scene, he asked the questions that I would have never thought to ask, and made sure I knew exactly what I was looking at. Alex has been amazing! We gave him our parameters for student housing/-he found and set up several appointments for the afternoon, knew bus routes, parking fees, and even added a couple at the last minute when we asked. He was a great listener, very informative and factual about timelines. We never felt pressured and we had a great variety of properties to see!!

If you are new to Austin, or even if youre a seasoned Austinite apartment hunter, Alex Ray is the one to call to help you find your next apartment. He scours high and low to not only find the best deal on apartments, but to ensure all of your wants and needs are addressed in nearly all the listings he showcases to you. He is very receptive and accommodating to your requirements (especially students with tight budgets!), and timely in his communications. Even after securing your apartment, he follows up with helpful hints on setting your place up, and answers any lingering questions you may have left. Overall, he is calm, sincere, responsible and reliable. I cannot recommend him enough!

From NY to Austin! I looked around the Austin area and decided that the UT APARTMENTS were the place that I wanted to live. Apartments are spacious and property has all ammenities for the comforts of home away from home...I worked exclusively with Alex Ray @ Austin Residence who made the transition very seamless. I expressed what I needed in a living space and he made sure he found exactly what I needed plus extra. I highly recommend reaching out to him to assist you, especially if you are moving from out of state!

Alex is amazing. He is extremely patient and works with you to really finds what you need. He is very understanding and really has your best interest in mind. When working with him, I went from looking for a 1 bedroom, to 2 bedroom, back to a 1 bedroom. It was a crazy situation, he was calm and cool through it all. I really had a great experience with him. I highly recommend him.

Alex Ray is an outstanding realtor not just for West Campus, but other areas as well (North Campus/Hyde Parke, East Campus, Riverside, Far West, etc...). I would recommend him to any UT student/ACC student or anyone for that matter looking to live in these areas. He makes the whole process very easy--he asks what your price range is, your ideal roommate situation, your ideal floor plan, if you want parking included, if you need washer/dryer included.... basically he really wants to know what will make you satisfied and sure will save you a lot of time. After you tell him your specifications, he does all the work.He has access to all properties in Austin, so that was extremely helpful. He took me and my roommate on a ~3 hour tour that he set up and showed at least 7 different properties. Then, on a later date, he took me, my roommate and our parents around to our final options.Overall, Mr. Ray is very efficient, nice, realistic, and helps you get what you want quicker than you could by yourself. I would recommend him to anyone.

Alex is really really nice and helpful! He is so dedicated to his work! Me and my BF wanna find a 1b1b around campus and he toured us about six to seven places and every one of them is perfectly meet our requirements! He helped summarize the information of places we toured. We have some problems sign with the place we like. He helped us ask for infos several times and finally make the lease right. Really a nice guy!
